This isn't my first time eating at pizza pizza and its always been absolutely delicious however I found pizza pizza northbay to be rather disappointing. It was cold and covered in pepper? It was a small pizza with 3 pops I had to pay 30$ for witch was absolutely ridiculous. But the worst part would be the hour long wait, I'm not even kidding you it took almost an hour to get here. Definitely wouldn't recommend pizza pizza northbay

I used the pizza pizza app to order a pizza. When I arrived, the place said they didn't get an app order. I showed them on my phone that the order was confirmed for their restaurant. I had to wait for them to make a new pizza for 15 minutes and pay for it again!

Worked there for over 2 months, the worst boss in history and I've felt withh alot of ass holes. No respect towards employees or customers, famous line is "me and my wife can do this ourselves, we chose to hire you people." I've even witness him kick a customer out because the customer told him not to yet a a fellow female employee who was also in tears at the time. They have no respect and they are very vain and stuck up when it comes to making pizza. They always rip off people unless you spend over 20$ and even then it's not guarantee, if I can take back those few months I most certainly will spend my time somewhere else. And till this day pizza pizza have never come across my place at all.

I'll give them 1 point for the speedy delivery and the kind driver. I didnt get my dipping sauces, the pizza wasn't cooked, and neither were the onion rings. (I wish I could post pictures)...... I had to broil the pizza for ten mins. The pizza looked like it was cut with a chainsaw and a large pizza came out to 8 pieces ranging from 1 to 6 inches wide. I ordered despite the rating and I learned my lesson.

I ordered 3 toppings and they over did it. The pizza was barley cooked in the middle because of the thick layer of toppings and broke apart while picking up my slice. The only stable part was the crust because it was burnt stiff. My chicken wings barley had any bbq sauce on them, there was like 3 wings out of the batch that were covered in sauce. Poor food quality, never ordering here again. ????

The delivery driver (and manager) "Ash" is absolutely rude and horrible to customers, telling us to "stay hungry". After being late (past the 50 minute guarantee) with the pizza even the store (told by him) would refuse to re-deliver, Unprofessional management, disgusting behavior, not the first time I've heard of him doing this to people. Terrible...Not the least bit impressed...not happy with the nickel and diming on delivery...I sent it back as the delivery charge was put into the cost...and then there was an extra charge to use debit...no one from the order taker...(in Toronto) or in the web site...or on the flyer told us that there would be an extra charge for using a bank card...that's an expensive lesson for a firm to loose both a sale and a customer..They said its beyond their control as this is a bank charge...never have I had to pay this from other delivery personnel on any other food order from other firms...If you want to pay the extra charge...then order... It's the principal of the matter in my eyes...informed customers are happy customers...

Soo, I ordered a pizza to the hospital as a birthday suprise for a friend. First i was told they cant deliver inside the hospital to a floor, which I was only told after I called customer service to ensure the drive knew which floor to go to. I offered to pay more so it could get to the floor, but apparently its against their policy. Ok no worries. So I told my friend to expect the pizza. Fast forward to when the driver calls me to say "well I cant get ahold of her, so youre going to have to do it yourself because I have 2 other deliveries to make " Appreciate the honesty, but your other deliveries arent my problem. She was busy on the floor, taking care of patients and unable to answer the drivers call. So I told the driver he could either drop his other deliveries off first, or drop it off to any other staff member in emerge (via emerge doors) say which dept it was for, and leave it. Instead he apparently sat outside in his car for 15 minutes, then left rather than inform me of this or go inside. So I call customer today, Just to say hey this happened. The response I got was basically well they couldnt get ahold of your friend so he brought it back and we cancelled the order (which i had paid for online). Again, none of this I was informed of before calling myself. The customer service was speaking over me, giving me the run around, and either lying or the driver never gave the entire story to the store because I have texts to the driver that prove otherwise. Basically I would not recommend this place at all. I hope if you choose this place that you have a better experience than myself.

Place under New Management the owner cares about is staff. I've seen the owner actually help and assist with deliveries if there's alot going on. Services pretty prompt food is typically quite fresh to right out of the oven. Quite fresh being the buy a slice of pizza at a time.

