One of our go-to coffee shops in Picton. Lot's of options for everyone (coffee bevys, tea, beer, non-alcoholic beer, etc.)! Beautifully decorated and has a great spot for little ones :) Try the Moroccan cigars!

Picked up a cappuccino and an americano this morning. Also picked up a bag of coffee for the week. Had to try it after lunch and it was just as good as my americano this morning (though probably not the same blend). ???? Glad we tried a new spot on this trip. Edit: Had to go back and get another bag of beans to take back home with us!! Oh and of course another cuppa. ????

We love the Beacon! Coffee is great. Food is delicious. Decor is awesome. But its the atmosphere, the owners, and all the little things they have included that bring us back over and over. It's such a chill spot, you feel refreshed when you leave. Best of all, they have a great kids play area that our daughter loves and a change table in the bathroom!!! Both huge pluses for parents that really shows they care.

I love coffee! And who doesn’t these days? It’s a phenomenon really. That said Main Street in Picton or The county in general has no shortage of options. I haven’t tried them all but I have enjoyed all of them. Beacon was next on my list and I enjoyed the experience. The baristas were personable and friendly and my caramel latte was very satisfying! Thank you! ????????

Great coffee and snack spot. Beautiful design and the food was amazing! We had the tuna melt and the corn beef sandwich and they were delicious! The service was super welcoming and friendly. These guys have a love for biking so the store also serves as a bike shop. I loved this place, phenomenal food!

The breakfast sandwiches and coffee here are incredible! We ended up coming two days in a row because they were so tasty. They take a bit longer to make but only because they’re prepared fresh for you as opposed to pre-made, which makes the short wait more than worth it. The staff and owner are also super friendly and great to chat with!

What a beautiful cafe. The service was immediate, and warm. The coffee was delicious, and hot. I also love that they offer Oat Milk. There is plenty of seating; even a play space for children. The menu was larger than one would expect for a cafe, and we ordered a few items. All of which were very tasty. I look forward to revisiting. Thank you for the experience!

Not only was the man working there rude when we arrived but our order was incorrect. Ordered two black Americanos, got two lattes with dairy milk. Won’t be returning.

Ordered some chai tea lattes and they tasted like warm milk, absolutely no chai in them. After kindly asked if they could remake them and I ended up waiting over 30mins for some new ones and was given attitude by the employee. Overall not a good experience. Would not recommend.

Lovely new spot! Just opened a week ago but they seem to have everything nailed down already. Great espresso drinks, a beautiful space, snacks, and super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Serving Quietly Coffee which is roasted in Stirling. They also serve local wine AND operate as a bike shop. Glad to come across Beacon while in town.

This is a café that makes me home-town proud. The service is always top-notch. The decor is out of a magazine. The Beacon’s offerings are simple but perfectly satisfying. My favourites are the custom chocolate bars, the tuna melt sandwich on local bread and their generous teas. It is a great location to have a meeting, get some work done or grab a quick high-quality lunch.

We were visiting Picton and wandered into this coffee shop for breakfast and were very glad we did! The coffee was good and the rye toast with salmon awesome. They also sell cool stuff for biking so ended up buying a very nice helmet after getting some great advice from the staff. Would recommend and hope to be back one day :)

The worst customer service I’ve ever encountered! Truly!! She couldn’t have more contempt and attitude while helping me and blatantly served two others their orders before she sent me on my way. The lack of friendliness, attitude and condescension is something I don’t want anyone else to encounter here. For anyone else who is choosing to visit, I hope she chooses to learn from this so that someone else won’t feel so out-of-place like I, guilty for something (who knows what?!), left feeling so angry, and they will be given basic curtesy with the feel-good notion that someone was able to support a small business at this time. I wish I never walked in! I wish I could take my support back!! To the food and drink I ordered. My drink was warm and my food was thrown together in a mess (not meant to be) and not tasteful.

Had the most amazing service of a different kind from them. Had a flat tire just before Glenora with no tube on hand . Tony came to the rescue with 2 new tubes , fitted it for me and checked my back tire as well. Thank goodness as the pressure was way too low and probably would have popped along the way too. Terrible experience. I ordered lattes that were not prepared properly. I politely asked for them to be remade. They gave attitude and made me wait over 45 minutes for the new drinks. The new lattes tasted terrible, but at least it was something. Everyone makes mistakes, but the way they handled the entire situation was unforgivable. Would not recommend.

Enjoy their food and drinks! Espresso is very good in cappuccino. In terms of their food items I have tried the tuna smoked gouda sandwich, porchetta brie sandwich, and breakfast sandwich which has egg, porchetta, smoked gouda and mustard. My favourite food item is the tuna smoked gouda sandwich. I think a sweet chutney would go well with the breakfast sandwich or porchetta sandwich, as opposed to the current sauces used (mustard and a tomato sauce). Still delicious though!

Just moved to PEC. Live this cute shop. It is one of the only fun things I get to do as a new mum in covid times. Always friendly. When I tried to pull my stroller into the shop, the barista offered to come outside to take my order and bring it out to me. It was such a nice touch. Baked goods are lovely and coffee is always perfect. Cannot say enough great things.
