I was so happy to hear when Apt 3 decided to have a pop up this summer of ice cream. We have been here twice now and have not been disappointed. A little too much crumb on the chocolate coco if I'm being honest. Also, their cookies are amazing - run, don't walk for one.

Used to be great, now I'm tired of being told they don't want my cash and "legally they don't have to accept it". I enjoy supporting local but I'll gladly spend my money elsewhere. New drive through is poor and blocks the road. Staff is slow and they have lost the vandal doughnuts.

Parking isn't great as the business complex has the spaces laid out terrible, not the fault of the coffee place, but if it's busy Park away from the middle of the lot.

I love this place!!! The chai is FANTASTIC ???? For a trendy cafe to pop up in sackville I was unsure, but the decor was amazing, drinks are 150% worth it and the staff was so friendly! I would suggest the chai, iced or hot, and the hot chocolate! While your there also try the salted caramel brownie cookies or the chip ricecrispy snacks!

☕️Finally! A real coffee house located in Sackville. 1st time here, great Capps, great croissants. Seriously I was going to do take-out (take-away- as it’s said in Europe or Asia) but the atmosphere and music was so relaxing I stayed for over an hour... when it cannot be helped having croissant ???? flakes all over you know it’s worth it! I love having a proper coffee and espresso cafè in Sackville. I can get a quality coffee while still supporting local which having to pay exorbitant prices. I've seen a few cafė businesses pop up in Sackville over the years, and Apartment 3 is the first that feels like it's here to stay. Apartment 3 has 2 wonderful owners and a staff that can't be beat. Everyone here is so friendly that you'll want to stay and never leave. The interior has loads of seating great for studying, conducting in person meetings or just catching up with friends. If you're looking for coffee in Sackville or have been on the fence, check this place out! Truly one of the best additions to ever come to Sackville.

I had a latte and a blueberry crumble muffin that melted in my mouth. Possibly one of the best muffins I ever had! Latte had zero bitterness, which for me is a sign of excellent quality of ingredients and skill in making it! There was enough seating to spend an hour working, without feeling rushed and I am sure without pandemic there would be some more available also. The cafe is clean and the service is fantastic!

I love that this little local place is so close to home for us. As soon as you walk in you feel welcome. There are 7 or 8 socially distanced tables, so if you want to sit in its a first come, first serve situation. I love that they sell the art on the walls - to help local artists get exposure! I'd share a photo of the cookie I bought but it fell into my mouth by accident before I had the chance - it was quite tasty! I had a London Fog, and my friend had a latte. Both were delicious! Not too sweet or bitter, and not too hot! The decor is simple and clean, and the staff are always super friendly and accommodating. They even have a drive through! I notice that they always try to have vegan and vegetarian snack options which is thoughtful. If you haven't been here before, stop by! You won't be disappointed.

Alex & Heather mind the details; they are mastering an alchemy hitherto unknown in Sackville: incorporating a refined, aspirational, minimalist flair into the community's blue-collar sensibility (ever imagine a drive-thru could be quaint?) Said queue was kept open and moving (with personalized service) past posted hours on *Good Friday* of all days! The atmosphere inside APT 3 is a staggering contrast from its environs aside a bleak commuter-shed intersection. The ambient sound can get away from itself in the space but the default vibe fosters productivity and connectedness. North Mountain Coffee supplies the beans. If it can happen in Sackville, there's hope for anyplace.