Worst experience I've ever had. Ordered online at 4pm, received a confirmation email stating order would be delivered within 60 minutes or its free. 60 minutes later still no delivery, so called the number to see if the order was coming. Waited 35 minutes before a representative took the call, they said there was a system issue and that the order was resubmitted and they would write on it, that the order was free (that was at 5:50pm). At 6:50pm the order still hadn't arrived so I called back, the representative said they would call the store directly. The representative apologized again and said it would be here soon. The delivery driver arrived at 7:15pm and then stated we had to pay for it, we explained that it should be free. The driver then called the manager and the manager refused to give the pizza for free saying there was no time guarantee. When you can't deliver a pizza within 3 hours its more than a system issue.

I haven’t had a pizza from pizza pizza lately. Today I ordered a couple pizzas for lunch. I was not disappointed. In fact, I was pleasantly surprised. I am told, this location is now under new ownership. I placed the order for delivery using the iPhone app. My favorite way to order pizza. Much easier to customize the order. Thin crust, toppings, even special cooking instructions is an available option. On checkout, I had the option to use ApplePay, yes please. Done! The order was placed. It even offered a 40 min guarantee. The order arrived quickly, about 30min - the driver was friendly and confirmed our order was complete before leaving. Amazing! The food was hot, toppings were fresh. And it was all delicious. When it comes to pizza delivery, this is definitely the best experience I can remember. I may not have the best memory, but it still counts. I will definitely be ordering from this location again soon.

If I could give 0 rating I would. Every time we order from here we are highly disappointed. We ordered four panzerottis and received two after paying the driver $40 and waited literally an hour and a half for our food. Called Customer service, they told us they will send the other two and gave us a credit for $19, which we chose to use at the same time for two more. The driver again, after another hour of waiting brought only two. Called CS again!! The agent told me the two will be coming within a half hour, only to get a phone call asking what happened. We wound up not getting the rest of our order it was just too stressful and really late. Needless to say, this is the worst Pizza Pizza franchise and unfortunately the only one for North Bay. Never again. I will be calling head office Monday morning. Discusting service.

I have a few safety concerns, First of all while they prepared our food and others they were not wearing hairnets, face masks, or gloves. We ate inside the restaurant and we were not asked for our vaccine receipt or vaccine passport. And finally after customers dinned in they did not wipe or sanatize the tables. I was extremely concerned about my safety and the safety of others, due to the amount of safety rules and laws that were ignored at this location.

Used to be a decent pizza place. Ordered for pickup, went in to get pizza. Staff basically frowned at me the whole time if they were even acknowledging my presence - opting to chat in the kitchen. My payment went through and forget a "thanks," even - I doubt they knew I left. Opened the box at home, pizza is both undercooked and not cut through. Having been unable to pull a slice out on it's own, I recut it myself. It's a shame, I used to really love this place but clearly they dont want me to be there or crave their pizza in any way shape or form, so that will be my last visit.

Good food for the price. I usually order the jalapeno poppers with my meal. They have excellent chicken bites - a 20 piece box is definitely enough for 2 people. They have good panzerrottis asked you can have one made with the ingredients you'd like, I like hot sauce added in with the tomatoe sauce.

This location broke lots of safety rules by not wearing mask, hair nets or gloves... They also did not sanitize after each customer when they are done eating at the dine in. And lastly they did not follow the provincial mandate in asking for a vaccination receipt or vaccination passport. The food was ok but I wouldn't recommend it hear until they start following their safety laws and rules.

Literally way too long of a wait as Skip the Dishes and other food delivery companies take priority over the in house paying customer. Had any "other" pizza joint actually have been open on boxing day, we would have went there. The long wait to bring them dinner took so much time away from our family visit.... not returning if I don't have to as we live in another town. Kids enjoyed the pizza but the adults did not.

This would be my vote for the worst pizza in town by flavour, toppings, value and selection. They are located in a good area in the downtown core with few immediate competitors. The service at this location is average and with so many other amazing pizza stores in town I would never recommend this store to a visitor. Further to this as I check out their reviews there appears to be a lot of spam 5 star reviews from people who do not review locally. I believe those reviews are intended to artificially inflate their overall rating. That type of deceitful strategy is an indication of desperation of a pizza brand being poorly managed.

