You feel like you’re in Europe in this café. Small and cozy in the best way possible, so much character, no wifi so living in real life is obligatory, great tea quality, and it’s attached to a mindfulness shop (singing pebble it’s called). What more could you ask for? Oh ya…the espresso is perfectly calibrated.

Baked goods and coffee, the right way to start a week day or enjoy a mid morning break. Try the Tinto and muffin. Equator coffee also roasts an espresso blend just for CQP which is quite good.

Having a cafe here feels like having a coffee in Italy of France. In addition to the quality of coffee and baked goods, the atmosphere is slower; not rushed. I don't mean that the service is slow. The service is thoughtful, and you can tell that care is being put into each drink. While you might have to wait a few minutes longer for your drink, this is actully good and it encourages you to slow down and savour.

Great little cafe with an amazing roast (I had a cappuccino with the Rachmaninoff roast) - so tasty! limited seating, but has locked Wi-Fi and is very clean, with a nice aesthetic appeal. Def would go again.

I really enjoy coming here for great coffee and even better service. The whole staff is really community oriented and ethically conscious. The baristas always put in a lot of care into every drink and have been fantastic during the pandemic to keep serving the community in a safe and friendly manner. Thx for the great experiences!

Delicious drinks and nice baked products. It's a small cafe so pre-COVID-19 you would probably have to wait in line on a Sunday as they'd have 1 barista working to make drinks and serve customers. Very clean and kind service. They have a nice bathroom and are connected next door to Singing Pebble Books!

My neighbourhood coffee shop, and I love it. Always friendly staff in a small and cozy setting. One of my favourite things is the local coffees from Equator and Blue Barn. Please don't change this. I also love the in house baked goods. Simple and few, but very delicious.

Best Matcha latte I have had in Ottawa. And the baristas are all incredibly lovely. Tip: Make sure to head in earlier in the day to snag one of their delectable freshly baked (and still warm!) muffins or scones.

Cashier was very helpful with my tea selection, she offered variety of options and went as far as bringing containers to smell their scent before ordering. Very relaxing experience and their baked goods are delicious

The coffee is bragged about by staff but good coffee houses are a dime a dozen. The experience bottomed out when I was told there was no Wi-Fi. They do not know their clientele, I was sitting at table where everyone has a laptop out and their phone to do research and work during their business day. My work came to a stand still. The location is right across from the University and between local high schools, yet they do not offer Wi-Fi. What a missed opportunity. The owner runs a book store attached and accessible from the coffee shop, it has Wi-Fi, but they do not share with paying patrons. I understand that are shooting for a relaxed environment, but the experience stressed me out that I went there to work and grab a coffee and realized I was wasting my time.
