So you cannot make me a coffee?? A COFFEE?? Is it that long??? Knowing that you saw me coming, there s bunch of people, nothing saying that there is an event or whatsoever. I’ve been there several times and I never if they’re going to be nice to me or not. This one time I ordered one of their pricy sandwiches and it they gave it to me without the chips. So I told one of the person working there that they forgot to add the chips and she spoke to me in a very way and said that they didn’t have any left. She also told me that it’s not part of the meal, and they didn’t have to give it to the customers. I didn’t understand why she answered me this way. She got mad as if I was harassing her for it. How would was I suppose to know that. The sandwiches are super small and pricy so I thought it came with it. I get that it’s business and that food is expensive but that’s no reason to be rude! Learn to treat your customers nicely!

Hands down the best coffee and pastries in the city. (I mean it) try the dirty chai or plain espresso sooo good. Pastries are game changing. the cream puffs and their speciality tarts are must try. (If you’re lucky enough to catch one, they’re not always available ????) Vegan/ gluten free options available and you can even see fancy ones time to time, they’re amazing. Brewed coffee is also very delicious (and cheap). Staff is very friendly and helpful. I wish it was pet friendly but I get it, they have an open kitchen.

Love this place! Love the vibe.. love that they finally have a cold brew that is sooooo good. I like this location better than the Elgin one. I've had their other hot coffees before, the cortado is the best.. I love their sandwiches too. You pay more than you would for starbucks, but their coffee + ambience is worth it!
