Purchased a disposable vape pen for about $60. Lasted 2 nights of very light solo smoking. Friend said the same thing about their purchase, which apparently is not typical of the other stores in ontario products. I've ordered quite a few online that carried 4x the product at least for the same price. Also, a pre-roll was $10, maybe a 1/2 g but didn't weight it. Not sure any of this is the stores fault, however, I will assume they choose the product that is stocked and I assume whoever's does so only cares about lining their pockets. Maybe I'm wrong, who knows. I'll use this place in a pinch, but the black market will live on if this is the OCS standard. Total rip in terms of price. Best to order online from non-ocs suppliers vendors. Stay away from the pops if you looking for a buzz, they are useless.

Update your hours of operation on the front door and Google. You are not open until 9pm as advertised, you are open until 8 pm as informed to me when I called. I'm glad I called instead of driving down like I did yesterday, just to waste more time for nothing. I'm a big pot smoker, I consistently buy large quantities. I googled you at 3pm to make sure you'd be open. If you can't even keep a consistent work schedule (don't use covid as an excuse, the reserve smoke shops have updated hours), don't bother being in business, let alone expecting mine. I'll take it elsewhere.

Melissa was awesome at explaining everything. We started with dry herb then also covered pre-rolls, vape pods, edibles, drinks, chocolates, and accessories. I don't think there was anything left in the store we hadn't discussed with enthusiasm and details. She was great to talk with and listened phenomenally as well to what we knew we wanted. If she is working look for the lady with Gir Tattoos and she will help you in a jiffy. Great work.

This place is great dont get me wrong. And I understand that workers gotten do what best for the business. Like pushing product for instance . I have someone tell me that this was there favourite "blah blah" then over hear management saying ok we push enough of that we need to start pushing this. Then I'll hear behind me the worker saying that the new stuff was her/his favourite. I get this to a point. But in same breath I dont get it. ALSO You ask for high THC. They will sell you on stuff. They are very good at selling it and they tell you its a certain % to come home and see its alot led a percentage? % Also it's expensive. Cause we need good good stuff. To feel it. So when get sold on stuff you know you wouldn't buy. But we still go and get a small amount at a time now incase. Sorry for spelling errors

I shop here pretty frequently for my cannabis needs and have to say the staff/management is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful throughout your experience. They recently came out with click and collect and delivery methods because of the corona virus which i find super helpful because they show pictures of everything you're buying on the website. And if you like to shop this way like myself this would be the perfect option for you. I personally use delivery now when I order because when using the delivery method they keep you updated on your order through text and even give a tracker of where their delivery driver is located when your order is out for delivery. Blaze has dropped off my delivery every single time and hes honestly the best he always greets me with a smile and nice hello, keeps small talk while checking everything he needs to and even apologizes when he feels he needs to even though nothing is of course his fault, doing this he makes it definitely an overall excellent delivery experience. I recommend this to anyone that enjoys using cannabis products or just simply would like to try something new as they don't just have smoking methods but they also carry edible and beverage methods as well.

To echo James, I've also brought up racial bias issues with this store to corporate. I did hear back but they essentially told me they couldn't do anything because even though they use Tokyo Smoke branding, they're owned and operated by a third party. They also told me they would pass my complaints on to the store manager. Clearly nothing was done because these issues still plague this store and would absolutely not recommend shopping here. Luckily there are alternatives opening up in the area soon.

Most of these reviews were written by employees. The employee should have been wearing a mask behind the glass, but she didn’t. I would like to see a better selection of cannabis in forms other than flower and a better selection of high CBD cannabis. The employee read my order out loud to the whole store and another employee even commented on one of my purchases. Customer’s privacy should be respected and a better way to do business would be for the customer to review a list of their purchases to ensure that nothing is missing. Products are overpriced. Website is not easy to use.

Visited this location for the first time yesterday. The store looked nice and the staff seemed pleasant. It looks like it's displayed well, with good information on the products. A few things to note for improvement IMO: The wording used in some displays and web site such as "sesh" and "enjoy your trip" is a tad off putting, it comes off as rather juvenile. For those who have to shop in store, it would be helpful to have more than one cashing out especially for those who come in already knowing what they want. It's great customer service that the staff are spending time with customers, however those of us who just want to get in and get out are forced to wait. As an example, I was in your store almost 15 minutes yesterday and I walked in already knowing what I wanted. And lastly, the prices are definitely a bit too high. I spent $90 yesterday on something I can (and did) order twice as much directly from source for $136 and free delivery. All in all, not a terrible experience but a few tweaks would definitely help.

Why is it so hard to place a curbside order and have someone else pick it up for you? You couldn't call the number on the receipt to confirm? This is the least customer friendly store in North Bay. Ive had other issues before as well where you can't pay for orders with cash for some reason, and they close the store at random times in the middle of the day to receive their store order.

Although I have used cannabis sparingly over the years, I am fairly new to the scene. My friend told me to try this dispensary, and just walking in seemed overwhelming. I was greeted and served by Trevor, he had as many questions for me as I had for him. We discussed pain management in detail, he explained the benefits of CBD in conjunction with THC and how it may help me. Last night was the first night that I was able to sleep through the night! His advice and recommendation was spot on, these people know their products well! The store was fairly busy but at no time did we feel rushed, I suspect I will be a regular soon. Thank you!

I don't understand why this store only has 4 stars..they seem like fairly frivolous complaints. We've purchased product from Tokyo Smoke too many times to count and we've never had a truly bad experience. If it says in-store shopping but North Bay is locked down? Quite obviously they aren't open. It literally takes 3 minutes to have your curbside order ready..which is about as much time it would take to get your product ready if you were in the store. Staff don't know their product?..it takes time to learn product knowledge when you're a new employee, especially with so many different options. Someone picking up your order for you? That's happened more than once for me and of course they need to be VERY careful. How angry would you be with the store if someone picked up your order that you already paid for?
