Love the food, BUT is a ridiculous wait time, especially when you pay more than the average fast food price. Arrives 9:28 am. 1 car at window, 1 ahead of me. Now 9:43.....and both cars are still there!!!!

I’ve recently just started visiting this location because I started a new job in the area and your employee Sebastien has been at the drive-thru window each time to serve me. He is super nice and polite, always has a positive attitude and a smile on his face!!!! Service is always fast & friendly, and the food is always good!

A&W is my go-to burger joint, but this location turned me off from it for a while. Root beer tasted fine, fries were mediocre, but the burger, my god. It was pale, looked like a dog vomited it up, and didn't have any resistance to my bite. Still ate most of it, until I got to the back of the bun. It was goopy, near liquid, and tasted like cheese for some reason. Threw the rest out. A few hours later, stomach issues ensued. Won't be eating here again.

My family and I where visiting port Colborne and we decided to stop by A&w for lunch. The restaurant was very clean and the service was excellent and the food was fresh and delicious and the best onion rings I've had in a long time.

A&W in general is great these days... The Beyond Meat burger is the best veggie burger out there right now. The new location in Port Colborne opened today, and it looks popular. Although it was busy for the grand opening, the service was fast and accurate.

Ordered through the app for delivery, I opened the bag to a half order of fries and and burger with topping I asked for not on it. I get it gets busy and it's Christmas so you probably are busier but it still shouldn't an excuse for shorting the customer on product.

Most of the staff here are very friendly, drive through can be slow but my food comes hot and fresh, NOT like its sat for awhile. Love A&W for its compostable packaging!

Disappointed in a recent visit to this restaurant.. The root beer is no longer in glass mugs, kept in a freezer, to keep them very cold. It is now in a paper container. Therefore, much ice has to be added to make it very cold. This ice melts and the drink is quite watered down. It is NOT the famous root beer taste that you are noted for. Also, the rest of the meal was not really hot, just mediocre. Returns unlikely.

Love love A&W. Food is always hot and fresh. A little pricey but it’s worth it. Fantastic fries and the Uncle cheddar burger is so good. Our best and 1st place for fast food. Never disappointed.

Good tasting fast food but not the cheapest meal ever. I have to watch the gluten so l now ask for lettuce wrapped burgers. The A@W does a lettuce wrapped burger better than any place I have been.

Went to a&w to get breakfast at 2:10 pm today. Service was great from ordering in the drive thru . Had to wait 5 mins to get my food as they were making it fresh. Not a big deal. However I noticed a hair in my bacon Egger sandwhich when I went to put ketchup and my hash brown on it. white or blonde about 3 inches long. I suggest these guys wear hair nets and or check the food before sending out. Unfortunately I was on the road and got 3 combos and it was the second sandwhich I went to eat. Needless to say the rest went to the garbage. Check your food before you eat.

Horribly managed. Twice now they have delivered our food to the wrong address. They don't even ask, they just drop on the step and run away. When they are called I either need to go there to pick up, or wait an hour for the order to be remade. When I requested a refund I was promised a call back by the manager and this never happened. We will be reporting to head office.