They took off my last review so I'm reposting in a less vulgar fashion. About 1-2 years ago the driver was late, rude, tried to fight my husband and called us in none slang terms "fornicating child touchers". and told us to never call again I called the head honchos and all they said "You can order again".... And heard nothing about the incodent since. Haha no I'm not ordering again. I didn't even like how the higher ups dealt with this situation. Wish I could zero star this.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. I ordered my pizza online at 4:32pm. The driver showed up after 48 minutes (just under the delivery guarantee) and I paid by credit card. When I opened the box I realized I was delivered the completely wrong pizza. I ran out and caught the driver before he left to tell him he gave me the wrong order. He didn't have the correct pizza with me so he said he would go pick up my pizza and left. I then called head office to ask for a full refund because by then I had waited over an hour for the correct pizza. They offered me a pizza pizza credit which I declined because I rarely order pizza and if I had checked my pizza before paying I never would have paid. It took me over 15 minutes of back and forth on the phone before they agreed to give me a full refund with my replacement pizza. It is now 6:10 and I still don't have my food or refund. I have waited over an hour and 40 minutes for a medium pizza! I will NEVER order from pizza pizza again.

I ordered a pizza from Pizza Pizza North Bay, and they forgot to add one of the toppings (Italian Sausage) on my pizza. I called them back and told them I didn't get my Italian Sausage on my pizza. They said they would re-make my pizza, and had me drive back to the store to pick the pizza up. I went picked the pizza up, then when I got home and opened the pizza box up. They forgot the exact same topping on the second pizza (Italian Sausage), and this time instead of putting the pizza on thin crust, they made the pizza on thick crust. I got off work at Midnight, and still didn't have the pizza I ordered at 2am. Plus when I called back to talk to them about the second pizza, their store and call center was closed. So I just decided to post this review instead, since they weren't available to rectify the 2nd order. I am now going to do what I told the call center guy the first time I talked to him. Never again will I order a pizza from Pizza Pizza North Bay. I will order from one of the other dozen pizza establishments in North Bay. At least the other guys know how to get someone's order right. By the way this isn't the first time Pizza Pizza North Bay has gotten my order wrong. It's like the 3rd time. 3 times a charm. Bye Bye says my money to Pizza Pizza North Bay. Bye Bye. :)

Always loved their chicken wings! Ordered delivery today and they came way before the time. The young lad accidentally dropped the box of wings! I used to love Pizza Pizza 10 years back but the last few years I keep trying them again and always never a good experience. They seem to always forget something I ordered and the last time and it will be my last time the pizza was cold and some of the sausage was still frozen and when they sent another pizza it was way over cooked. If you want a something good to eat stick to the pizza box way better then the food it self.

I have ordered form Pizza Pizza from time to time over the past 4 years. The experience of getting Pizza Pizza has many been positive till today. I order the pizza my phone and the worked said that it would be at our house in 22 minutes or it's free. After that I had to wait 30 minutes for the pizza to arrive, I still had to pay even though the pizza was 10 minutes late. Another bad experience I had happened about 2 years ago when I got stomach troubles 1 hour after eating Pizza Pizza's pizza. Even though I had 2 bad experiences I would still say that Pizza Pizza is already. 3/5 stars.

Third time they messed my order up. First time I called in a complaint and all I was offered was a $2 credit. $2 credit when I always gave tips between $5-$10 everytime Will definitely never go to a pizza pizza again. First time I received 15 Wings instead of 20 Second time they gave me the wrong pizza Third time the pizza I got was cheese with one single pepperoni on it. What a joke. They confirm these orders with you before ending the call. Also forgot to mention no masks were being worn. $2 credit. Cant get over that. Might aswell have told me to go screw myself

Ordered the pizza to out hotel, it was terrible. Sloppy half, half squished, some of the topping were literally tossed in the centre of the pizza, not spread out at all. Crust was one half thin and almost burnt, other half thick and lightly done due to the inability to make crust even... on all three pizzas we ordered. I would NOT recommend this location!

Unbelievable how horrid and disgusting this location is!!!! Went to pick up an order and there was a homeless man IN the restaurant between the doors smoking his crack pipe! I attempted to call pizza pizza because I didn't wanna go in with this individual smoking his pipe, and the lady hung up on me! Currently on the phone with the police! What a disgusting disgrace!!!! Go down the road to toppers, or somewhere else! This place should be shut down!!!!!!

