I picked up a Tacx trainer today! Buying off season while there is inventory. These guys have a nice selection of product for men and women. Pricing is very reasonable and service is amazing. If you are in the area you have to stop by.

My son and I were camping at Killbear Provincial Park (35 km away) and took a somewhat hilly bike ride into Parry Sound. The wire for his rear derailleur was completely shot. The staff asked if we could leave it there a few days, but when we explained our situation, they made it a priority to repair. They charged us a negligible amount for the wire and a very low price for the labour (we were at their mercy and would have paid more). It turns out they also adjusted the brakes, inflated the tires and did a few more minor adjustments without us asking and at no charge. I actually felt bad that it cost so little and their service was so good, so I bought a couple other items I really didn’t need just as a token of appreciation and to support local business. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

We came for the Tuesday night ride and once there I realized I forgot everything but my bike! They loaned me a helmet, I purchased a pair of $40 road shoes and they loaned me paddles and cleats! We were almost set to ride when my husband realized his tire was damaged- they quickly loaned us a whole wheel so we could make the 6 PM departure! Definitely above and beyond!

These guys saved my 4 day ride. Derailleurs were acting up during the latter part of a very wet day 2 which happened to end in Parry Sound. They were open early on Sunday (Day 3) and quickly got my bike functional again. Friendly, informative and genuine. Many many thanks.

A terrific bike shop. Excited to hear about the new location in a couple weeks at the Old Firehall. They have the full range of products for everyone from hardcore cyclists to the beginner. We're out of towners. Staff were hugely helpful in directing us on an excellent road bike route.

Aleesha and Thomas are the best. I rode in about an hour south on my bike, friends front hub was squealing. Rolled into town and to the shop, Greeted by Aleesha, greeted by Thomas, he got to work right away on that bike. Zero attitude, all customer service. Sluggishly greeted by Franklin, but he came around! ( its ruff work being an ambassador) coffee bar in the back for that extra zoom on your ride. The business is set up in the historical fire hall, which is no less than epic. Bike fixed in a very timely manner, super reasonable prices given the circumstances. Every. Single. Time. I come here it is an excellent experience, one that has left all of my friends ranting and raving about. These two and their four legged companion always deliver. They deserve all the recognition, reward and business they can handle. Hats off to you two!

An absolute gem of a shop. Aleesha once said to me when I asked about servicing my daughter's off brand little girl bike "Princess bikes need servicing too!" Another shop wouldn't service it. Since then, we have purchased all of our bikes and accessories there as well as getting all our servicing there. In fact, our daughter is on her 3rd bike from PS Bikes. Great people, great mentality, and a fun place to be.
