Great coffee. Great pastries
Great service from friendly staff. The espresso and coffee is quite delicious too.
Warm and inviting this coffee shop offers delicious coffee served with Italian flair. Love the people!
The unfriendly lady who took my order seemed bothered that I had come in, in the middle of her conversation with her friends. My scone was bland and on the dry side.
Beautiful display of icecream, sandwiches, muffins and treats. Coffee was excellent and the staff is very friendly.
Great coffee and breakfast
I was excited to try this place as I thought I would get an authentic Italian taste since their stuff are homemade. In all fairness I only tried the “tiramisu”. I doubt any Italian makes tiramisu the same way this place does. Their tiramisu was made with brownie and melted chocolate and cream instead of lady fingers soaked in coffee. It tasted like those chocolate cakes you get at a super market. Their espresso was also just bland. And the person served it in a paper cup and had his fingers on the top of the cup where you put your mouth to drink, without wearing any gloves or a mask. The Persian lady that works there is friendly and the seating is area is spacious and clean.
What an embarrassing excuse for an Gelato place! The Gelato was shiny and runny, and had chunks that were rubbery just like gummy bears... And what I had ordered was the coffee flavor. After one spoon I asked back into the store to politely tell them that their fridge is obviously at a wrong setting, and the owner told me that he doesn't work there. That was simply a bad experience.
Great coffee and friendly employee's
The lasagna is the best I've ever had anywhere. It would be a crime not try it. Eat it slowly and savour it because it will be gone before you know it, sigh. After that decadent dish sink your teeth into the orange cake. Be careful because your pants are about to get tighter. I previously said the best coffee in Vancouver was at Good Earth, now I think it's a tie with Vomero! TLDR The lasagna and orange cake are amazing and the coffee is magnifico!
good
Nice little spot. Staff are quick and coffee is always fresh & hot and I'm sure everything else on their menu is too :)

(Translated) Visit with acquaintances. Cake and scones are delicious! (Original) 지인들과 방문. 케익과 스콘 맛났어요!
A wonderful neighborhood Italian cafe with authentic Italian beverages, baked goods, sandwiches and gelato. Staff are friendly and accommodating, and has a great patio area for outdoor socializing. In particular, the cakes evoke an Italian grandmother baking home made cakes using a family recipe. In fact I’m certain there’s a Nona baking their cakes in the kitchen : D
I went there this morning for the first time for meeting with a client. I really liked the cafe and the food looked really delicious. I tried to have a conversation with the Asian lady with blonde hair, she didn't even stood there to talk to me and kept asking me if I was ready to order. (I could not even hear her from behind the mask.) I bought a coffee and asked for oat milk. After I got to my table I realized that I'd like more milk in my coffee so I took my cup to the counter and politely asked for more. She gave me a very unfriendly look and wanted to pour milk in my full cup of coffee. I asked her to dump some of the coffee out and all this time she's not saying a word. She seemed very unhappy about the whole request. I said "Thank you" and she never said a word and neither replied to me. Unfortunately, the staff were very unfriendly. Don't think I'll go there again.
This shop is my favourite spot . Very pleasant and welcoming staff, good services.Highly recommend
Lovely spot with unique food and gelato. Excellent staff and atmosphere.
Bella. Bellisimo. Prima.
Great espresso and Italian treats in a cafe tucked away within a strip mall!
Ahhh. Italian coffee and food. Manja
Great food and service!
My husband and I had a cappuccino and China white with a biscotti and a carrot cake. Coffees were excellent! I actually planned to have half of the cake with my coffee but it was gone before we started drinking coffee! Thanks guys! We will be coming back!
Nice coffee, Sweet staff, comfy place , can get busy, be patient ????
Good grande cappuccino to go this morning, impressed by the deep flavour of the coffee and the quality of the steamed milk and foam. Not watery and not burnt tasting. I'd want to go back and try the gelato.
They sell monin which is pretty awesome.
They make the best vanilla lattes. Love this place!
The orange cake was a bit stale, the coffee was good, the place itself is nice.
Best coffe place in north shore definitely recommended and very warm environment
A spacious, bright and modern space. I find it difficult to be near to Vomero and not to purchase an espresso of their specific roasted coffee beans. The sandwiches look fantastic and gelato is available as well.
The coffee was great but very unfriendly staff!
Staff (two ladies) are not friendly and seems like they’re not enjoying their job at all. Coffee was cold, apple cake was not that great, and cold even after being heated up. Independent coffee shops need to do a way better job to survive competing with Starbucks and other franchised businesses, and good customer service matters a lot.
