I moved to orillia nad almost passed out when i saw this place it's honestly hamds down the best fast restaurant place ever. They took them out of toronto and ive been dying to get the roast beef melt for ten years!! I highly recommend this place the melted cheese is to die for!????????????

The curly fries and the horsey sauce were A+++++! The drive through line moved very quickly for the amount of cars in it! (oh, also, it's drive through only right now because the COVID cases are getting high ????) It all sounds positive right? So why only three stars? Well, the buffalo chicken slider they handed me was essentially DROWNING in its own sauce to the point where it was unbearable ???? Thank goodness I had an extra packet of horsey sauce that saved it from just being tossed out! Stay away from sauce-drench burgers! I'd come back again but only to try the items they're known for ???? It's definitely partially my fault for ordering something so outlandish

This place is a shame... basicaly got ripped off with bad servise and the attitude of not my job reaks worse then the beef...I payed 16.50 for med pop fries and 2 for 9 if I wanted this kind of slopy servise I would of went to McDonald's

Our family loves Arby's and we always stop in to eat here when we're up in Orillia (unfortunately that's only a couple of times per year). This location never disappoints! The service is friendly and great, the food is always fresh and delicious and the restaurant is very clean. It's worth the trip!

I've been told that when you purchase a franchise there is a stipulation in it about how many km's away another Arbys is allowed to be.... the distance is something ridiculous! I thought I'd look for a new lunch place that wasn't typical fried food. I went inside to order and the cashier barked at me to get out, as I was the 7th person and they allow only 6 inside. Not the way to make a first impression. I won't be going back.

I haven't been to Arby's in a long long time, but recently got some coupons and thought, what the heck?! I went drive through and got a good haul for the price...couple of bacon cheddars and Jr ones. I have to say, they were pretty good! Not sure about the overall quality of the meat, but for the price and amount I received, not to shabby! Also, loved the curly fries and horsey sauce! I'll definitely mix Arby's in more often!

This Arbys was way more rcpensive than the other Arbys that I have been do in northern ontario where I actually live. It was about $6 more fir 2 meals than in thunder bay. They dont have actual vombos but instead have a proce to pay ti make a sandwish i to a combo which nakes it way more money for the combo. Very dis apointing

On the window it says free wifi. Get in, pay for my order and I sit down to eat and notice they give me a promo code for a sweepstakes. All I have to do is go online and enter to win. I go to my wifi settings and I need a password for their wifi. Now that's false advertising.

Upon arrival we discovered that the restaurant was closed for dine in, only drive through was available, which is absolutely ridiculous. It was a long line up and an equally long wait to get served. You know what? I hadn’t tried Arby’s before until recently & I LOVE it! They pack the sandwiches full & it doesn’t hurt that they also taste amazing. However, expect to wait 10+ minutes in the drive-through to order & get your food. I personally think it’s totally worth the wait.

I received a call from the owner (Dianna) to follow-up. I wasn't looking for anything in response, but truthfully, the response was nice and I really do appreciate the offer. Went on a camping trip with families at Orillia and found out there’s an Arby’s, a fast food restaurant I use to visit quite a lot when it’s popular in the GTA back then. I love their curly fries! ???????????????? Their beef ‘n cheddar sandwich was tasty, however, they used to put more cheese sauce the last time I had it years ago. ???? I still love it as it’s so unique so much different from the beef burgers at other fast food chains. ❤️

Where else can you go in the whole of Simcoe County and have such great meat as a meal. It is about 50 minutes to an hour away from where we live to get there - but we make the trek as often as we can. We amount others always wonder why there is not another Arby's location in Barrie or Angus by the military base - that in itself would be a home-run for sales of Arby's with the military gang! Drive thru is slooooow every time we've been. 3 cars in line today and it took over 15 minutes from speaker to getting our food. I don't blame the staff, they are super friendly and moving around working etc, but those old Panasonic cashes are pre 1995, and the store layout doesn't seem very efficient. Curly fries rock though.

For some reason this restaurant is drive through only at this time, but I was able to eat in last time here a month ago. Well, you would think that only having a single window to serve would make it quick? Nope! So far I have been in line for 10 minutes and only 3 vehicles have been served. Used to be a guilty treat, but I’m starting to think that they don’t deserve my patronage any longer. In the end, 27 minutes in drive through, and the icing on the cake? The drink was 2/3s ice.

Just how I remembered it before it shut down all the locations in Toronto... delicious goodness. Got the cheddar & roast beef combo. You can never say no to the curly fries (crisp, with flavour). Their fountain pop station offers Peak iced tea (raspberry and original) which was a nice surprise. ????????????????????

We have the meats! Yes, yes you do Arby's. Delicious everytime. Almost can't get enough. Loving the new creations. Good location off the highway is a bonus, never very much traffic so in and out is a breeze. Curly fry poutines are fantastic, pretty much everything is. Good food for your money ratio.

