A nice addition to the Moka House family, this place first and foremost offers good coffee. Add to that some tasty eats, a good vibe, and a cozy patio for reading, and you've got a great addition to the neighbourhood. They're somewhat lacking in food options, but I suspect that'll change as they settle in.

Coffee is ok but I don’t understand why we can’t use laptops in the cafe? This is the closest coffee shop to uvic and students obviously come here for a place to work.

Very beautiful place located where starbucks used to be. Excellent layout and the shop just looks very inviting. Staff have all been excellent not only in providing good service, but also in conversation. This place is fantastic on a sunny day with the park/beach a few steps away, also cozy during a rainy day. The owners are very nice people as well. Also covid protocols are very well managed. I felt comfortable and safe there. I definitely recommend this place.

Very nice. I enjoyed my time on the patio with my friend. I must apologize to the staff for my friend's behavior. He refused to wear a mask and caused a bit of a scene. The staff member handled the situation quite well. Strange times we live in. It's not fair to staff or small business owners to have to deal with these kinds of things.

This place is gorgeous and makes the best vanilla latte in Victoria! I’ve tried many many, and the Moka place is phenomenal. I especially love the cute dog photography on display throughout the cafe. Perfect place to grab a drink or treat and walk to the beach to enjoy it. Highly recommend!

My mocha frappe was delicious and so was my brownie. People were nice too! However...I feel that it's unfathomable to have a no device rule for so many tables in a location as close to UVic's campus as it is. Good place for coffee and snacks, but weirdly anti-student.

Have you tried Moka House’s Turmeric Latte? No? It’s amazing ???? I bet it’s their own mix because of the authentic fresh taste. Super happy Moka House is in Caddy Bay. I have not myself tried the sandwich ???? but others in my hiking club da they are a great improvement and very fresh compared to the other company which was at this local. Awesome friendly employees too.

Best coffee shop in Victoria hands down! Had a delicious breakfast sandwich as well as their "Fall Fog" special take on a London fog and they were both amazing. The service was equally incredible as well. I will most definitely be coming back!

Solid coffee, patrons inside with no masks, people exiting through entrance, people grouping inside... didn't feel pandemic friendly at all. Good coffee though.

Nice people, and place but on a cold day they were leaving BOTH doors wide open. The message is, we suppose: Don't come in and sit down. A few customers were not pleased.