Best Coffee on the North Shore so far. I'm on the hunt for the best coffee and this is my top so far... Not sure I'm need to try anywhere else. Mainly because the staff is incredible, the baked goods are world class, and the coffee is cento per cento Italian. Brava Reggazze!!
Cute space with tons of seating! There are native Italians working behind the bar and making the coffee so you know it’s good. I had their lemon poppy seed loaf and it aas delicious and moist, so was the pumpkin loaf. Even had a picky coffee connoisseur with me who enjoyed the coffee. It is quite busy even with the ample seating so be aware.
Stopped here to check emails and make a few calls while waiting for my car to get washed and what a surprisingly nice coffee shop it is. The coffee was delicious (I ordered a soy latte) and it was served hot which I always appreciate. Unfortunately not a good selection of vegan and gluten-free bites or desserts but there was a gluten-free blueberry cake which was ok. They have a beautiful large display of mouth watering paninis which, although I can no longer enjoy due to gluten sensitivity, would be an amazing afternoon snack or lunch if you're looking for a hearty bite. The staff were pleasant and made eye contact. The cafe was clean with ample seating space. Really enjoyed it here and would come back when I'm in the neighbourhood.
I haven't been to this area in a few weeks, so I was a bit surprised to see this was not a Brazza anymore. Nothing to fear though, as the coffee was fantastic and the chocolate croissant was amazing! They still offer gelato and sorbet, along with lovely looking paninis!
This may be the best kept coffee secret on the North Shore. Fantastic coffee - close your eyes and you could be in Italy.
Love this place! Love speaking Italian with the super cute family that runs this place. GREAT cappuccinos and GREAT coffee in general. Such delicious pastries (the owner made fresh sfogliatelle pastries from Naples) and overall great service. Support your family run local cafes and try it out :)
Service
Good espresso and wonderful cakes and panini
Delicious coffee and baked goods
Honestly not the best experience. The place is cute and the parking is easy to find. The customer service isn’t great. Maybe the two girls working today were having a bad day but being grumpy and not very welcoming makes customers not want to go back. I asked for an iced coffee and the lady working just rudely slams it on the counter. I have never been there before so I asked for milk and sugar and she’s like “ uhhhhhh behind you”. She didn’t tell me where the lids or straws were, and when asked she acted like I should know that they were on the bar. I was a new customer so it was very confusing. Normally in small cafes they help customize your order for you , I haven’t had to make my own iced coffee in awhile like that. The coffee itself was a bit grainy and wasn’t very satisfying. I’m pretty disappointed unfortunately with the experience I had today.
Don't seem to want to turn on AC when it's 31C.
Good coffee and treats. A very quiet and relaxed place if you're looking for somewhere to relax for a bit. Staff are very friendly and accomodating. I used to work in the area and we had a great on going relationship when ordering multiple drinks.
Its definitely an upgrade from Brazza. Better coffee, better food selection, although they lack gluten free items.
Had a good experience getting a latte and cup of coffee here. Staff was quick and friendly when ordering and getting my order. Food tasted good and was nice they heated up the wrap. There could be better spacing when lining up as everyone bunches up and doesn’t stand 6 feet apart. Dots on the ground could help. The customers there were a bit annoying. Having a group sit at the table, walk back and forth to order and play music on their phone speaker was very annoying. Luckily I was doing a take out or I would be upset to listen to them
Very good gelato. Appears to be made in house with a personal touch.
Nice chill coffee house. Good quality coffee and great music playing!
Delicious La Cafferia coffee, excellent panini with salad for a great price, plus baked goods and gelato. Very Italian - great place
Coffee was a bit grainy. Salami panini and veggie wrap were good. Staff was friendly.

Good coffee, but management and staff do not enforce the mandatory mask policy at all. I see people walking in without masks on and going to the counter to order or ask to use the washroom and not once does the staff ask them to wear their masks. People get up and walk around in large groups and even go up to the staff at the counter and chat (the regulars), and some don't wear masks and everyone is laughing and doesn't seem to care.
Excellent coffee and a very quiet place to relax
My rating is based on the matcha I ordered here. It was mainly milk with a dash of matcha and the first 1/3 of the cup was froth…
Delicious coffee and gelato
(Translated) Great and cozy cafe, delicious Paninis! (Original) Tolles und gemütliches Cafe, leckere Paninis!
Coffees are always great.. Seems customer service has improved a lot.
Really good coffee, I had the double macchiato and I'm definitely going back for another later this week. Probably my favourite local coffee.
Decent coffee!
