Poor counter manners. Cashier needed training in customer service / manners. Tossing receipts at customers won't help repeat business. It wasn't just me either - did the same for the other 3 customers after me in line while I waited for my order.

Iced coffee here used to be amazing, now it's up to wither whoever prepped it the day before remotely observed or comprehended instruction. Every time I go here, no matter how simple the ask is; it's either wrong, or backwards (Ex. No tomato being extra tomato). I've gone here a long time, it was never amazing but now the hit and miss game on almost everything usually makes it a skip with probably the quickest Tim's in town being just up 7. Never order a sub on Drive-Thru, they hate that; and will throw it together with reckless abandon, goes double on things being wrong/backwards here.

Under new management and slightly under staffed; the country style part is great. However, the Mr. Sub had always been my go to (since I work 1 min down the highway) but has tasted....off lately. Not to mention the stomach issues that came along.

Ordered a half-dozen doughnuts. No complaints about the quality, but not impressed being charged a-la-carte for the 6 doughnuts. $9.40 is a pretty excessive for a half-dozen doughnuts. Won't ever return for pricing like that.

Stopped for a quick sandwich on the way back downtown. Great service. The staff was really friendly. Only complaint is that the sandwich my brother ordered gave him some pretty bad gas so we had to drive most of the way home with the windows down.

Much better coffee than other local options. We stop here regularly on our way up the cottage. I always order a breakfast wrap and the lady at the counter offered me 'Chippawa' sauce when she meant to say chipotle. Adorbs!!

This is an ok stop when heading east from Toronto to Ottawa. If you don't want to drive into Peterborough proper and you need that pit stop before making it to the next town because you are feeling the Hangry setting in, this will do in a pinch. Otherwise, if you have time, I would take the short trip down Lansdowne into Peterborough where many more options exist. Service is only okay at best and if you are later in the day the food selection gets pretty pitiful.

Hwy 7 and TV road location; Ordered medium coffee with cheese biscuit warmed up with butter. The biscuit was not cooked was doughy unable to Eat, garbage. You pay a premium for good food. This cost me 3.90

I love this place. First of all their donuts taste like real donuts. Tim Hortons Donuts used to taste like these but now they don't. They have sugar twists like the Tim Hortons of my childhood and were unfortunately out of the orange cruellers. The bathroom smelled of bleach which is exactly the way a truckstop bathroom ought to smell, and the staff were super friendly. We need a Coffee Time in Ottawa.

I usually always get good service and a nice coffee and snack half way on my 4 hr drive to Bancroft. But today I gotta say I was extremely disappointed with the blonde who served me who wasn't only rude it was as if she had a problem with me. From reading above maybe same lady cuz she sure whipped my rcpt. at me too. All it takes is one bad apple to spoil the bunch and I and others will reconsider going there if that is the kind of service to expect. Other than that it has always been a good experience and something to look forward to on a long drive.
