Same menu as all BP restaurants. Washroom was quite dirty and the building, tables chairs etc.. didn't feel like a BP restaurant. Felt a little like there was some maintenance required. The restaurant is directly across from the harbour and the Georgian Queen, so the view from the table son the front porch/patio was great.

Mediocre service when we went for a late supper on the bar side. My husband's Jambalaya was good but my chicken alfredo penne concoction tastes like a knock off brand Side Kicks. Very disappointing. The chicken was so dry it crumbled and they were very cheap with the sauce which was essentially a blessing as it did not taste good at all.

I haven't been there in a while and forgot how good the food was. Staff are friendly and the restaurant is very clean. Due to the pandemic they have made the dining area very safe and they abide by the guidelines set forth by health authorities. This did not diminish the dining experience, though I feel bad that they cannot serve to capacity. Highly recommend.

My fave restaurant. I always get the spicy pierogie stromboli (calzone). It's not on the menu anymore but they let me order it anyway in Prince Albert (not everywhere). It's awesome!

I Boston pizza in almost every city I go to it’s my go to restaurant I ordered my favourite meal. let’s just say the chicken was not even close to satisfactory. And my salad was too sour to eat. Out of My 3 kids only 1 ate.I’m sorry but this location seems to have their own twist on cooking ,flavours and quality. Unfortunately I’m not recommending this location only based on our experience today It was a good way to lose $150 on Friday????

Didn't enjoy this place much. At first the service was really bad, I asked if the soup of the day was vegetarian and she just kinda said "I don't know." And didn't offer to check until I asked. Then when she confirmed it was vegetarian I got the soup and noticed that it wasn't - it had big chunks of chicken in it! I told the waitress and she went to the chef and came back to tell me it was all "the chefs fault and it was actually chicken gumbo" anyway, she was upset with the chef and offered me a new side dish. I got the cactus chips and the waitress took it off the bill. The chips were soft but she did warn me the dip had anchovies so that was nice. All around this restaurant was pretty mediocre but the waitress did redeem her service a bit. The chalkboard sign said under new management.

My pasta came cold and it wasn't all that great surprisingly because the description of chicken mushroom alfredo sounded delicious. This location has really went downhill quick. It started off really well with new management. Local staff has always been a huge problem. My wife and I went in on a Monday, you would think not so busy worry free. No such luck. Draft from taps luke warm. Chicken wings are extremely tiny. I haven't seen a manager come to our table to ask how our experience was in close to 2 years. This location banks on the summer to bail them out. And it's still sub par. A very expensive dining experience to say the least.

Great service and food! I always feel like I’m at home when visiting here, and the staff and management will always go above and beyond to ensure my experience is a fantastic one. The view and general atmosphere is also great, with a view out to the local town docks and a warm and inviting interior. The patio is perfect on a hot summer day and I can’t wIt to try out their new enclosed and heated patio this upcoming winter... CHECK IT OUT!

We had a wonderful lunch here overlooking the pier. Beautiful view and we each had small or individual pizzas and they were great. Our friends also had salad and really enjoyed them. Waitress was pleasant and attentive and the ace is clean. We were late foŕ lunch so we were able to get some pictures of the inside and the view. A definite return visit is in order!!!

Very disappointed. I ordered Parmesan Shrimp Alfredo. For $ 19, I was served a bowl with " an excellent overcooked spaghetti soup with 6-8 microscopic shrimp and cherry tomatoes"!!! Pasta was overcooked, drowned in a lot of sauce. Couldn't eat it.

So you've probably been to good ol' BP's before and you know what's the deal with food. So the real question is: is it worth bringing your squad/team/gang/broskis/buds/idek here? Well, stuff here is extra nice and fun, we had a legit party out there and waitresses were partying with us, we were joking, chatting it up with them, asking questions and taking forever to order, but they were nice and patient with us, I just assume they didn't do anything to our food :) check the pics below and tell me if something is off ahah. The jerseys and pictures they have up framed on the wall are friggin LEGENDARY (Cosby, T. Woods), we talked about those for a while. However, as cool as it was, a few things could've been better: I wish they had music louder or played music in the first place; the screens they play sports on should be bigger and better placed (BP's has a long way to go to catch up with Canadian Brewhouse). Overall, a solid 8.5/10, just a few things are not great, other than that: totally worth bringing the brotherins here.

I love how this location is by the water and is a nice unique Boston Pizza location. It was difficult to rate this location at three stars, but there was multiple mistakes. I still really enjoyed myself, but believe the staff is over extended here. First, it took a while to get our drinks and to place our orders. Then the waitress brought the incorrect order and I needed to wait longer for it to be re-done. The staff seemed to care and I believe they tried their best.

