Needs to add a actual store phone number so you can contact them directly without having to go though the call center to have a free dip added to a prepaid order. You can't change your order once you paid apparently and they can't add the free dip... Lesson learned don't prepay next time.

My daughter goes to Northern and when we drive through North Bay we always stop by at the down town Toppers. The locations in Hamilton and Burlington don't hold a candle to your location. Everytime we order from your location the pizza is hot and delicious. It reminds me of the original pies I used to get in Sudbury at Mr Toppers I'll see you next month!

Food is excellent, delivery was half an hour late and the driver had my food and was on the road with it and just said "sorry I flaked and took so long" so I got half off my order, that's really bad service and since it was out on the road to litterally go a 5 minute drive that took him half an hour because he "flaked" I should not have been charged at all. Get better drivers that don't "flake" while driving our roads for one but food that ends up cold to customers

Terrible experience.... Ordered a pizza with no cheese and it showed up with cheese. The poor delivery guy had to go back and bring us a new pizza with no cheese. (I am assuming this is the fault of the call centre though). Then when I finally got my pizza with no cheese (an hour and a half after I ordered it!) it had bits of bacon on it! I'm a vegetarian so this was repulsive! I know that there is always a slight chance of cross contamination, but the pizza was covered with bacon pieces!!!!! AND the new one was cold..... I was so disappointed :(

They used to have good pizzas here at one time. the past four times we have ordered pizza from this place they have been terrible there has been little to no sauce no double cheese when requested. when you order a large pizza there's two and a half are more inches from the crust down that are barely covered with any sauce or chesse that makes it dry. We gave them four opportunities to make our Pizza's properly and have failed the last four times it won't happen again. I will not order from there again. When you pay good money you want a good product.

Picked this up passing through north bay, pizza was the opposite of my previous experience with toppers in other cities. I posted a pic, there was legit barely any cheese on alot of it. They forgot the garlic butter crust too which is why I ordered toppers. The pizza was still edible of course. just very bread and saucy. Staff were super friendly though so I gave stars for the service. Had some styrofoam plates for us to eat in the car which was great!

so very strange that my review is gone. interesting. at any rate...my wife placed an order. I have a food allergy, so we're always very, very clear on the order. so, when the agent repeated the order, she stated "so, food allergy item on half the pizza, the rest no food item". this isn't what was ordered. the order was none of this particular item, period. but for some reason, on a 2 pizza order, she thought putting this item on half was acceptable. as well, apparently there's no substitutions anymore. so, if the pizza comes with green olives, but you don't like green olives and would rather have pineapple instead, you can't. or at least this is what the agent told my wife. no substitutions. period. so, the agent was corrected about the no food item at all, not just on half. and she had it explained to her that putting this on half is a bad thing. cross contamination. the girl just couldn't get it apparently. so, the order did get corrected. when we got the pizzas, everything was correct. but, the pizza was cold. not talking warm, or even luke warm from sitting on top of the oven at the edge. cold as in sat on a counter near a door cold. so, I called the customer service line. spoke to an agent whoi simply couldn't care less. attitude and tone...couldn't care. actually said..what do you want? free pizza? not gonna happen. didn't ask for free pizzas, was voicing my concern over the qaulity, lack of care, etc. she didn't care. spoke to a supervisor. same attitude. asked for a call back from the location. haven't gotten one. I don't want anything for free. didn't even ask for replacement pizzas due to the pizzas being cold. just wanted to let them know. but, they couldn't care less. so, pretty much an all around poor experience. Just keep having to add...for the price they charge, you'd think the pizza would have cheese. There's more sauce showing than cheese.

My favorite for decent quality and cheap price point. Had good experiences with individual and large group orders. Meat lovers and deluxe are awesome. Pizza dough is pretty thick, but taste makes up for it so you don't mind. There is Better pizza in north bay, for the price, you cant go wrong.

Toppers is always the default choice for pizza for everyone I know in North Bay because they have superb pizza, great sauce, good customer service and affordable deals. I recommend the Montreal steak pizza with garlic butter crust. In my experience Toppers has never skimped on toppings, never over or under cooked a pie, always replaces a mistaken order and is always worth it. There are no accommodations to eat in but there are picnic tables right outside and the location is not far from several local bars and the municipal bus depot.

I am hesitant to even give one star as the service has gotten continuously worse... about a week and a half ago i ordered a pizza for delivery, and found several hairs baked into the pizza. Went in and ordered for pick up today, noticed that the cook was not wearing a hair net, and found more hair in my replacement pizza after they had already messed up my order the first time. Customer service was poor, employees were rude, and did not take responsibility for messing up and blamed it on the customer. Will begin ordering from Greco’s Pizza here in north bay, it may be more expensive, but the service and quality is better.

Pizza is good, no doubt but I Have visited store twice, the employees are giving wrong change, don't know how to check the order we just made. We never knew there are offers going on, didnt really look up the screen . We ordered a large pizza which was above 22$ , while extra large is 18$. She didnt think it was her duty to let customer know about the deal. They never give napkins with the delivery. In the recent order we called them to put packets to of chilli flakes or just sprinkle it. The reply is " it is a dollar extra so we can't do that because your order is already prepaid". Which pizza restaurant does that ?

Friday night we ordered toppers , the delivery guy was in a Ford truck, I didn't get his name , anyhow when he arrived we realized that I had forgot my wallet in my bosses truck and had no cash on hand. the driver said he would get the bill for us because he was having a good day and told us to get him next time. First of all I am a regular customer of toppers and only like this brand due to taste and quality, so today's concern is about maintaining standards like its tuesday and if you order large pizza u get some discount but the thing is that they compromise with the toppings(reduce quantity of toppings which looks very awkward, like come-on guys u want to increase sale on slow days doesnt mean you can compro with the name of the company,) So dont do this it really matters with the people who is regular customer of your company, as once in a while eaters wont notice it. My wife used to live in North bay and when she lived here she ordered toppers religiously. Now first time in 11 years we tried toppers and I am telling you my wife knows good pizza. It was the best pizza I have ever ordered out. The crust is so light and not chewy at all. I used to own a pizzeria and this pizza down where we live now would kill any joint down there now.

I am absolutely disgusted with the service and the outcome of my recent visit to Toppers. I called ahead to order pizzas for my family, and was told it would take 25 minutes to be done. We left immediately and drove the 35 minutes to North Bay to get our food, and when we arrived it was cold. It had been left on a shelf to the side, not in a heated area which literally any other pizza establishment would have done. The woman at the counter was very rude. When we mentioned that it was cold she was very impolite and just said "Well you called an hour ago" which was untrue as it only took us 35 minutes to get there. On top of that, when we got home we realized one pizza was missing it's topping, and while eating a slice of pizza I found multiple long black hairs cooked into the crust. I'm repulsed by the quality of this pizza and the service at this location. Absolutely would not recommend to ANYBODY.

This pizza place is great! In fact it’s my favorite place in North Bay! My only complaint is in the change in hours. Especially in the summer months, they close so early now and the hours on Facebook and google are all not correct! Tonight is July 1st we tried to call and they closed at 11, so we had to go to another place in town and the pizza place was jammed packed full of people!!! I have no idea who is making the hours for the last little while but it’s disappointing especially since we order late often.
