Absolute jewel of a chocolate store! As you walk into the heritage stone building, you walk past the glass walls of the chocolate making kitchen where you can see the chocolates being made in house right next to the store itself. After you pass the chocolate making area you are welcomed with a beautiful atrium which is nice to sit in with some chocolates or a hot chocolate like we did. The store itself is designed beautifully with selections of chocolates in a glass case and other products like a hot chocolate station. Shelve are setup with all kinds of other chocolate products made in house. We bought a hot chocolate and it was the best that I have ever tasted, with less sweetness, more cocoa flavour and a very rich texture. So good that we wanted to buy some of the powder to take home. They were out of the beautiful reusable gift jars though, but the staff told us if we could wait a couple of minutes, they would make us one in the kitchen. We bought an eight pack of chocolates and everything was stunning. Dark chocolate, raspberry cream filling, strawberry filling, double chocolate covered cherries, chocolate covered almonds etc. Everything was exquisite. If you bring back the jar to get more hot chocolate later, you are also given a discount. Service was also excellent as they ensured that anything we needed, even if not in stock right away was available to us. Overall an excellent store that I will visit every time I am in Perth!

Hard place to find at first because it's located inside Code's Mill but the store itself is amazing. The floor looks like melted chocolate and they had treats I had never seen before like chocolate dipped Rice Krispies and licorice! They apparently make it all on site in another part of the building which I thought was cool. Going to make this shop my go to for Christmas shopping this year :)

I recently came to Perth area for a dessert fix and stumbled upon this quaint chocolatier. My experience at Perth Chocolate Works was phenomenal. Where do I even begin? The place itself looks beautiful and authentic, with stones covering the entrance area and seating tables that are aesthetically pleasing. It is rare now-a-days to find a chocolatier that really takes care in their customer service and produces quality chocolates and treats. But here I found a new go-to! The Caramel Praline and White Chocolate are phenomenal standouts. They also have barks and many baked goods that I will be sure to try next time. Thank you! Great addition to the community.

I bought some cookies at 50% off and when I got home I noticed the the Best Before date was 3 months past. I called to let them know and they said they knew about it and offered nothing or an apology. Update: The owner himself called and was understanding and apologetic. Clearly he takes pride in his business and Customer Services he offered a refund and which is not what I was looking for, but the fact he has taken the time for a customer complaint shows his dedication to the business.

This should be your first stop in Perth if you love good quality, locally made chocolate! This place has some of the best chocolates and treats that I've had the pleasure of enjoying. Their assorted chocolates are amazing and I really enjoy their chocolate covered licorice as well. They also make hot chocolate and mochas which you should definitely try because they are the perfect level of sweetness.
