Incredible coffee. No wonder KitCoffee, Silverbean and a few other legendary spots in town carry this delicious stuff! The Ethiopian and El Salvadorian roasts are other-worldy.

We picked up some beans at Kit Coffee, so I'm only commenting on the actual coffee beans here...they're great! We got the Burundi beans and each sip is a real journey, with a distinct beginning/middle/end. I live in Ottawa and I wish the free shipping option was a bit more affordable though; I've never seen a minimum $100 required for free shipping of beans.

Friendly and knowledgeable service! The coffee here is wonderful. Do yourself a favour and buy an Airscape. They look asthetically pleasing, keep those beans fresh, get you 10% off refills, and you get to be environmentally friendly while you're at it! Don't worry too much about the current limited hours. I messaged via Facebook and they were quick to arrange a pickup time (on a weekend, no less!).

Another fantastic local find. Hours make it difficult to visit in person. There are resellers throughout town. Try to get in to talk with the owner. A quality roaster and amazing coffee!

Starting from where it’s grown to how it’s roasted and to receiving it in your hands. There is so much care for the earth, the quality, the customer and the end result. I used to drink coffee, like A LOT! Ive been off the sauce for a long time when a friend mentioned this new roastery in Peterborough! The owner made me a cold brew SODA coffee that was to die for! 10/10 100/100 fantastic! Ive had several brews from rapids end and have loved everyone! They really know what they're doing and making the best coffee i've ever had. HANDS DOWN.
