Gold Range has always been a favourite of mine for many many years. But, what a great response to this COVID nonsense. Servers wear masks always. Food is still top notch. Love this place for breakfast. Tables are now separated to about 6-8 feet apart and everything is super clean. Well done Gold Range, well done.

Food is okay. They ignore their phones, spent half an hour trying to get through and got nothing at all. No way to order online and bypass it. Very much a diner atmosphere inside, can be a little grimey sometimes. Might have gone in anyways but I'm sick and so I needed affordable delivery. Very unimpressed with this poor service.

We have had the food here twice now since moving into yellowknife. The first time we went for breakfast, the inside of the restaurant is very clean, the workers/owners are lovely people. The food was delish! Just like mom made it. We ordered chinese food last night, first time having Chinese food since moving here and we weren't disappointed. My hubs was very impressed as was I. Probably will be our go to for Chinese food on the occasion when we eat take out also a great breakfast spot for weekend dine and date lol. Overall 5 stars!

Great meal. Lots of food for the price. Everything was cooked exactly to my preference. Coffee and water were kept full. I only had breakfast, but if the same quality goes into the rest of their meals, I'm sure you'll enjoy. I'll definitely go back.

Came in to have a coffee and use the restroom, greeted my coworker who was already sitting down. Went to do my business, had an upset stomach and was in there maybe 5-10 minutes before I had a waitress, Robyn, come in to harass me, demanding to know what I was doing and, stating that it wasn't a "Public restroom". The harassment continued when I left the restroom, followed by threats as well as accusations, before I was denied service and asked to leave. I am stone cold sober, it's not quite 7:30am and I never once raised my voice or did anything to deserve this type of treatment. So much for coffee... Just sad.

It can be delivered, and if you book an order by phone, you can pack it. I ordered combo A Chicken fried rice+chow mein+sweet and sour boneless pork combination. I remember about $16 Tempura tastes sweet and sweet and sour pork. The companion ordered something with ginger beef, but it's not bad, but if you don't like the challenge, I recommend sweet and sour. (Original) 친절한 중국집. 익숙한 맛, 무난한 중국음식점이에요. 너무 추워서 다른 식당까지 걷기 힘들어 들어갔는데 꽤 성공적이었습니다. 배달도 되고 전화로 주문 예약하면 포장도 해갈 수 있더라고요. combo A를 시켰고 chicken fried rice+chow mein+sweet and sour boneless pork 조합입니다. 16불 정도로 기억하고 튀김은 달달한 탕수육 맛이에요. 동행은 ginger beef들어간 것을 시켰는데 나쁘지 않지만 도전을 좋아하시지 않는 다면 sweet and sour를 추천드립니다.

Horrible chinese food. The breading is way to thick (trying to cover up the lack of meat). Veggies tasted like they wrre steamed in dirty water and smelled bad too. Fried rice was mediocre, sadly, it was the best part of the meal. Had to he the worse "chinese" food I have ever had.
