If I could I would give a 0 star. An hour wait after ordering a cheese dog which they did not have and suggested sausage instead. After 1 hour still did not get anything even though ppl were ordering after us and left. When they finally brought that sausage to the window and the girl was about to give it us other girl came and give to other ppl because their food was ready and apparently they had sausage too. So disappointed. Did not eat and waited for one hour to get explanation that they just opened this weekend.

The atmosphere was lovely, but my pregnant wife was given a sausage that was uncooked in the center.... Cold. But at least the weather was nice.

Hamburgers and milkshakes done the old way! Super thick and creamy milkshakes and fluffy hamburger buns w/ sweet and tangy relish. The fries were fried to crispiness. I wish they had little cups for me to put some ketchup in though. Really good to come here and have a picnic at one of the tables under the trees by Lake Couch.

The Students that work there are the most friendly people i jave ever met. The owner's keep the place clean from head to toe they are very friendly as well the wife Carol work's very hard and is a beautiful person inside and outside.

Well...we stopped at Frenches for an order of fires and a cola !!!! Costs us $5.75 and it took us approx. 20 minutes to get the order and the fries are on a paper plate thingie, not boxes as previously was the case and it was patheticely short in size, half of last years and was not hot as expected. I'm not sure who is running it this year but I can tell you we are not stopping there anymore! Who waits 20 minutes for simple order of fries for crying out load !!!! I was wonder what visitors from out of town 5hink of Orillia after going there for something to eat. The people running it this year should be ashamed !!!!

Went there today because of reviews. Would not go back. Fries were extremely dried out like sitting under a heat lamp all day , cheese curds were cold and gravy was not that warm. Burger tasted like a frozen patty and was over charred. Very disappointed