The best Italian place in town, especially in North Vancouver and the owners are Italian, they know how to share Italian flavor with people. We are also from Europe, so if you wish to have a real espresso or cappuccino you will have it in Vomero. Very delicious traditional Italian sweets, Canadian muffins and Italian panini and during summer they also have icecream. People are very lovely and kind. Defenetly recommend this place to visit and enjoy Italian music, looks like you are in Italy☺️
One of the best coffee in North Van. I love to bring home their Portofino bean to make espresso at home
My favourite coffee house around. Very pleasant and friendly staff and great seating and atmosphere. They have the best paninis around and great coffee. Highly recommend.
First time trying their coffee- got an Iced caramel macc. Was pretty solid and lots of outdoor seatings as well!
Tasty collection of sandwiches and muffins
Take out
! Best bakery items I have ever tried in lower mainland(not over sugary like 99% of the places, where you can't taste the actual flavor of the ingredients) !
They do it right. Quality shines through. Delicious coffee.
Very Italian...good cafe
Top notch quality coffee and Gelato
Best tasting coffee and mixed fruit muffin of 2020. #ForSure
The coffee and the food was good. I enjoyed the space and would definitely go back.
best breakfast bagle ever. Thanks to Shima for her great customer service.
Even though it’s in the shopping mall area it have a vibe of Italian street coffee. Maybe it’s because it have a selection not only sweet but savoury snack that can accompany you coffee. Maybe it’s down to the staff that give out family-run vibes. Anyways it’s a nice place to stop in while in North Van. Plenty of parking of course. And huge panoramic windows.
Great coffee, delicious home-baked goods. Sandwiches are also superb. Their homestyle sfogliatella and orange cake are highlights. Staff very welcoming too - one of the best cafe''s on the North Shore.
Dine in
Excellent place to go for coffee. Good Good Italian coffee. Lots of nibblies, muffins, etc. Lots of tables inside and outside. They accompanied our coffee session for 10. I suggest you try it for yourself.
Best coffee house in the town
I usually have my coffe at this exquisite café .exvellent service.
Very good quality coffee and nice staff. There was a very nice and friendly lady with middle length dark hair. Although she was pretty busy but she patiently helped me finding my favorite sandwich and made me a great coffee.
Very good capachino????
Liked it. Good outdoor and indoor seating. Nice tea.
A nice quiet cafe with friendly staff and comfortable seating. A great place to come in for a hot drink or a bite to eat.
Excellent coffee and gelato. Friendly staff
Great cakes but don't order a specialty coffee, it's a bloody painful procedure!
Would definitely comeback here again
Perfect coffee! I really like their lagsania and tiramisu ???????? So delicious ????
I met an industry associate for coffee here a couple months ago and hold only praise for the establishment! The service was great, coffee delicious and décor exceptional. This is where I will schedule networking follow ups as frequently as possible. I was very impressed. Thank you!
Vomero is my favorite coffee place on the North Shore. They excellent coffee the real Italian way.
Amazing Italian owned best coffee ☕️ ever ! Amazing people super service!!❤️❤️❤️
Honestly the best coffee house. Starbucks closed down at capilano mall but this is the place regardless. The Spanish latte is soooo yummy and it’s very authentic. All the cakes coffee and food is so yummy!
Very well done exquisite espresso coffee
A very good sandwich and friendly service make this local coffee shop a great visit while in North Vancouver. It is located in a strip mall with a Save-on Foods, Shopper's Drug Mart, and Bed Bath & Beyond, so it is a very nice place to grab a bite to eat while in the middle of shopping. Socially distanced tables and open seating outdoors make it COVID friendly.
Love this place. Everyone is very nice and the coffee is amazing.
Quite possibly the best coffee on the North shore. The staff is wonderful as well.
Friendly staff, good food, great coffee!
Love going to Vomero. The espresso, macchiato and cappuccino are delicious, the cakes, pastries, sandwiches and food are super delicious!????❤❤ or Fede whe
great spot and good coffee but pastry slices need to be larger
Nice spot, good coffees.

I ordered a chicken brie cranberry sandwich and a capuccino....it was delicious.
God brewed coffee in a large coffee house where you can get pastries and in the summer gelato.
Best coffee In Vancouver. I have tried many cafes in Vancouver and consistently Vomero coffee is the best. Thank you and keep up the great work! Thanks
Everything is fine but it doesn't have automatic door opener for disable people like me
Very nice service. got a very nice coffee from Shima with smile on her face.
My favorite cafe in North Van. Friendly staff, good vibe, great bakery and coffee. My recommendation is biscotti.
I love Vomero!! I would consider myself a regular. The gals that work there are so cool, and they have taken the time to remember my order. :)
coffees in early morning
I like this place. Coffee and cakes are great. But the staff is not pleasant. Twice now. They use the napkin they touch to put the cake in the bag and leave it there. I have to throw it out before I can enjoy it.
