I mentioned their customer service was great, they sell cute potted plants, and praised their Choco Earl Grey cold drink. However, they've recently started adding more ice to their cold drinks and reducing the flavours. It's been disappointing as a loyal customer so I've decided to remove a star

I decided to try out a local cafe around my area and I'm so glad I found this one! It was very clean and aesthetic, the employees were very friendly, and their macarons were delicious. I've recommended this place to many of my friends and I will most definitely be coming back soon!

Really peaceful environment if you're looking for a great place to sit down and have a drink with friends, family, or even alone. The staff is quite pleasant and the menu has plenty of choice! The minimalistic, modern decoration makes the place feel really spacious, which works great for the place. :) Would recommend!

Excellent service! I came near closing but they still let me have a drink. I ordered their coffee which was very rich and quality. The atmosphere is very peaceful and nice, the employees show utmost care in their customers and there's a good selection of menu items :) All around, I had a great visit here and would definitely come again!

This place is amazing. I found it while I was on my way to work one day. The deserts and coffee are freshly made and the service is great. The coffee shop is very clean and it a well organized business. The coffee helps me get my day started and I can take a few deserts home so I can snack on them later. You can take really good photos here as well if you like to post on social media. The aesthetics in this place makes you feel at home. It gives off that cozy vibe. I have become a regular customer after my first visit. Please support this small business because I think they deserve it.

My bf told me to try this place with him and I really enjoyed it. Their customer service is great! The drinks were very aesthetic and tastes great. My bf had the strawberry ade and I had a strawberry yogurt drink. I got some macarons to try and at first I was worried they would be too sweet because I’ve only had really sweet macarons in the past before so I’m not really a big fan of it. Surprisingly I ate all 4 macarons in one sitting lol. I had to stop myself or else my bf wouldn’t get to try some too. The macarons were very soft, and the flavors were good. Not too sweet for me. So I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back.

Very nice staff with some great macarons and interesting drinks. I thought it was interesting that their menu didn’t have the typical cafe staples like a cappuccino (though they were able to make it for me) and instead had a double double (a la tim hortons). Their macarons were wonderfully light, and just a hint of sweetness. The coffee was ok and not opinionated in any way. The staff were very nice in answering my questions on their menu and giving me recommendations, and the space was pleasant to hang out and chat to catch up with a friend.

Local gem! the best coffee in North York. The macarons were delicious (even better when you pair it with coffee) I got a vanilla latte and it wasn’t too sweet or too bold it was just the perfect balance. Staff were friendly. Love the atmosphere and the plant vibes!

Nice cafe at sheppard and yonge area. They have cute macarons which are not too sweet and use coffee beans from demello. Only downside is that they open at 1pm which feels too late for cafes. But it could be due to covid reasons.

They have a very unique and interesting menu of drinks and desserts! Ordered the Earl grey iced choco latte which was great! Had lots of tables and free wifi. Staff were friendly and the overall environment was really nice

I came upon this place because the old cafe here that I went to had closed, so I saw that this new shop had opened up! I went inside to try out their drinks/macarons and the owner was so kind! I wasn’t sure what to get since it was my first time visiting a cafe after a while and the owner gave me some great recommendations! I ended up getting their earl grey choco coffee and a box of 6 macarons. The designs for the macarons were so cute and simple and the drink was so good I couldn’t even get a picture in time! Will definitely be visiting with some friends in the future, also cannot wait to try their other items off the menu!

"injeolmi" is a famous South Korean sweet. This place makes an injeolmi macaroon. Plus a whole bunch of other Asian inspired macaroons (taro, earl grey, etc.). I was impressed. Plus they serve DeMello coffee. One of the smoothest dark roast coffees around.

OMG. This place is a total GEM. They bake Macarons in the back kitchen, freshly everyday and it melts in your mouth. So many choices and flavours! The staffs are always greeting with cheeky smiles makes me feel like home! I'm going to become a regular customer from now on since I live close by! They are also serving local roaster De Mello coffee! Very smooth and its perfect match with their maracons! Probably only specialty coffee served in North York area. Thank you Cafe Inside!

I used to think Starbucks had really nice coffee and bakery. I decided to try local cafe since small local restaurants were struggling due to COVID. Man the coffee here taste so good (I like their Valrhona Spenner). The cafe is quite big and they always have a seat to just chill for few minute. They also have patio so you don't necessarily have to sit inside. Also the fox picture frame is adorable.

I've tried numerous city's well-known macaron places; hands down, Café Inside's macaron is the best in the city. Whichever macaron you choose from, their fillings will taste very deep in flavour; the shells are somewhat crispy but have more of a chewy element which I really liked. Their macarons are remarkably different from other macaron places where you'd often find fillings are way too sweet, or shells just fall apart when you bite them. I highly recommend trying their macarons if you haven't. 5+/5
