Waited in line while a gentleman cashed in about 40 winning tickets. Not a problem. After waiting the extended time I happily took my turn...then was told that there is a surcharge for using a credit card. I left without the ticket. Very bad policy ????

I just ran to For your convenience with 5 min before they close because they close at 10:00pm online. But they have a stupid little sign saying they close at 9 during the winter months. Change it if it's for more then a week or holiday. Also their prices are over priced.

I live not too far from the store and the service there is always friendly, they have since changed the administration and the atmosphere is still the same. I go there at least 3 or 4 times a week and starting to get to know the store clerks. Keep up the good work and also it always clean!!

Only convenience store in the area now since Lucky13 closed on Sage and it shows. Poor selection poor lighting too much money wasted on movie rentals. Definitely needs a breath of fresh air to be brought back up to standards

If I could do a review with no stars I would. No smiles when you enter this store, no responding hellos, wife is very rude, I'm glad there is a new variety store on Sage with amazing owners who great you with open arms. Birchaven will give you a very pleasant experience and they have amazing North Bay ice cream ????

Who closes a convenience store at 7PM? Prime reason why I avoid this place.

Their closing times shows up as 9. They don't answer their phone so I went by at 7. CLOSED. They show how much they respect their customers by not answering their phone and not correcting their closing time on the internet. I suggest going somewhere else if you want a good experience.

Terrible customer service. Most of the time the clerks won't even make eye contact with you. They change their hours whenever they please and don't post that they are changing. We only go there if absolutely needed and wish Lucky 13 was still open so we didn't have to go at all!

If I could give no stars I would. I’ve been picking up 2 packs of cigarettes at a time for my sister who is visiting. $25.31 everywhere else. This joker charges $35.64. I told him they’re $25 everywhere, he says “not possible”. He also says he couldn’t reverse the sale because it was on a credit card. First and last time I’ll be in this store. He’s a crook. $10 bucks in his pocket.

Would rate zero stars if I could. I grew up in this naighbour hood and this store was always great but ever since the new owner took over things have been awful. He's is always very rude and short tempered and they straight up DON'T TAKE CHANGE. It's sad to see this store become like this

a couple years ago this store was always open late and fully stocked with grocery items, basic necessities, fridge/freezer items, dvds, gifts, etc. now, most of the shelves are bare, many of the fridges are empty, numerous lights are burnt out, there are no dvds for rent and the store closes very early. i hope it improves as i would shop here frequently if it did.
