I really enjoy my visits to Courts. They have these drinks called steamers (I think) and its a flavour shot with hot milk, and the cinnamon one is awesome. Also great coffee and baked goods!

Nice place, great ambiance! Coffee is great!! Pastries are average...parking can be difficult as well...and no tap? Everyone takes tap these days...might cost a bit more per use...but realistically next time I am in area will most likely go elsewhere ..where they take tap and have better parking.

Driving through and was looking for somewhere I could spend some time waiting out of the cold with my four year old son. The lady at the front that was helping me was very kind and offered me vegetarian options. It is clean, quiet and beautiful inside. The coffee is also excellent. I will definitely come back. Thank you!

Walked in with the intention of getting lunch on Jan 7 2022, past the new signs with recent capacity restrictions and message about mandatory masking, sanitized my hands, then noticed that the staff at the counter have no masks on. No barrier, not even a face shield, nothing, like it was 2019. I can empathize people taking a break to have a drink when customers aren’t around, but there were several customers in the store already, including the person whose order was being taken at the counter. I used to be a fan of this place and prior to this incident Coutt’s seemed to have a good handle on things. I don’t know what happened but there is no excuse for this anymore. Do not visit if you don’t want COVID.

I haven't been there in a while but last time I went it was great! They had WIFI (though not super great WIFI. Good enough though for what I needed at the time) there is also great seating were you can face the water as you sip on your drink. I also liked how they had a bunch of flavors for their lemonades and some nice pastries! I think it's worth a stop for sure if you are passing through or a new local. I took one star off because of WIFI which isn't a huge deal really. It just made the experience a little less than excellent. I think when I go again I will expect it so it won't be such a bummer.

We always go to Coutts coffee and stock up on beans when we are in area. I wish you offered delivery to Ottawa (for beans) during the pandemic because I would definitely take advantage of that. **Edit** thank you for the reply about delivery, we'll definitely be calling for an order!

Great cup of coffee and fresh beans. They also went above and beyond to made a dozen muffins in 24 hours notice before I left town. Amazing customer service!

Too bad covid is here. Looks like a great place for locals to hang out and enjoy coffee. Nice decor and a few treats although I didn't try any. Great location on the water and a nice patio too.

I work nearby and (maybe it’s a sign I drink too much coffee) when I walk in they greet me by name and are often prepping my coffee before I even get to the counter. They roast their own coffee so it doesn’t get any fresher. They have other drinks too if you’re not into coffee.

Excellent place: tasty coffee and tea, you can buy all kinds to make it at home/work as well. Kind and polite staff. Everything is fast. Place has excellent interior and outside seating options: there is a terrace above the little canal. Parking on the street or there is a city parking lot pretty close. If you visiting Perth, this place is a must. Cinnamon buns and other deserts are great! You can have your coffee with all kind of extra things: watch for the signs or talk to staff.

Really good atmosphere and the view from their deck/patio is scenic. Coffee is really good, and their sandwiches are pretty tasty. Tried their cafè mocha with a smoked salmon sandwich on a multigrain croissant and was happy with what I got. Will definitely be back when I'm in the Perth area again, and highly recommend a stop when in the region.

We are going up today ( from Kingston) primarily for their Eccles ( sweet treat from the UK , originally) because they are so GOOD! We get a dozen made up which we order ahead So that we can share them in the AM....1 Eccles =2 happy folks! This is a great spot, beautifully situated by the Tay Waters. Whatever we have had here has been spot-on great.

I can't a say enough about this magical little coffee shop. Coffee 5⭐ food 5⭐staff 5⭐, music, ambiance, view, selection of little gifts and all things coffee 5⭐ all the way. My wife and I have already made plans to go back in the summer. 90 minute drive. Well worth it. ????, Did I mention the coffee!!!????

Very good coffee from a local coffee roaster in the heart of Perth serving fair-trade organic coffee beans. Fiddleheads blend is my current fav, a med-dark. Great to support local business with a coffee rewards program in return. Store also serves lunch, and sweets, and some local crafts.

The staff is well-trained, polite and seem to have amazing memories because they remember what I order when I come. The goodies are good and the lunches are very, very good. And I haven't even talked about the coffee. I love coffee and it's done very well at Coutts. Really, what more can I say?

Great coffee, this is where I buy my beans... very few Ottawa roasters can compete. Get a coffee here while you enjoy the beautiful town of Perth and buy a bag of beans to enjoy at home. Also a reaaaaally great London fog if you are a tea drinker. Lots of cute take-out mugs available for purchase.

The food here is great, so is the coffee. I struggled watching the unmasked staff prepare food. Sign states: we are safe behind the glass. This may be true, but if you are sick you may spread your sickness since you are not masked. In the interest of the health of your customers, this no mask behind the counter policy needs to be reviewed. Edit: owner's explanation that they are following local health inspection guidelines is acceptable. I'm from out of town and our local guidelines are obviously different ( masks are mandatory). I'll amend my original 3 star to reflect the service and food I received the weekend of July 31.

We stopped in for a quick breakfast sandwich. Very good eggs, cheese and bacon on a cheese bagel. We sat outside on the patio overlooking the canal. Nice!

Came here to warm up with hot drinks and sandwiches. The location was a nice cute building, unfortunately seating was closed due to government restrictions so we got take out. Staff were friendly and service was prompt. The drinks were excellent, we had the hot chocolate and tea. Sandwiches tasted good, but the portion size was disappointing and left us still hungry. For the price we expected something more substantial. Besides the portion size of the sandwiches everything else was good. We would love to return if we could get a better value.