This has got to be the worst boston pizza I have ever had feed back on. The staff is rude and the food was cold . My cousins experience in this restaurant was horrific. I definitely will be coming to experience the service so make sure you school your servers on service. And I’m sure the owner of all these franchise’s would be getting a new staff if he knew how you treat your customers .if I could give no stars that is what I’d give this place.

I have been going to this Boston Pizza since it opened and the food has gotten worse over the years. I agree with the other review about the food being like microwave dinners. The staff on the lounge side are extremely childish and have no problem of showing that. I am glad Prince Albert is getting a few different restaurants like BP's to give patrons some choice.

Be forewarned the price you are given for you receipt when you order online is NOT necessarily the price you pay when it is delivered. We were told by the manager we were not charged online for things that We were given ie: I paid for the "pizza base" but not the toppings. Meanwhile, the price he quoted me for the base was much high than listed online. It was not a massive deal - like 10.00 in total but the manager didn't care and told us he had nothing to do with online orders. So just prepare ahead of time and have some extra cash. Food was okay - some dishes were cold and two of the six things we ordered were incorrect.

I had a great time with me and my friends, we were seated quickly and the waitress was very attentive. Everything went very smoothly we got our food, which was delicious, and our drinks rather quickly. The only problem we had was at the end of the night when we got our Bill's we didn't get any complimentary candies, now u know this doesn't seem like it would make or break my review but that candie at the end of a meal is what I crave and what I live for. Please next time give candies with every meal at the end of the night... Edit: Decided to come back to bps and get an old standby the calamari... and how it has changed for the worse. I used to love the calamari here me and my wife would come here all the time and order it with our meals but definitely not anymore.

Great experience with the outstanding staff and management. Came here with my family. We got set up in a booth where someone just finished stringing up little plastic ornaments. We ordered a meat lovers pizza and a plate of nachos. Food was great. During the meal, one of the small plastic ornaments falls on our table. No damage and nothing went wrong. We had 2 servers and a manager apologizes to us. They then offer us each a free dessert. Overall a great meal.

The food was standard Boston Pizza: nothing to write home about but serviceable. But they need to sort out their bar menu. We wanted Original 16 Copper and they offered it in bottles. When the server took our orders he asked what size we wanted, which was puzzling. Sure enough the beer we received was not what we ordered. If I had to guess I would say it was Coors Light. We questioned the server and he said that the manager had told him what to bring us. Did he think we couldn't tell the difference? Well, we could. Poor show

I went to this establishment with a few work buddies and the disrespect and ignorance we received from the owner and manager was atrocious, for an hour we were harassed, sworn at, and just made out to be a villain from the moment we got out of our taxi, when we arrived, we smoked a joint in the designated smoking area while waiting to be seated, which was provided with ash trays and chairs for customers, they then proceeded to question our ability to be in a public place and kept asking if we were going to be a problem, which we had no intention to be, then we proceeded to pay 5 dollars a mask just to get in there which is just a rip off to begin with but that's besides the fact, once in thwre they started question our drinks, debating on giving us a second, even to people who didn't smoke, then the owner Shannon came out 40 minutes after the joint has been smoked, proceeded to tell us we're being a problem this a family resturant, we can't be smoking weed in there sanctioned areas, and when we tried to question the situation she continued to tell us to shut the f*** up, on more then one occasion, the whole situation ruined my appetite to the point I couldn't eat my food anymore, then I was forced to pay for my meal which they got wrong by the way, after being demorally deprived of my respect and humanity, I will not be going to this resturant again, and I dont wish this experience on anybody

****UPDATE OCTOBER 14 2017**** I love Boston Pizza so much as I have mentioned but this store is one that I will not frequent as much since this last visit today. I mentioned in a previous review on the rudeness and it happened again. Was eating with the Son and just finished but took a business call just as the waitress came to satisfy the bill. My Son pointed at me indicating I am the one to deal with. Instead of her coming back in a short time she chose to force the debit machine to get payment. I got upset enough this time that I felt the need to speak with the manager. Flagged down the young lady manager and immediately you had the sense that she wanted no part of the complaint. I tried to press on but she kept looking around showing her disinterest. Even when she made eye contact you got a look that made you feel like she had no interest. She also had apparently spoke with the waitress as the manager already had excuses for the waitresses attitude. This is the same waitress who pressed the billing issue last time while my wife was still eating. Honestly, unless the store has people lined up waiting to get in I see no reason for this behaviour. As a plus, the pizza was great! Unfortunately the fries were cold, hard and soggy. 47$ for two personal size pizzas and two sides of fries should get you a little patience IMHO What can I say about Boston Pizza. Very Very expensive. I can also say that when I can afford it I will eat there. I love their pizza, fries and chicken fingers. My wife loves their French Onion soup. Any time I eat here I wish and wish that they would become more affordable so I can eat here more often. ****UPDATE**** September 9, 2017 Food was not as good as usual today. Fries were cold and somewhat soggy and it seems the French Onion soup now has Cheddar cheese in it instead of mozzarella and parmesan. We also felt rather rushed to pay whilst the server waited at the table for me to pay even while the wife was still eating. It was unsettling on the tummie so we finished paying, left our drinks and left. This type of behaviour leads me to ask... why are we made to feel obligated to tip anything? I tipped 4$ on a 44$ meal cause if you want the minimum 15% you are asking for please do make us feel like we appreciated there.

