I love bubble tea and I'm so happy there is now a bubble tea place in prince Albert. The shop is clean and attached to the the Asian market. They are still doing training and are doing a good job when it comes to customer service. The lady at the till was nice and bubbly. There was a line up when we got there so we walked about the store to see what goodies they had.

They’ve always had amazing service whenever I come in, they make the best bubble tea I’ve ever had. If something went wrong or they don’t have something they will politely inform you, and overall a really relaxing atmosphere, I’ve always recommended them to people. One of my favourite drinks is the Thai milk tea with coffee jelly and they make it perfect everytime and I’ve even gotten family addicted to it

Very friendly staff, who were eager to tell me about new teas I hadn't tried. Today I tried the Thai milk tea with grass jelly. I have been going for over a year and had something different each time I've been here and they are all good!

The drink is good but the one male employee with blonde ends is very rude. We came 30 minutes before it closed and he wouldn't make us any drinks because it was to close to closing time.

While this business is a bubble tea shop, it majorly is under performing in terms of quality compared to other locations out of town or bubble tea in general. I hate to bring the metaphorical shade, however the positive reviews here are a bit misleading. If anyone doubts this, please go to just about any bubble tea location in Saskatoon and compare for yourself. Some main points: Pearls are almost always undercooked - or possibly leftover from prior days. (multiple purchases with me and girlfriend almost always end with bad quality pearls) Menu variety is lower than it should be, missing many of the advertised drinks and not advertising the ones they have. Asking for less than the full sugar almost always gets forgotten. Overall cleanliness/dusting needs some major work. Would I go back? Yes because well, it’s better than nothing in Prince Albert and I find the staff are very welcoming and friendly overall.
