Great spot however frequently out of stock on popular menu items (muffins, soup, etc.) early in the day and the stock does not get replenished, most noticeably on weekends. This is a consistent observation over a long period of time and therefore cannot be explained away by an unusually busy day or "higher than normal" demand.

I thoroughly enjoy the outdoor patio here. It has more seating than most other downtown cafes, and it is shaded! I wish they would do something about all the smokers though. The law is 9 metres away from any patio, yet somehow people think if they stand one metre away, they're somehow okay.

Not as environmentally friendly as they claim to be. Using a paper cup to measure how much coffee to put in a mug and then throwing it away immediately is not cool. Also, kills the incentive to bring a mug in the first place.

Menu and drinks are fairly priced and taste great. Staff is friendly and location is semi- clean for a downtown location. My main source of contention is the internet. Location management needs to fix their wifi issues. I could not conduct my work project meeting without running into severe internet lag and numerous time-out sessions. Various customers complained yet staff was not able to correct the issue. In a growing competitive market where Second Cup and Star Bucks are 50 m in either directions, this issue can have an impact on returning customers. Thank you

I love Bridgehead but this is by far the unfriendliest location. One barista in particular is extremely arrogant and snobby. She has a (albeit great!) pineapple tattoo on her left arm so you can identify her. If a manager is reading this, please talk to the staff there, or if unfriendly pineapple tattoo barista, you are the manager, please learn to be friendly. And not just to your favourites, but to each and every customer who walks through the doors.

I got there at 6:28am (thinking it opened at 6am, as it says on google), and as I tried to open the door, I saw the the sign saying that it opens at 6:30am. I thought someone was going to come open the door since it was 6:28am... but they just looked at me with a “I’m sorry” face. Then, at 6:30am on the dot they unlocked the doors, side door first when they clearly saw me standing and waiting in front of the main door. When I came in, they just looked at me without saying hi. I will not be coming back.. the coffee might be good but they need to work on their customer service skills.

I’ve been here three times to order food and every time I’ve been disappointed. The chocolate quinoa loaf, which is so moist and delicious at other locations, was stale and dry twice. Not sure where they get it from, if they don’t keep it well covered or keep it for too long, but something is wrong. The sweet potato quinoa loaf had no taste and did not make me feel good afterwards. Will not be returning to this location.

One of fb my favourite coffee shops in town. If you're in Ottawa, you must give this place a try. If you love americanos, even better. This is the place to be. Only downside is WiFi is open so during peak hours, everyone around the shop is connected to it so it's often very slow. Staff are great, selection of items is amazing. Banana peanut butter overnight oats and the americano are a must!

The drinks are up to their usual Bridgehead standard, but my goodness, the service is poor. The staff this summer have been consistently rude, disinterested or curt, which is too bad, considering most of the Bridgehead's around town are great. Hard to keep me and others from the Starbucks just up the street, since it has way friendlier staff.

Staff was friendly, but things seemed a bit off today. Couldn't find the cream or milk on the counter towards the back and sugar seemed to be hidden on a shelf underneath. The dish bin could have been emptied and the place could have used a mop. Wifi was down, which happens, but the manager should provide assistance to staff or call the network technician to get it working.