Ordered a grilled chicken pecan salad for takeout. When I got it home I saw that the chicken was overdone and cold. The lettuce in the salad looked like it had been frozen or was just going bad. Called the restaurant who put me on hold 'while they spoke to magaer about what to do'. I made the call at 4:10 PM. It is now 4:54 PM. I called to see what would be done and was told the manager had just stepped out. Do not eat here if you care about the quality of your food or the service. They do not care about you or anything else.

One waitress on duty who was very friendly but terribly inexperienced and very visibly stressed at being alone for a fairly busy lunch crowd. Got our drinks quickly but then the waiting began. She brought someone else's order to our table which gave the opportunity to let her know that our order had still not been taken but then she left and more waiting followed. after 20 plus minutes we just simply left and proceeded to the log cabin restaurant where we enjoyed a fabulous meal.

I took my kids to use the restrooms. The smell of urine was so strong my eyes were watering. It's expensive for what you get and though our server was quite nice the food was painfully slow. We waited nearly an hour for a pizza and a salad. We won't be back.

Went to this location for lunch after camping. There were many tables available but had to wait 10 minutes for a table. Pretty understandable due to covid but there was another couple waiting in front of us who apparently were waiting much longer who decided to just leave. Wish we had followed suit. Once seated it was long wait after long wait between ordering drinks and then to receive them. And then to put in our order was another hassle because we were looking at the lunch deals on the menu which apparently aren't available in the summer? So then had to wait more as we figured out what to get instead. Once we got out food it was clear that it had been waiting in the kitchen under a heat lamp for some time. We weren't given utensils for our side salads so had to use the sandwich toothpicks as chop sticks. Didnt even see our server in between getting our food and basically finishing it to even get a chance to ask for cutlery. Overall an incredibly poor experience that went on for way too long. Arrived at 1 pm, left close to 3

Mens washroom is the most disgusting I have ever seen. It stunk, there was groth in the corners by the sink, and the toilet had this growing in it. Apparently they clean the washroom every day. If this is how they clean there washrooms, I really hope they clean there kitchen better. Mentioned how dirty it was to the staff, they sent an employ in, came out a min later nothing was done. I normally really like BP's, so I went back a couple days later. Nothing had changed, disappointed and grossed out I left.

Everything was great but forbmy daughter she got mild sauce on the side... Was the colors of Franks red hot. I tasted it and yes it was hot sauce asked for a mild and came out with a second serving of the same mild sauce that is exactly the same color of Franks lol....this is not a complaint but rather feedback for management...we all know mild sauce isn't the color of Franks...that color bleeds the taste of hot lol cheers. Other than that everything was great!

Came here on a super busy day of a sports game. Hostesses were very accommodating. Service was slow but the food we got was excellent and so we didn't mind at all. Portions were big, quality was good and I like that they have something on the menu for everyone (good salads, sugar free refreshing drinks, tasty apps). Service was friendly and staff were communicating for a good flow. To improve: more patio TV's and in multiple directions for a major game and blinds near them as you cannot see the tv on a sunny day.

Was pleasantly surprised. Prompt service. Friendly waitress. Food was really good. Cactus cut dip tasted different than other locations I have been to, but still good. The new 'appy hour' is amazing. Paid less than half of what I normally would have on appetizers! Didn't know about it, but when the bill came it was a great surprise! Will definitely go back when in town again.

I went for lunch with a friend. to Boston Pizza. Big mistske as it almost cost me a trip to the dentist. I had a chicken wrap with a caesar salad well I was almost finished the salad when I found a piece of metal in the salad.one of the employees practically accused me of putting something in the salad. I'd give this place 5 stars because they had amazing service and incredible food and drinks. The outdoor patio is perfect on a sunny day. If you want something quiet, try the main restaurant. The bar is good for sport occasions or just to enjoy a different atmosphere. Highly recommend this place.

When we got our food it was cold and hard and we ordered 8 different things and only got 5 of them but it was to late to wait another hour and 50 mins to get more food so we just went to bed. Also we could not understand the delivery guy so the only good thing was we accidentally got a huge discount.

Where do I start? I've been to Boston Pizza countless of times in my area of Mississauga/Brampton....It was my first time having Boston Pizza outside of town and I can say that it was not the best experience. Food was very bland, service could be better as it took 5 minutes for the waitress to ask us if we wanted any drinks, mind you it wasn't busy. The location was pretty good, we had our dinner on the patio which had a nice view. Although the view was nice, bugs kept interrupting our meal the whole time. I don't think I will go Boston Pizza again unless its local.