Upon entering the front door, the strong scent of freshly cleaned floors and carefully crafted shaved beef was like tidal wave rushing over me, with an instant aftershock of excitement and jealousy, only for the patrons that were in line before me. As I wait anxiously in the curved barriers, I feverishly look over the menu. Then it hit me... Montreal smoked meat Reuban. As I finally get to the front of the line, I quickly blurt out my order, pay exact change and wait at the other end of the counter like a young Barack Obama about to deliver a victory speech. YES I CAN As I sit down with my tray filled with one Reuban sandwich, curly fries, soft drink and two cups of horsey sauce I realize, there is no amount of money I wouldn't have paid for this. I open my wrapper, grab the Ruban and begin... Only two words came to mind that afternoon... Timeless Exquisite Thanks you

Been a few times and I’ve encountered the same issues. 1. The dining room is always closed now. It like they’ve realized they can use Covid as an excuse to close the dining room and do less work. 2. In the drive through they always try to tell you that you only get two packs of Arby’s sauce per sandwich. The first time they told me it was supply chain issues. But a year later it’s the same story, so now I know they are just plain lying. I tell them hey I ordered the 1/2 pound sandwich so how is it logical that someone who orders the smallest sandwich gets the same 2 packs of sauce? They will look back at you puzzled then repeat the same line like a parrot. The first time this happened the dining room was open so I marched inside and I guess the clerk could sense my bubbling rage and just handed over a bunch of sauce and slowly backed away. The second time I wasn’t able to get inside due to the lockout so I had to have a standoff in the drive through line. First they tried to tell me it would be ten cents for each additional sauce, but eventually I guess they sensed I wasn’t capitulating and begrudgingly put 2 more in the bag. Which was really probably for the best because phase 2 I was just going to turn the car off and sit blocking the drive through in protest. I’m not looking for 20 sauces, but a sandwich that big needs about 4 sauces. The Arbys in Kingston is great. It feels airy and the staff are chipper. The whole experience at this one however is tainted with despair. It feels like there’s a black cloud of loathing that just hangs over this place.

We asked for philly swiss and got it with hot peppers so was not happy. We ate the ones we got to eat in, but the ones to go, we exchanged for regular philly swiss. They didn't seem happy with exchanging them, but did. Didn't realize the menu had changed. Love the buns. Nice and fresh.

I used to work in one in Burlington Ontario before I had my daughter just over 16 yrs ago I did all different positions I used to always order a junior beef and chedddarcand get tomato on it and put arby's sauce on it. I wish there was one in Barrie I have to wait till I'm in orillia or beg the person driving to stop so I can have it again. I ordered the beef and cheddar with Curley fries it was just ad good as 16byrs ago but I miss mot having it more often needs to be one in Barrie somewhere.

First off, they don't have "The Great Canadian" sandwich anymore which is why they don't get 5 stars, however the staff still know what it us and know how to add stuff to your order so you can make it yourself...which is what my wife does because she loved TGC. I go here quite frequently any time I'm in Orillia. I usually get great service and the food is good. However today I had quite an unpleasant experience with the employee at the drive through. I ordered 2 double beef and cheddars, and when I received them, it was clearly not a double but rather a regular. I went back through the drive thru and I had to repeatedly ask for the order to be remade and the guy was arguing with me. "Here's your doubles with 6 ounces of meat.. just like last time". After that comment I had to see if I was going crazy so I took one home and weighed it. There were 4.5 ounces of meat on the bun (25% less than the 6 ounces it's supposed to have). We're all human and we all make mistakes, but the guy confidently arguing with me about it at the window is why I'm writing this review. Very disappointed. Not sure if I'm going to be returning to this location.

I went through drive thru like we have to and when I got to the window the guy says "Any sauces?" I said I needed a few ketchup and alot of Arby's sauce, like 10. When we drove away, we got as far as McDonald's and say we got 2 packs of Arby's sauce, 2 packs of Horsey sauce and NO ketchup. We had to go back thru a line up to get sauces. The fries were cold as well as the sandwiches but no one was concerned about the poor service and the Poor Quality of Cold Food. If you ask the questions then fulfill the order!

I would put 0 stars if it would let me. I have been a customer of Arby’s for over 30 YEARS. I asked for a jr roast beef on an onion bun the same order I have ordered for all 30 years. But this time for the FIRST TIME EVER I was told I would have to buy a beef and cheddar to get that bun....which the beef and cheddar cost three times the price and meat then the jr roast beef. I asked if I could pay extra for the bun and the girl refused too. THE BUN IS LIKE MABYE 20 to 50 cents more then the sesame bun.. WOW REALLY I CANT HAVE A JR ROAST BEEF ON AN ONION BUN? The staff is always friendly and the menu items are always consistent. Curly fries are legendary. The variety of deli selections is terrific and a classic beef and cheddar never disappoints. It's too inconsistent. Sometimes the roast beef is the best I ever had and sometimes it's horrible but it's mostly horrible because they don't shave the slices of roast beef thin enough. 90% of the appeal of Arby's is the thinly sliced roast beef. That is what makes you guys stand out. Make sure your employees are slicing it thin enough!

I love Arbys !!! I have no idea why there aren't more of them. This is the closest location to me in Barrie and it's been renovated so it's quite nice. Also the Timmies they shared the parking lot with closed down so now theres a ton of room for parking. The sliders are a perfect size for my 8 year old and she loves the poutine.

Using one star because it's the lowest I can go. Nothing Earth shattering, just disappointing. Order the special on now, asked for onions on the sandwiches, she confirms the order, I drive to the window and the girl (who quite clearly was unhappy to be there by her tone and lack of attention) asked me if I want any sauces. I tell her what I wanted, she closes the window, comes back about 10 seconds later and asks again what sauces I want. I tell her again and she goes away, never to return. Another staff gives me the food and I check the bag for the sandwiches and sauces, etc. I drive away and when I start eating, no onions on the sandwiches and as a coup de grace one sandwich is two tops of the bun and one is two bottoms. Again, nothing serious, just wondering why should I go out of my way for this level of service and attention to detail. It will sadly be the last visit for me as this is not a one off, but a regular occurrence.

The Orillia Arby's was recently renovated in the last year. Sporting a new cleaner design and big improvement from the previous design. Staff was friendly on the date attended and service was fast. Arby's is a once and a while meal with me as the Roast Beef is very processed but that has nothing to do with this location just the restaurant chain overall.

I get fast food sucks to work at but you don't have to show it in poor customer service. This location needs an experienced mamager to supervise for a week to ensure that the store can perform.
