Pizza is undercooked. Ordered one today came undercooked asked then to send another sent the original back and this one is still undercooked. Good way to make people sick. Ecolli and salmonella can rest in uncooked dough. Be careful and check your pizzas.

Went in for a hot slice of pizza but the fellow put it in the oven for a few second. I asked if it was hot, he said yes. It was not. It was cold and tasteless. Really lousy pizza!

The pizza has lots of tomato sauce, and less cheese, and when we asked for chili flax to spray on the pizza, the guy there complains that we use lots of flax, that's a bad customer service

My absolute favourite place to get pizza in Parry Sound! The quality / value is exceptional for a "quick" pizza place like this, and the delivery times are always shorter than expected. I've ordered from here once a week for over a year now and will continue to do so!

I always order online and received many free pizza overtime via the passport option:) Being one of those weird people who likes anchovies on my pizza, I find that sometimes they are being "Stingy" on how much they put in. Probably depends on who makes it! Ingredients are fresh and the list of options is extensive! Great! Now I'm hungry, Time to order I guess":)

I've noticed a steady decline in the quality of their pizza lately. We had their pizza tonight for a birthday dinner and it was a 3/10 at best. My son absolutely loves their pizza and didn't want to eat it tonight. He said it didn't taste good. When a 7 year old boy doesnt like a pizza from a pizzaria that he's eaten from from for years, that should tell you something!

There is almost always something wrong with are pizza, either it being undercooked or overcooked or sometimes just getting the wrong pizza entirely. I would suggest Dominos instead.

Great pizza, and quick. We we're staying in Parry Sound and decided to order online, first time was for delivery - which was great. And second time we decided to pick it up. Since we'd submitted our order later in the evening, Pizzaville called to check if our order for pick up was correct given we had the pizza delivered the last time. Great customer service. And great pizza!!

Raw bacon in the one and they forgot to put pepperonis in the other so it was just the cheese Panzerotti overall absolutely terrible I don't know what's changed over the years but it needs to change back this place is gross

Noticed how sometime they can take as long as they wish with delivery orders. One time infact they said to me on the phone no time guarantee which means what??? I get my order the next day??? Anyhow took them 70+ minutes to arrive, and we live just a couple of streets away from the store. The pizza taste is great when its hot but again sometimes that aint the case. Overall Pizzaville is always a good choice but this location got to get there act together with the delivery service methods.

I have been doing some work in the Parry Sound area. I ordered a walk in special with 3 toppings. Man, it was one of the best pizzas I've had in a loong time. I'm going to try the Pizzaville in my town to see if they are consistent . Good job Pizzaville ! :-)

I was waiting for a slice of pizza and I noticed that nobody was washing their hands after serving the front counter, then a driver comes back from delivery and starts pressing dough with the gloves on that he used for delivery. Wow, with all that is going on and this is the way you handle food. Terrible. Putting lives in danger.....oh and the quality keeps going down because the staff gets switched out all the time and new people arrive that don't know how to cook pizza and the ovens they are using have been there since the place opened many years ago. It was breaking down when my friend worked there long ago. The oven temperature and heat distribution are everything. Needles to say, the slice went in the garbage.

I've went in for slices, I've ordered pizzas from there and I've never had an issue with the product or the customer service... I see a lot of negative feedback but this town is famous for that. Remember there's a lot of unsatisfied customers out there but this customer here was more then satisfied. Keep up the good work guys... thanks for a good pizza...... as Arnold would say I'll be back.....

Purchased two caesar salads. Both salads missing croutons. Given about a 1/4 of bacon and cheese. Contacted the call centre to at first merely inform. First spoke with a male who told me that croutons were not included. Informed him I have purchased a lot of salads and croutons have always been included. I then read to him top of salad container that provides for croutons. Then spoke with an Erica who had to speak with her supervisor Elisa. Was informed because I purchased salads day before they could not deal with my complaint. Told her I purchased salads to have with dinner today, date of this post. No simple apology. Was told that I would be given a $5.00 credit toward next purchase. Horrible customer service!

Tried this resto on a recent trip to PS. Ordered the gluten free crust and asked for no cheese as I am vegan. Crust tasted terrible. Pizza lacked sauce and toppings. Found pieces of cheese in pizza. Was sick for 2 days following. Definitely would not eat there again and would not recommend for anyone who likes a decent pizza. A frozen pizza would be a better choice.

Driver pulls up in front of my home on his cellophone and takes my order out of the bag and places it on the back of his truck and contines to talk on his phone for another 6 mintues . Then decides to very slowly walks to my door but remembers he forgot the free pop and goes back to his truck . And he is on his cellphone the whole time! Who does this?! Who the hell wants to pay for cold pizza . Called customer service and they didn't seem to care

I ordered a gluten free pizza for my wife and she was sick for the entire night and well into the next day. If you truly need to eat gluten free, don't buy it here. Went back the next day to let them know. Trying to explain that when a person is sick it really is important to get it right, missed it's mark and my wife and I left frustrated. The manager said they could not be 100% responsible for their product and basically suggested my wife was lying. We weren't worried about a refund; just concerned about the next celiac or gluten sensitive person who buys there.

One of the best pizzas I had in a long time. They topped the pizza generously with the toppings and cheese and took time to make it crisp. The owner was extra nice and gave kids some treats. It was great.

Called 15 mins before the store closed. Said ovens were shut off and head office hung their phone up on me. Was a regular customer but after this I think I'll go somewhere else
