I was quite honest with the staff about my inexperience with purchasing cigars and my (humble) budget. The gentleman who helped me was kind and respectful. He did not make me feel out of place or try to sell me on anything beyond my needs. He was very down to Earth, walked me through which mild cigars might be suited for my occasion. I'd recommend any new or seasoned cigar enthusiasts to visit.

I love Casa delicious Humidor! I mean. How could you not? The guys in there are very knowledgeable and friendly. Ready to answer your questions(and you will have some). The walk in humidor has thousands or cigars just waiting(for not a very long time I might add) to be taken home. If you love a good cigar as much as I do. It is a must stop.

A great place ... currently cannot enter the walk-in humidor due to covid precautions...but great atmosphere .... the ladies were very nice had a cup of cappuccino which was nice and sat outside on the patio and smoked one of my purchased cigars .... will visit them again !

Boy. A couple of old negative reviews can sure make a place look mediocre. My purchasing experience was quite the reverse. Yes the staff watches you but it's not like someone couldn't stuff a thousand dollars in a knapsack in about five seconds. The humidor rocks, prices are fair, staff is knowledgeable, friendly and doesn't treat frugality with disdain. Each time I go in, Casa del Humidor staff take a few minutes to tell me what is new, what I should try, what is hot right now. Favourite cigar is the Serie D but day to day, it's Arista Pyramids. Great store

What a terrific place. The selection of cigars is staggering, and perfect quality. Very friendly and helpful staff. We visited a few times during our vacation and came away with a few more cigars each time. We will be coming back again.

I like this place, but there is something going on in there humidor. My last 3 buys from here the cigars are dried out and even after leaving them in my humidor for a month the flavour is not coming back fully. The prices are great!!! The staff is really good!!! I think you just need to check that humidity level all over the humidor or something!

I'm a frequent customer of cash del humidor and have loved the experience everytime. Today was a different experience,I dont dont what the womans name was attending me,but she was horrible. Everytime I go I spend a good amount of money on the cigars around $200 or more. Talk about rude customer service telling me not to touch the cigars. Before I buy cigars I like to hold them to look at the structure and flaws. Her tone of voice right away put a source experience so I asked her if I could put the cigars in the tray,she replied do whatever you want. She was also being rude to my dad telling him she couldnt understand his language. Not all of us speak speak perfect english. I will consider spending my money else were from now on. I regret not getting her name and if I didnt drive an hour to buy my cigars i would've left everything there because she doesnt deserve my business.

Wow, what deplorable service! Went here on July 9th, 2020, making a special trip after visiting Muskoka. Waited to be served...waited, waited, waited. Asked if I could walk into the humidor as I waited, and abruptly told 'no.' Wasn't given an explanation as to why. No reason to visit a place like this when you can easily order online from within Ontario. UPDATE Nov. 13, 2021: Wow, your response to my review speaks volumes about your customer service competence. Love coming here and looking at all the beautiful cigars. Great selection and a good price on most. Cuban cigars are amazing, and before you could get some good deals on them here, however now, you're hard pressed to do so now. All the same though, I'll still splurge every once in a while.

Went in for the first time yesterday. The humidor was amazing. They had everything, and prices were very reasonable. It's too bad it is so far from the city, otherwise it would be my go-to shop. I will be back 100%. Their shop was very nice too. They had very high quality accessories like cutters, ashtrays, ect... and even sold coffee. Their humidors for sale were beautiful as well. When you enter the humidor an associate accompanies you and carries you cigars on a tray as you pick them. I understand that this is the level of service they choose to provide, and its a method of loss prevention from theft. But, I am also a browser and I like to take my time looking and comparing. The associate did not make me feel rushed, and she was very helpful, BUT it was a busy shop and I felt as if I was taking up her time, which in turn made me rush. I would have liked a little more time to explore the humidor since it is so large. I did not get to take a look at everything, so I will be back!

I wish they would have updated the website to inform people that not only can you not go in the humidor right now but they limit your purchase. I drove three hours round trip to only be able to buy five cigars. If the website was updated I would have waited to go. Because of this I will not go back.

As a past customer, I would like to thank them for no guarantee on box of 20 cigars. For the area, it is an OK humidor. After yrs, the recent purchase turned out to be dried out floor scraps. Returning the scraps, two of the phrases from the clerk, " you can't return open boxes & so what". Now my local convience store orders in the 20 for < $$. Again, thanks from a past customer.

Amazing selection of cuban and non Cuban cigars ina well kept and perfectly controlled humidor. Some stock seems to be extremely young (not a bad thing). Friendly staff, but sometimes you might have to wait for access to the humidor. This is not a bad thing as it show that want to enure every customer gets the service they deserve. I will definitely come back and if you find your self I the area I recommend stopping by.

Holy smokes, I was like a kid in a candy store! What an amazing selection with a wide range of prices, you can walk in there with $20 and come out with a bunch of really nice cigars or one great cigar. If you're a cigar newbie you don't have to worry about feeling intimidated because they're very welcoming, helpful and the prices won't have you running out the door. My only disappointment is in myself, and how I just found out about this place now. I live in Hamilton and I'm only going to see this place twice a year, when I go to Algonquin and the family cottage. What I wouldn't give to sit on their patio in the Fall with a nice cigar and an espresso.

Last 2 visits 60 yr old blonde lady very rude. The product I did grab before being so offended was stale and cracked. I touched a cigar in plastic wrap 12 yr old scotch infused, and was told not to touch or smell the cigars. I was laughed at and told they only sell real cigars when I asked for a cognac infused cigar. So if you like dried product, being treated like an idiot and generally being treated like your beneath some one or just want to observe the worse customer service then go there. I don't get it, just wanted to by a few cigars for the cottage.
