I'm 33 yrs old and I can remember stopping at that little book shop with my mom.....like A-L-O-T of times lol. She absolutely LOVED that book shop. I must have been only 5-6yrs old when I went there for the first time!! I always looked forward to goin there or ask to go there!!!!

This is like heaven for any kind of book need be it SciFi or science or anime or anything the selection is awesome and if by chance they don't have what you want its super easy to order stuff. Only down side is they are hard to reach by phone.

Bookworm? Coles is the best place to get fed. Plenty of varieties of genres, just go the section you love. And yes best thing is paper book than any other format, Coles providing it very well.

Was not asked if there was anything the employee could help me with. I was trying to approach employee but immediately avoided, I felt. This store was not busy at all and there were 3 other customers. Racism was not the issue, although I have to deal with people who are racist and are aware of those who are racist. I don't engage in any of the actions of such people. There are wonderful employees of Northgate shopping centre also the many stores and food court. I just wanted to clarify that I wasn't avoided due to racism, nor do I I have an explanation for the avoidance. Coles is a fine store that I have visited and will be continuing to in the future. ????

Will not return. Entered the not busy store wearing a full face shield. Was approached by a store employee who offered me a blue disposable mask and said if I wouldn't wear it I would need to leave. I will be filing a formal written complaint with Chapters/Indigo for their mask policy, which is in violation of Ontario Public Health.

Really great (smaller) bookstore with wide ranging selection. Only complaint is that often part of a book series is not available and not being brought into stock. New releases are easy to find here though, and great gift selections. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable!

Was there August 20th, 2020, I barely got to the store and this rude employee at the front door has the audacity to tell me that I have "...only 15 minutes to shop then l had to leave", and the mall was at least 5 hours away from closing. How rude and disrespectful; no wonder their chain keeps closing stores.