Great coffee and nice staff
Try their butter croissant with hazelnut mocha at 7 am in the morning. The freshly baked croissant tasted amazing this morning. So much that I had to have a second one on the spot ;) Point is that the place consistently serves good food and good coffee. So if you're looking for something like that, you can't go wrong with this cafe.
Love it
Coffee was good. Atmosphere was ok the music was super loud for a sunday. I didnt like the vibe because of it.
great coffee house! You've gotta try the Gelato shakes.
Awful coffee, terrible service. My wife and I started boycotting Starbucks since their lawsuits against the states of Vermont and Hawaii due to mandatory GMO labeling; we should all be scared and demand true and accurate labeling on what we put in our bodies. We thought we would support the local guy (who happen to be 5 blocks from where we live) and have bought coffee from Brazza since, as reently as last weekend I bought my wife a coffee from there for Mother's Day. The coffee there is not great- I typically ask for a Tall Dark, which tastes similar to the Denny's brew, but I felt better not going to Starbucks. So the other day I drove away to make a deposit at the bank and realised that my wife had made me coffee to go, but had not put sugar in my coffee. Not the end of the world because Royal Bank is right next to Brazza and I would grab a sachet of sugar from there, right? So I approached the condiment bar, but the owner or manager was right at the corner of the bar watching the condiment bar (there was nobody in the place to be served). I did the right thing and mentioned that I buy coffee from there and asked for a small bag of sugar. His response? "I WORK HERE 6 DAYS PER WEEK AND I HAVE NEVER SEEN YOU HERE BEFORE. You can have some sugar if you buy a coffee", said in the most stern tone I have heard in my adult life (I am 40). I then asked if I could buy a pack of sugar. He said sternly again, 'You can get one for free if you buy a coffee". Needless to say, I will never be going there again and will tell everybody I know for years to come about the terrible experience I had there. It just so happens that my doctor / chiropractor was having a coffee there with his buddies. He will be the next person I tell about my experience. This place rarely has more than 2-3 people in it. I now know why, and will recommend Bean Around the World in Westview Mall or Ambleside, or Savary Island in Ambleside. They offer friendly service, a lively atmosphere, 'real people', and in turn have lots of happy customers... and they will probably let you use the washroom, or have a pack of sugar in a pinch. Bottom line? Don't get into, or remain in the service industry if you're a grump.
Service
Great service, great coffee, I really recommend this coffee shop to everyone.
Very good Italian coffee. Good atmosphere and customer service.
This is an excellent unnoticed coffee shop with very little visibility hidden in a mall complex with Save on Foods and Shoppers Drug Mart. Their coffee is smooth bold and non-acidic and their boncocini pannini was excellent and flavorful. I really like this place and will be back for their Gelato
This is my favourite place for iced mocha lattes
I went here to get coffee and a banana loaf last week because I could feel my blood-sugar level getting low. I was in a quick hurry because I had an appointment near by, and it was getting late. But the next time I'm around there, I'll probably just stay there to drink my coffee and eat my treat because the shop was very clean and seemed super welcoming. BTW, the coffee was great, and I was REALLY surprised at how the banana loaf was so YUMMY. You could tell that whoever made the muffins, loaf, etc. took a lot of care ☺????????????
Purchased the dark roast drip coffee. Coffee very weak almost tasteless.

One of the best gelato I ever tried!
Best coffee place I could find in North Vancouver. I love their Americano - tastes so real. The staff is friendly and the place is run with love and care from the owners who are always around. They have also adapted well to new rules of social distancing.
Easily the best macchiato in the valley. Oct Update: becoming inconsistent; new employees do not make it the same way
I was searching for a new coffee shop and discovered this place! Friendly staff, great atmosphere, good food and they have Wi-Fi. What more could you ask for?
Very fast! Very friendly!
Absolutely the best coffee house on the north shore. The coffee is rich and chocolatey, not this horrid "hot fruit water" faze every other coffee house in vancouver is in. The staff is above and beyond, and the food is exemplary, in short, Vomero is a must!
I agreed with all other users who wrote review with this store, I have to admit they have excellent coffee, I mean really strong coffee which caused me to write review at 4:16 AM, I had ONE cup of coffee gelato on Sunday afternoon around 2PM and until now I still couldn't went sleep... I guess I got overdose on caffeine right now. Really recommend for those students who will have exam next day.
(Translated) It has changed management .... I find it now a really special place run by really friendly Italian girls (Original) È cambiata gestione ....trovo sia ora un posto veramente speciale gestito da ragazze italiane veramente molto amichevole
Great local coffee shop, and the sandwiches are amazing.