Used the mobile app and ordered 1 large pizza. It was guaranteed to be at my place before 60 minutes or it's free. After waiting about 50 minutes i got a call from the driver asking what residence building I was in and that she was 2 minutes away. I told her governors house at the top of the hill, on nipissings campus. She said ok and to meet her out front. No pizza showed because she didnt find the building. They left a voicemail and said if i wanted my pizza i would have to call customer service. Low and behold the pizza was still not free after 1.5 hours of waiting. Drivers should know the university campus. Its sad that they dont. Lost a customer on this one.

Good pizza pizza location. Chashier knew their express menu existed unlike at anoter location and my pizza was cooked nicely, could have a bit more toppinng but it was their cheapest menu item and a meat so I can't complian, plus they went heavy on the cheese so I'm happy

Continued disappointment with the pizza pizza in North Bay. My family and I love the panzerotti's from this chain, yet since we have moved up to North Bay we have had nothing but problems. We order 6 everytime, with different toppings inside each. They never mark which is which, so we end up having to cut them open just to determine who's pizza is who's. There have been multiple times where the dough on the inside is literally raw. This last time I ordered. There was almost no toppings, cheese, or sauce inside. My family and I were given deep fried dough, Not panzerotti's. We have also had normal pizzas with incorrect or missing toppings, including no cheese at times. I can not see myself ever ordering from this location again and would advise anyone else to go spend their money at other restaurants.

The workers don't speak English... not even French... I wanted a quesadilla and was told no but he couldn't say anything other than no so I'm not sure why I couldn't order a quesadilla but it was awkward as F. Ordered a Greek salad and the worker managed to ask what salads dressing I wanted but then would only give me ceaser dressing, no utensils provided... had to eat my salad with a pocket knife.

I ordered from this location twice now and both times the pizza wasn’t good in the slightest. The cheese tasted gross and undercooked. The only way we were able to eat it was to take the topping off. I contacted the live chat option and was met with absolute rudeness about it. The gentleman proceed to tell me I can get another one made or they can add 50% to my pizza account for next time. I informed the person I wasn’t going to be ordering again as twice now it wasn’t good. Was told that I was given two options and I needed to choose one of those. We will never be ordering from them again.

Ordered deep fried pickles and arrived to pickup and were told they had none. We drove 25 minutes and 20km for nothing. Nobody contacted us, nothing was offered whatsoever as a substitute or anything to try to make up for this gigantic waste of our time money. Pizza pizza has zero customer service. They have pickles on the website, none available. They have jalapeno poppers listed in the store, guess what? None available. Take unavailable items off your menu!!!!! Had many issues here before with quality, skimpy sauce and usually a 3 to 4" crust with toppings only in the middle. Had it with pizza pizza, will never purchase another product from this worthless chain. Buy pizza somewhere else!

Worst service when in comes to issues with orders. 3 mistakes is the charm, I try to support places around where I live but I'm extremely disappointed with the final purchase I made at this store. Paid extra for Feta and got 4 mouse size pieces on the pizza total...then when you call they blame skip. Quality is not managed by the delivery service wake up and smell the poorly made pizza.

I was told my food would be ready in 30 minutes. I was even 5 or so minutes late. I paid for my food and then my wings were put in the fryer. THEN, after he handled the frozen wings he used the same gloves and cut off some pizza dough. Then my half moon bread. Overall, this establishment fell short for me.

Wanted to boost the rating because I’m seeing some bad reviews but so far I’ve been happy with every order placed here! The food is always done right, prices aren’t bad and they have the best garlic dip in town. Pizza Pizza is also one of two places open past midnight - the other being 241, which has really gone downhill in the last couple years so this is my new go-to for late night pizza.

Had a terrible experience with Pizza Pizza. I placed an order and requested for it to arrive close to 11:30 and to be delivered to the entrance of Canadore College. I stood outside from 11:20 to 11:40 where I received a phone call from the delivery man saying he waited for 10 minutes for me, he later admitted he went to the wrong address but then went on a rant to me about how they always deliver Pizza to the Governors house by the school so he just went there(even though I said for it to be at the entrance of Canadore college) so it wasn't his fault and that I should have been at the governors house. I ended up getting my Pizza over a half an hour late and it was cold and I paid full price. I was filming a movie on this date and this mess put me about a hour behind schedule and then I had to feed my crew cold food. Never buying from this place again!!

