Served by Todd, thanks to him I had the best experience at the e bar and have a reason to go back. He is easily likeable, and takes the time to give detailed, helpful answers (I ask a lot of questions). He’s not scared to share his opinion and that is something I appreciate so much in a worker!

Friendly baristas and quick service. I'm a fan of the mocha ice storm and blood orange spritzer. Would choose the latter when I'm looking for something refreshing.

Customer service was pretty decent. Staff was friendly and helpful to explain the different between coffee roasts even though I ended up getting a full-bodied americano. The mouth feel was exquisite and the crema was perfectly formed. They clearly know what they're doing. Bravo!

I love the service. The baristas are very friendly. The management really cares about the customer experience. They greet you by name, they remember your order. They make you feel like a friend. Excellent service ….very happy

Their dark roast is amazing and they also have Noms which are dates with crushed almonds around them so you got an awesome coffee with a treat while you do your shopping or stuck shopping with someone. Definitely worth a visit

Barista didn't put her phone down while I was ordering, almost made my drink with the wrong milk. It tasted watered down and awful. When I went back to let them know, a different barista offered to add another shot of espresso - it only made my latte worse. I would not recommend.

The CASHIER there was unbelievably SLOW! I waited 5 minutes for them to serve the only ONE customer ahead of me, and they couldn’t even complete that ONE transaction! I had to leave in the end because I was running out of time! DON’T WASTE YOUR LIFE in that store, we deserve better service!

I underestimated this place because the cafe is located in a small space at the corner of Nordstrom. Surprisingly, however, they serve good coffee. I felt like they really want to caffeinated customers or make their customers satisfied so that customer could continue shopping at the department store. I tried latte ($4.50) and honey almond latte ($5.15), and I like them both. The quality of service depends on day and time (employees).
