I had not had DQ Chill n' Grill in a really long time and this experience left me disappointed. Service was great, but the food was pretty meh. Although it was a heck of a bargain, so I can't complain too much.

Always make sure you get everything you order, especially when in the drive-through! You also have to ask for condiments, fries were served cold tonight and we couldn't eat them. Burgers are usually great and the kids love the chicken.

I remember Dairy Queen milkshakes from my childhood and as recent as 5 years ago and they were creamy and full of flavor ...What I've purchased recently taste more like rice milk on ice no matter the flavour we purchase.. disappointing to say the least .

Was just at the Parry Sound Dairy Queen with my Uncle. We went through the drive thru. He specifically asked for a one litre of fresh soft serve chocolate ice cream. Person said one moment. When they came back they said yes that they had that. We get home with it to find that it was hard ice cream that had been in the freezer for quite some time. Nothing fresh about it. He drove back to exchange it...they tell him that's all they have. He said he should have been told then and not sold something he didn't want. They said they were very busy at that time. (We were the only car in the drive thru and the parking lot was very empty)

Was there during long weekend. Wasn't that busy. Ordered a burger. Watched the clock on the order screen go from 5 min to 10 min. At 12 min I asked to speak to the manager. I didn't know why it would take that long. Her response was that it was coming and it's not like they are just standing around doing nothing. I deal with customers every day and I wouldn't tell any customer that. Would not go back there.

I was treated badly for ordering hot food ( a combo ) ten minutes before closing..the cashier even muttered to the drive thru worker 'who eats supper this late anyways' sarcastically then when she looked & seen I was watching & heard her, tried to laugh it off..I quit going for a year, just went back last wk & the food & service was good this time during the day.

Probably the worst Dairy Queen I have ever had. There service is terrible, and slow, despite having a abundance of staff working. We waited 5 minutes for our food, as we watched it sitting under the heater. It was just me and my spouse inside. I ordered chicken fingers and fries, when I got them, they were old, cold and soggy. After biting into one of the chicken fingers, it tasted and smelled like dog food. It was disgusting !

Parry Sound has limited fast food restaurants but this one is away from the others. Best to take the Parry sound Drive exit. It has lots of sit down booths/tables and offers burgers, etc. as well as ice cream I think this is one of the better Dairy Queens that we have eaten in. Parking is good and you can exit to the side street to take advantage of the stop light.

What is with the meat? Seeds or fat chunks or i dont know know what, picture didnt show white cheese. Cant eat it, i got the tomatoes n pickles taken off. Fries have a weird taste to them. Drove 4 hrs to go to the water n got food at dq for $30 for my fam. Son is only one that ate. Complete waste of my money.

The Dairy Queen in Parry Sound is stingy n cheap with their servings. We asked for and paid extra for caramel on the Sundae and there was barely even sny caramel on it. The banana split had hardly any ice cream in it or toppings. We were very disappointed with what we were served at the Parry Sound Dairy Queen location. We will not be going back there. Sorry we could not give you a better review.

I was not able to go to the door to see if the store was in fact open as it's suppsoed to be, as I had my pup in the vehicle. I very rarely write reviews to complain but tonight we were very disappointed by the attitude we received in the drive through. We ordered 2 blizzards and didn't order anything for our 3 year old son. Since no one was behind us we asked at the window to add a smoothie. The face and attitude of the young blond girl at the window was unacceptable in my mind. She then made the smoothie while angerly banging everything around and stopped the other co-worker that was bringing our blizzards to clearly complain. We never would have added anything if there was a line-up. She needs a reminder that if people don't buy she won't have a job. We frequently visit this DQ and if this is the service we ever get again we won't be visiting in the future.

Coming from kitchener going to sudbury we decided to try Dairy Queen in Parry Soundfor lunch and bring home supper. We were Rushed to read menu which is very hard to see at the angle its positioned and order. We had a hard time understanding and hearing the order person Under pressure we quickly picked 2 hamburger meals, asked for salt and ketchup , ordered 3 chicken burgers. We paid Close to 50$!! CRAZY ! I would have gotten pizza or a Steak Paid for order at 1st window, informed at 2nd window that ""I'm sorry but" "chicken wasn't ready, would be in 3min ,could you please pull over to the side and I will bring it out to you" Sure,why not? What's another notch? COULD YOU PLEASE PUT SOME SALT AND KETCHUP IN THE BAG? "Oh,Sure As we try to pull around to park, curb is in the way , it's to close to building for vehicles to make a turn and not marked.we we "had to" drive over the curb ,low and behold a car parked , we had to back up to make it around the car. NOW! Back to the chicken burger ???? It was a long ..... 3min 15min later .... As we're driving up the hiway to Sudbury, I'm wanting a "fry" fry,KETCHUP and SALT ( in that order) GUESS WHAT ! grrrrrrr no KETCHUP, no SALT Poor poor poor Canada

I love it when I'm made to feel like junk when ordering food at the drive through. It's my favorite to actually hear the in the voice of the person at the other end of the speaker... Or the "drop your hands in mini protest" after I ask for a lid for the Peanut Buster Parfaits. I never have a problem spending money on something good or on excellent service, but sadly Dairy Queen hasn't had either one of those elements in quite some time. The unfortunate thing is that it's happened several times, if not all the time I visit DQ; from a $20 order (3 sundaes) or 3 combos and desserts (~$65 order), they always seem to be consistently annoyed with anything I order. Listen, I'm never one to write a bad review, but in this case, I have honestly waited for the situation to better itself, and it never has. Really disappointing.

Wonderful food! Everything was great...except, whomever supplies the salad mix uses a preservative with that tell-tale taste which I am not a fan of. The Blizzards were great - mine was candy floss. The guys had a variety of burgers. Staff at the drive-thru were very nice and the order was correct. We have visited this location for about 30 years but maybe once or twice a year.