How this place stays open is a wonder. They don't even bother taking the chairs off the tables anymore (after floor cleaning?), must know they won't have many customers. Last time there the sole worker steps out front on Main St. (Not even back door) for a smoke during lunch hour.

Very disgusting ordered 2 calzones took over an hour to get them thru skip the dishes got them boxes werent labelled as to which was which had to cut them open to find out had grease flow out of them they are 2 different sizes one the size of a very small pizza folded in half and the other was abit bigger the grease was just stomach turning never ever have i had a calzone this bad our filling is place right in the middle about 3 inches of raw dough on each side called to inform them and was put on hold till they closed i will never never order here again hasnt been the same since the Loves owned it .... very disappointed

I have ordered from pizza pizza a few times now here in town, and can't say I haven't been satisfied once from here... Pizza crust is always thin, and under cooked.. Onion rings were cooked in the same deep fryer as the cinnamon sticks, so they taste like the sticks.. bacon is under cooked every time.. poor amount of sause (even if you order double).. Owner and workers are very poor quality and poor at customer service.. there is just so much negative with this place I don't feel like typing it all... Pro; (not 'pros') - They have creamy garlic sauce... (Only reason why I gave it 2 stars) I and as of many others do not suggest this place to anyone...

Honestly, when i walked in today for my meal for myself and my girlfriend, i figured id deal with just another run of the mill pizza shop. Only ever been here twice but im returning i know it. The manager was excellent to me and other patrons i saw in here. The guy is really friendly and the girl who works with him is always in a good mood or smiling. Always friendly. These guys went as far as making my panzerrotti like 2 times because they didnt see it as good enough. Talk about quality control. When i got my hot wings, damn! Mouth is still burning from it, loved that. Never have i seen a guy go so far to please the patrons. Kudos on the hot sauce and great customer quality man!

Don't order from here! they gave me a old pepperoni pizza and put the toppings I ordered on top of it. The cheese was hard and the sauce was sour but it had my peppers onions and mushrooms on top. When I got it by delivery it was even warm it literally looked like the put the topping on it threw it in the oven for 5 minutes and sent it on its way. Disgusting never again .

The food is always hot and delicious but twice now they have forgotten to give us an item or two. And us, the dummies we are, forget to check to make sure we have everything and drive all the way home just to drive right back into town to get the missing items. They are usually friendly and the food is good tho! So if you get takeout, make sure you check that you have everything before you go all the way home.

Spent 15 minutes on the phone trying to order a pizza advertised in their flyer. The third person I was transfered to could speak clear English. He then explained I couldn't order a walk-in special. I had to go down there, then order and wait for them to make my pizza. Ridiculous way of doing business. I'll go somewhere else from now on. Guess they don't really need my business.

On Thurs. July 21st @ 4:20 PM, we drove to Pizza Pizza in downtown North Bay. There was no on site parking, so we had to pay for parking to go in to order our pizza. There were only a few customers in the store. We ordered a 3 topping large pizza special with thick crust & decided to add a fourth topping. We waited more than 25 min. for the pizza. We decided to eat the pizza in the store. The interior was good & there was plenty of seats & tables. However, when we received the pizza, the pizza was undercooked and there were very little toppings on the pizza. We ordered the exact same pizza in the Pizza Pizza in downtown Kingston last month & we were very satisfied with the pizza quality & quantity of toppings. The next time we are in North Bay, we not be visiting this Pizza Pizza location. We do not recommend this Pizza Pizza location to others.

This place is garbage. Not even hot garbage. This place consistently delivers pizzas over an hour of wait time, the pizza is cold by the time it finally makes it, and it most of the food items taste like what i imagine pet food taste like....if you feed your pet garbage. These people don't care. They don't care about our small city. It's happening all over this town i once loved so much. You can do better, and luckily there is better in town. Unfortunately those places don't stay up as late as this sweat shop. (And don't even ask about customer service, if you want to travel to a very dark horrid pit of despair try to get a discount on any of this cold, old, slop) Do better
