Both their own website and Google says they are open until 8, but they closed at 6. Drove half an hour to come get dog food and was turned away at the door with claims of "that's Google not us", even if that were the case (which it's not) it is one of the most simple processes in the world to have your hours on Google changed and any professional establishment would have no trouble doing so. Now I'm looking into switching my dog food brand

Not really the place you want to get an animals as most (especially fish) die 1 or 4 months after you get them but it’s good for food and toys, plus a lot of their stuff are over priced.

The groomer here is great. We were camping and our dog broke his nail. No vet in parry sound would help. The groomer here was helpful and got us patched up. I think her name was Shannon.

Always find what I'm looking for. They dont carry Acana which is the only downside for my family. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Always love to see Gloamin roaming around and meowing hello to everyone. There is a grooming service at this location as well. Would be nice if I didnt have to go out of town to purchase my dog's food - but you can't carry every brand out there!

Was really happy they had so many options for healthier dog treats. Especially the "No Hides" which are much better than the raw hides. Prices vary but still are reasonable for whatever your animal needs are.

Really good for dog and cat food. Anything to do with reptiles, fish or birds stay away, seen and heard so many stories about reptiles sick and dieing. And after getting a box of 1000 crickets six times and only getting 100-200 alive every time, I now drive to Barrie for feeders. Saves money and there all alive but 5-10

I bought a caller here 2 months ago. The snap comes un-done whenever the rare time that the dog pulls. They would not return a dysfunctional product and the manager was rude about this. I'm going to be buying more pet products off Amazon in the future

Went to Pet Value tonight for cat food. It was 3 min to 6 and the staff had already closed up. If there was another store in town that carried my pets food I would never shop there again. Open until 6 means that someone can enter until 6. Employees should shut down after the last customer goes. Very disappointed.

The nail trimmer they have Samantha is not great at all i brought my service dog in to get his nails trimmed and instead of putting him on the table and talking to him because well your a stranger to the dog so making him feel comfortable show be one of the most important things to do. But instead of putting him on the table she told me to hold him witch he did not like at all he just barked screamed. I have went there before that and the other nail timmer did it "RIGHT" she put him on the table talk to him and petted him before she started and he didnt make no fuss!!!!!!

worse customer service i bought a collar for my dog and when got in the car it was too big for her and uncomfortable i took it back within 5 min to exchange it and they said after covid so i do not get it i have to wait after this covid that will never go away to take my pet for a walk .I have spent 100's of dollars at this store for past month and all she said to me that we can not . Business like this taking advantage of covid and people .Now I have to purchase another one just because ignorant person that worked there all they care about is money never ever recommend this pet value or spend a dollar there so frustrated how covid has brought the worst in people .