The menu online is severely out dated. Lots of menu options have been discontinued. Also there's a great deal going on right now. If you order online you could save up to 15%. Problem is you can only order online if you are a citizen of Prince Albert. Anyone staying in a hotel for business is out of luck. So phoning an order in is my only option. While I'm on hold I get to hear about this great deal, fun. Some of the items I ordered were the discontinued items. Instead of being told these items cease to exist, they were added to my order. Upon delivery, I found my flatbread a mess. Apparently, according to the manager, this can't be avoided. This is because they do not have proper boxes for the flatbread. So keep in mind certain items ordered will arrive looking like crap. Don't bother phoning the manager, as he will tell you nothing can be done for you. Food was great, service was very lacking, and manager's PR skills could be compared to that of a 5 year old,

Decided to try out Boston Pizza again after quite some time and was fairly disappointed overall. Service was very bad especially for a quiet time with about only three other tables. Took forever to get our drinks and to get our orders in. Food was pretty good though so hats off to the kitchen staff. Asked for refills when food arrived and didn’t receive before we decided to leave. Multiple staff were gathered at the front on their phones when we went to pay.

I wish I could leave less than a star. Every time we order delivery there's dip or food missing. The food has been soggy and gross the last few times. We called and talked to the manager who refused to send us the missing items or give us a refund. Horrible food quality and horrible customer service.

Waited forever for our meal, which was made wrong. They forgot salsa and sour cream for a quesadilla and when they finally brought it over no one seemed concerned or even gave a simple apology. We were left unattended waiting to ask for a bill for so long we could've walked out without paying and without anyone even noticing. Staff appeared lazy and un concerned with their lack of customer service. No one even asked how our meal/service was probably because they knew it was horrible. If a manager was present her lack of effort was clearly reflected on her staff. Disappointed to say the least.

The staff were very nice so this is not a reflection of them. The food not worth the price. I paid $26 for the chicken parmesan, garden salad, vegetables, and garlic bread. The steamed vegetables were not seasoned they were just plain steamed vegetables. The chicken was gummy and not made from real chicken breast (most likely it is a chicken cutlet). The garden salad was mediocre. My advice is save your money and go to Fort Knox Island Grill you will get two delicious meals for the price of one bad Boston pizza meal.

Came here for quick bite and some drinks. They tucked my wife and I way in the back corner, despite having lots of empty tables with views of the water or up front where the live music was. Waitress took our order and we never saw her again. We watched her check in on other tables 2-3 times but she completely ignored us.My drink sat empty for literally 30 mins. Great location on the Parry Sound bayfront, Lots of patio space under cover if you want to eat outside. Good seric+ie and of course same menu as other Boston Pizza restarants. Our pizza was great and we ate there again the following day. Lots of parking across the street. The only negative is that their main restrooms are in the basement, There is one handicapped restroom on the main floor. No the cheapest place to eat but good food.

Wings, no. Had the boneless mild (flavorless) and the fried wings also mild (no flavour or crunch). Certainly don't have wings as their specialty. I strongly do not recommend them. Our pepperoni pizza was indistinguishable from a Digorno's frozen pepperoni pizza. Not even close to what you expect at a pizzeria. The decor was well done and the wait staff was nice. So the infrastructure is there but the food is not.

Our Innisfil hockey team was in town last weekend for the Bob Beaumont Hockey tournament. We had lunch at Boston Pizza! With 50 people - 20 of them being energetic children, we nearly filled the restaurant. The staff was wonderful! They maintained their smiles, and provided excellent customer service. After triple overtime in the final game of the tournament we took home new shiny GOLD medals! Thank you Boston Pizza!

Terrible food, very nice server she was only reason we didn't complain about the shoe leather streak and cold veg. Give her a raise and fire your km he/she sucks, oh ya I was km at Red Deer Alberta locationfor 3 years so ya boo on the steaks but what great front staff. I've been here before and food ushaly meh ok but the service is always above and beyoned congrats on that at least.

Food was good, service was trash. Had 5 different servers, took forever to come take our order when there was only 3 other tables. Asked for water refills and never came back. Didn’t bring bill and had to pay at the front, where four servers were gathered around on their phones.

After church Boston pizza is a great place to enjoy dinner. Max was very attentive . The view was wonderful of the Seguin waterway and the beautiful fall colors. We would recommend this restaurant. ????

Ordered a special they had going. Including a pizza and ravioli and a salad. With a side of calamari. Pizza was cold. Calamari was cold. Had to reheat everything. Not to mention my order came to 66$. Gave him a $100 bill and he complained because he didn't have the change to give back to me. First time I've ordered food from there. Probably won't go back. Not pleased at all
