Called for a pick up order on April 20th around 8pm and gave them my info, which I assumed for for their file, and she said " will be delivered soon" I told her it was for pick up again, and instead of saying oppes my bad, she came back with attitude and made me feel stupid. So I said "have a lovely night, and hung up" me and my service industry friends were not happy with this.

Placed a phone order at 5:02p.m. Was told about 20 minutes. Got there at 5:17 paid and was told it would take a few minutes. Waited until 5:55p.m for two 1 topping large pizzas... people who made orders twice the size after I came in got them before hand. When I went to complain, they said "Sorry about the wait, you can go now". Love their pizza but not ordering from there ever again.

Went here on a Sunday at 12:30 pm. We ordered a pepperoni pizza from the girl at the counter, and she took our money. About 20 min later she said "The guy who makes the pizza had to step out for a while, he said he'd be back in about a half hour.... I can make the pizza for you, but I'm not very good at it though..." The guy who makes the pizza "stepped out"???? " You decide to tell me this at lunch hour 20 minutes after taking my money?? You can make it, but you're not very good a making pizza??? That's not reassuring. You work at a pizza shop - its a pepperoni pizza. The dough is made and in pans already. Add sauce, cheese, pepperoni, pass it through the conveyor belt oven. Come on! Wow. Avoid.

Hands down the best pizza in the Bay. My girlfriend and I tried this place out for the first time today The service was spectacular, the poutine tasted like it came off a food truck...the wings were amazing and real with awesome sauses to choose from (I recommend the medium) Oh and the pizza is perfect! You can't go wrong ordering from here!

I ordered the 3 n 3 deal online (good thing, so I have my receipt). Large pizza, that comes with 3 toppings and either 3 dips or 3 drinks (or mix and match). I choose drinks because I already had some sauce at home. I show up at 11:15pm, pizza is done, Im paying for my order and the girl throws out the receipt. I thought she was getting my drinks for me in a bag but nope, nothing. So I asked "Don't I get drinks with that? I ordered some!" her response was "nope!". So I got home, which is right around the corner and I checked my email and it says I ordered drinks. I didn't bother going back because it isn't worth my time. Pizza is always great but customer service is poor a good handful of the time. My boyfriend and I go there often for a quick walk in pizza pepperoni. Thinking twice about their place now. Also when I opened my cheesy bread, the lid wasn't on properly at all which had spilled on the bread. When studying for exams, and your stressed as it is and common sense things that people should do before throwing in sauce would be to make sure its closed. Im gonna be boycotting for a little (unless I am feeling generous sometime soon). More then bothered and annoyed.

Nice not too thin nor thick dough. Fresh green peppers and real pepperoni. We had a large pizza and slices were good size. Can't give peraonal review on the Nuggets... however the nuggets were a hit for the kids. Good price. Will order again.

I've always had a great experience with great pizza. Panzerottis are huge and they have great deep fried pickles. They are a Pepsi company though :( Open late, quick in and out service and well priced!

Checked out their website which is horrible but decided to go there anyway. Ordered their "pizza and wings" special which clearly states that it comes with a free dip. When I asked about it they immediately shrugged it off and said no dip. Told them they should update the website but they just stared at me like I was speaking a foreign language. Not customer service friendly. As I'm writing this my sister tells me that they refused to put hot peppers on only half a pizza when she tried to order. All or nothing... Really!? I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Amaaaaaaaziiiing. Best pizza place in town. We were visiting North Bay and were hungry. Pizza was a craveing. Milano Pizza haf great reviews so we tried it out. It was tasty and cheap. We ordered 12 wings, 5 breadsticks and one XL pizza. The total only came $45. They should create more franchises in the Greater Toronto Area. 100% recommend you go there.

I just had a slice of pizza 5 days ago. It was good and priced right at $2.25. My issue was that on a single item there should be just the one tax 5% under $4. It should be (2.35-2.40) but was charged $2.55. I said something and the girl said that is what the cash register says.....my guess it is still is the same and not fixed. It isn't the 15/20cents, it is the principal and really disregarding what I said!!!

Ordered a deluxe pizza with bacon and an order of cheesy garlic bread. What we got was a pizza with almost no cheese and tiny toppings so small and over cooked that we could not taste anything but the crust and tomato sauce. The "cheesy" garlic sticks had no cheese, It did not even taste like cheese, just bread. We will not order again. Grocery store frozen pizza taste better, atleast you can taste the toppings. I don't recommend this bland pizza.

Normal they are spot on with pizza delivery and customer services, but today they just ruin it hard, called at 12:30am order pizza, gave my number and my address, waited for 1h20min and pizza still not here now they are closed and not even sure if they are still trying to delivering it or not, i did call at 150am they said they are re sending it but still nothing!!!!!!! p.s am one of thos guys, who only post review when something bad happens, never for the good stuff

I love the pizza here; I highly recommend this place if you're looking for great quality food with decent prices. My wife and I easily decided that this is our new "go-to" pizza place. The young gentleman that served me was very polite and professional.

They heat up their slices in the microwave before serving... I ordered 2 slices and she heat them up in the microwave and handed them to me. I dont use microwaves, nor did I want old pizza that needed to be heated up. I had leftovers at home I could have eaten.

I recently moved near this pizza shop and after ordering a family meal, we were easily impressed by the great quality, taste and service! Quickly became our go to pizza place! I have to say that they’re also very QUICK!! I place an order for pickup on the phone and only 15 minutes later, it’s fresh and ready for my family to enjoy! I recommend this place to everyone! Oh, and do yourself a favour and try the honey garlic wing sauce!!!! Yum!

This place is the worst of all pizza place in town. Very little food so little I could tell what I was eating. As far of the garlic bread forget it. No cheese hardly and no taste of garlic. Call the manager was not very nice at answering my question. Never go back again unless I want plain bread.

Delicious pizza and panzerottis, but they need to get gluten free crust as soon as possible! Sometimes their pizzas are doughy and undercooked and don’t have enough toppings on them. Disappointing customer service. The chicken on their pizzas is not real chicken - it’s that gross processed chicken so prices should be less.
