The food here is great. But timing sometimes is difficult. Called in a 4 item order at 420pm to pickup at 600 pm but didn't receive it until 800pm Dinner was great, fresh, hot. They were busy, but not able keep the orders first in first out. I'll go back just on an off day when it's slower.

It's ok. It's not fine dining by any stretch but I have had better fast food as well. It would not be bad to freshen up curb appeal and not have a waitress/clerk who vents her day as your waiting on food. It would also be nice to not have super sweet or greasy foods. That said it's still ok food. And preparation was fast.

Whoever was cooking today was on their "A" game. Once in awhile it's kinda meh, buy everything was on point. I'm guessing it was a little slower than usual so they were able to take their time. General Tao chicken, egg rolls and chow mein were delicious.

It was my first visit to chopstick and the food came out extremely fresh the staff was really polite and I’m really happy about my order. I ordered beef and broccoli with 2 spring rolls. I ate those before I even got a chance to take a picture. They put in a small rice as well which was a nice touch as I was going to make this when I got home ????. Definitely my location of choice for my comfort food of Chinese food.

Ordered lemon chicken and it was inedible. The chicken was like (hockey puck) rubber and the batter was hard as rock. This was my first and last time ordering from these guys. Wast of money and time to pick it up.

Ordered on Christmas Eve in the afternoon to be ready for 6 . I realize it’s a super busy day but my wife shows up there a 6 not ready yet they don’t mention that she would still be there at 730 . Daughter 3 years old Christmas Eva needs to eat and go to bed started heating up lasagna told to wife can’t wait anymore get money back come home . No apology Here’s you money appreciate your patience. A little heads up for next year get it together I won’t be back.

The food has little to no flavor, and the customer service was far from ideal. I heard that the food was suppose to be authentic, but I was proven wrong when I finished eating. I doubt I'll be coming back when there are better options available in North Bay.

This place is the epitome of cheaply made, overpriced Chinese food. Everything. EVERYTHING has a copious amount of overcooked bean sprouts. The chow mein is NOTHING BUT BEANSPROUTS. No noodles at all. If you want some of this food, just go and boil about 4lbs of beansprouts with salt and cheap soy sauce. If I could leave a no star review, I would.

I work here currently but i must say as far as chinese food goes its delicious my favourite cooks are Recard and Zhen they have a way with food :) (Little side note) Sometimes its really busy, so please when the people who answer the phones be patient with them. We get over loaded with orders alot of the time so sometimes we are unable to give totals please do not get angry with us just tell us to call you back with one. If the packers forget something please do not hesitate to call but be prepared to either bring back the food so the boss can check to make sure. (standard procedure, we have been ripped off numerous times) or be prepared to be asked lots of questions. Thanks for your time, Nikki

Merry Christmas, I ordered at 400pm and was told an hour and then I was told at 510pm it’s going to be another hour and I only ordered a combo for two, I had a child to feed and now I’m left last minute trying to figure out what to do. This is not a good experience. I know it’s busy but this is totally unexceptable 2 hours for a combo for 2 !!!

Never order from this place! It took an hour and half for my food to arrive! I called after it one hour and the man who answered the phone told me my food had just left and was on its way. After another 30 minutes I called again and the women who answered told me my food had left 10 minutes ago! I then asked for my food to be discounted or for free and she hung up on me. When the driver arrived she said that she heard the man on the phone with me and heard him lie about it! She said my food wasn’t even finished yet when I had called them! This is absolutely ridiculous! Don’t ever put yourself through this! Horrible service! Horrible staff!

While I used to work here once, I can still attest to this day that the food is delicious and the owners are friendly. The price can be a bit high considering the quality HAS gone down in recent years, but that doesn't mean the food is bad. Not by a long shot. They have some of the best lo miens, the best spring rolls, and the best single person plates (1a,1b,1c,1d). Not to mention their special dishes being among the best quality. Depending on the day you visit, your wait time will vary. On weekends, Friday and Saturday specifically, you could be looking at upto 40 minutes because it's busy. On weekdays you're usually looking at 15-20 minutes tops. The busiest day of the year is mothers day and they usually have to hire on additional staff just to cope with the vast number of orders. During the mother's day rush, the people of North Bay are typically so condescending and so rude to the counter staff that their mothers would be ashamed and embarrassed to hear about. The kitchen is smaller than most, with only three woks and two deep friers, and the food is fresh. You will be waiting a long time for food on mother's day, but you'd be lucky to find better wait times for this quality.

Tried all the local chinese take out places when we moved to North Bay. Chopsticks is by far our favourite. Always satisfied with what we've ordered. We even went as far to ask the health unit for the inspection reports from the past few years. 0 problems. The only thing that I would change is if they were open for lunch Saturday. Highly recommended.
