Staff are always friendly and help out if you need assistance. They always offer a free coffee when you come in. They always have what I need and one time they didn't, they looked into seeing if they can get it for you.

I would have walked right out of the store but decided to comply as I had no other option. I needed to buy a bag of espresso. I'm not from the area and needed a last minute gift. I was told I would have to wait outside to accommodate other customers due to my mask excemption.

Very disappointed. Don't appreciate being treated less than because I won't give you my email. 2 levels of customers with those who don't want endless emails paying 3$ more for same product. Shameful and discriminating.

Customer service is excellent, quality of product is excellent, and overall dealings and business experience with them... Also excellent! I've been dealing with them for more than a year now for my Keurig, and I've made the mistake of going elsewhere for a slightly lower priced pod... Big mistake, brew is by far the best place in Peterborough to get your Keurig k-cup coffees or machines from They also sell stuff for the Nespresso, but I don't use that
