Went here for icecream, still absolutely one of the best places to get it in town! Really awesome selection of household decorative peices some that I've never seen before, staff seemed friendly and the porch is an awesome spot to sit back and enjoy the icecream you just got! Will absolutely be returning. It's not far out from town and it's conviently right beside the highway.

This store is our pit stop when we travel from Ottawa to Sudbury and we LOVE it. We have often found the perfect little gifts and the prices are very reasonable. Buy their fudge and get a cone and sit down by the docks. Perfect little date spot or time out! If you're hungry there is a food truck right beside the building. If you're a savvy shopper there is a clearance section in the basement. Great prices on last season's decor etc.

We come here often for the icecream bar out round the back of the place, which is amazing. Thethe few times we've purchased something from the retail store the quality and service has been good. No complaints there. I just wish they would update their hours online during the winter, when they restrict their hours.

Prepare to spend a lot of time here. The Green Store has so many lovely things to see and just when you think you've seen it all - there's more! Head to the fudge counter and see if they have any tasty "Trout Lake Monster" fudge, made up of all the other flavour left overs. If it is summer, head to the porch to get some delicious ice cfeam and sit out back to eat it with the view of beautiful Trout Lake.

The Green Store is by-far the best place to go for ice-cream in the summer. With a picture-perfect view of Trout Lake, you couldn't ask for a more pleasant view while you enjoy some quality time with your family as you step out of your home or cottage. The store offers a variety of local confectionery, textile, and decorative options. The decor style is mostly country-bumpkin, cottage-friendly, rustic, and heavily inspired by nature. The property boasts a boat-up dock that you can park at for your shopping needs. The Green Store is a unique and original local store that I always recommend to my friends and family when they visit. If you haven't been here yet, add it to your list of things to do this summer!

Always a great go-to for interesting and unique gifts. The staff are lazy however (they stay behind the counter talking with each other and drinking coffee instead of asking customers if they need assistance).

Some many interesting things for sale at the green store. We love going there for an ice cream in the summer time and looking at all the intriguing household items they sell. The store is a little pricey but worth the visit just for the ice cream and the homemade fudge.

If you're passing through North Bay it's not a bad place to hop out and stretch your legs. Lot's of merchandise here but not the type of trading post that I was expecting. (No furs, etc and more modern)

It's been renovated since I was there last, but still has a wide variety of items through out the store. Clothes, household items, and food products are found in the Green Store. There's also ice cream available in the summer. It's always a good idea to buy some ice cream and sit outside and enjoy the view of Trout Lake over the summer. Of course, the Green Store certainly deserves to be on everyone’s destination list for Christmas shopping. The store looked absolutely amazing at Christmas time last year.

A unique blend of a speciality gift store with a seating area for customers of delicious large portioned ice creams (cup or cone) and the best place to buy fudge on this planet. Amazing fresh smooth homemade fudge!!! Also a large selection of diabetic fudge which is just as delicious. TJ’s chip stand is also located in the parking lot. On the water (so great views). Always something new to inspire a gift idea, update some home decor, upgrade to moccasin slippers and more. A North Bay treasure and a great stop for those passing through town and/or vacationing.

For years our family has been enjoying this store. Getting Ice cream and fudge. Loving the unique gifts that the store always seemed to have. Today I went in to try and find a birthday gift, while I had gone through the whole store, I was asked at the end of my trip around the store to leave because I have a disability from wearing a mask. This level of discrimination was terrible, I was walked out. Needless to say myself and my family will not be able to support this business in the future. Very sad!
