A week ago, my parents and my kids and I went to the BK (Burger King) on 2nd Avenue for lunch. I had the Bacon King meal with a root beer, my kids each had the 6 pc Nuggets King jr meal, and my folks had the Crispy Chicken meal and the Rodeo King burger meal. All meals were absolutely delicious! The restaurant was clean and the staff were very friendly. I can't say I've ever had a terrible meal at BK over the years. Thanks BK. Well done.

Nice people, good food! 09/25/2017 - Work nights went after work (8:30 am) because anywhere else wants to sell me breakfast and I want a burger... Parking lot was empty, employees were standing outside unable to get in and I couldn't get a burger... Not my happiest moment!

Workers here never say hello, thank you, you’re welcome, or anything nice. I could ignore this, if they nailed the service. But they don’t. They consistently forget items in orders, and dipping sauces, etc. Probably some of the worst fast food service on the island, and that’s saying something.

As stated by others service is terrible, dont come unless you have a long time to wait. Food is regularly Luke warm at best. Staff can barely speak English, had to repeat my order 4 times so the girl could type it in, and after all that they screwed up my order and made me pay an extra fee because she forgot to type in fries. Very disappointed! Burger king in ontario was great, but this one is a no go for me.

Messed up orders, stale food because it takes them so long to finish the orders that by the time you get it it's old. Slow moving staff, no concern for getting anything done in a timely manner. Charlottetown BK and the old downtown BK from 10 years ago look like high class service compared to this....clean this mess up.

Hit and miss. Orders are mostly correct but the fries are never fresh and almost always cold. My last time here I pulled up to make my order. I was asked what I wanted, gave my order and when I got to the window, nobody knew what my order was. I tried to make my order at the window and heard the staff laughing at how they missed my order. I'm sure it's funny to them but I'm not impressed. I'll go to DQ.

I've received raw food there on several occasions, service is very slow, I've had to repeatedly my self 4-5 times before they would understand my order. The person taking the order was very disorganized, involved with other people and not paying attention to our order. Last time we have ever gone here we got so frustrated trying to just order food we had to leave. It's gotten to the point I drive to Chtown now when I want burger King and that's an hour both ways.

My family and I always enjoy going her for a meal. The food is always delicious and made fresh to order. The staff is always polite and always greet you with a smile. They take pride in their job, which is a rarity in fast food. I do wish they had a drive through though. It is a inconvenience sometimes to have to go into the Walmart when you are just getting a meal. But my family and I will continue be customers even for that one short fall.

I visited this location recently and when I approached the drive thru window... the guy handling the cash and debit was scooping ice for drinks with his nasty hands. I couldn't believe it. Really? During a pandemic?? I told him I didn't want ice in my drink... he poured it out and used the same cup!! SMH. I didn't drink my pop that night while having to drive hours. Burger King, is this your standard?

This burger king is awful probably the worst on the island, there's a sign in the store that says 10 nuggets for 2.99 when I ordered 10 nuggets I payed 3.49 and when I asked why they were so expensive the guy told me the sign was wrong or probably for something else despite it clearly saying 2.99 for 10. If you're going to out a poster up atleast get it right, didn't even get a sorry or anything they just kept making different excuses.

This place is way better than the one on the other side of the city. I met this charming employee named AVERY, I believe? who not only took my order but also cleaned my area for me like a champ. He offered napkins and was super friendly and nice. Did his covid protocols and his company policies with flying colors. This dude deserves a raise. Most employees at other joints usually just say go through the drive through or they are just to lazy to sanitize their own workplace. Nice job avery. Keep it up.

If you like yourself a total gong show which offers sloppy, cold food served to you at a snails pace, come on down and try the new Burger "King" in Paradise, they'll Glady mess up your order at no extra cost over and over again. Not a good visit. I ordered via the drive thru. I was asked to park in front as they were waiting for fries to finish cooking. I waited but no one came out with my order. So I had to go in to get my order even then I had to wait. In the mean time other customers were getting their orders and they place their orders after I did. I was not impressed.

Note: they STILL have the whopper Wednesday deal. The same deal from at least 12 years ago! I was extatic, it tasted great. The person at the drive thru speaker you could tell was really ticked off at something, and it took at least a minute for her to take my order, and then again to open the window for me to pay.

Store is very good and on perfect location. If we are in hurry while doing shopping from walmart we can grab easily food from here. Staff is very friendly and very responsive. Customer service is very good. Worker who are on front desk are very active and food is very fresh. I got my food with in given time. Store is very clean and enough space to dine in. One and only one burger king and on perfect location. Thanks to management for working to hard to run this store. I advise to all to visit this store atleast once and i am sure you will visit on every visit while shopping in walmart. Thanks

I just got it at the drive thru. The friendly and fast service was to only reason it got a second star! HOWEVER. The fries were luke warm. And i have had 1 day old whoppers that were sent out ti me in the middle of the deserts of Afghanistan that were better! Cold, and the bun was old. If i wanted green tomatoes at least fry them! Nice new pavement in the parking lot to drive into. The overhead clearance is 9 feet and the drive thru lane is excellent. Very accommodating for big trucks with plows attached come winter time.

Only a couple of cars in the drive thru and the wait was so long. Then when we got our food the fries were only warm at the bottom of the cup. I worked fast food and understand limited staff etc. I will not be ordering from Burger King Paradise again.

It's a Burger King but it seems the prices change daily depending on who's working. Now the food is always hot and fresh but one day it costs 5.25 then 5.50 then 5.85 then 5.35... and the receipt is always the same it's not like I have an upsize or anything it's just weird.

When we arrived we told staff the washroom stunk really bad. My husband came out gagging! The guy we told muttered something (not in English) to an employee and the employee disappeared. We got our food, ate and again my husband went to use the washroom. It was still stinky, but he needed to go so he checked the stalls, none of the toilets were flushed, and they were gross. So he asked to speak to the manager, it turns out the manager was the original guy we told. Went to McDonald's to use their washroom!!

Severely understaffed....not prepped to start the day. Absolutely no sense of urgency in here. People unpacking boxes instead of on the line. I placed my order at 12:09pm and have watched 3 orders be filled in 22 min. Although they have only been open for 2 weeks the staff here is not equipped for a store opening. As a general manager of a fast fresh restaurant I'm appalled at the slowness of this place. We put out food that is cooked fresh per dish and run with two staff and I can guarantee we are faster then this ...BECAUSE WE ARE PREPARED

This Burger King is a joke. We ordered a meal on Skip the Dishes, you know, to avoid leaving our house to pick up. We got our food and as my fiancé is eating his Original Chicken sandwich, we pulled a long dark hair from his sandwich. He was repulsed. He called Burger King and they agreed to send us a new meal. He gave them our address. Hour and a half later, he calls asking what is taking so long? They tell him he came come up and get his sandwich but they cannot deliver it as they do not have a delivery. Okay, so then why not pay Skip the Dishes to redeliver since it was your fault for dropping a long dirty hair in our food. They refused to fix THEIR mistake, they said he can drive there to get a new meal. Last time I'll be ordering Burger King! What a joke.

Customer service needs big improvement! I've been there twice since it opened and both times after waiting approx 25 min my order was soggy and stone cold. The staff seem more concerned with there conversations between each other than preparing food in a timely manor. I don't mind waiting for an order as long as it is hot and fresh when I receive it! If you're a fan of cold soggy burgers and poor service this may be the spot for you, but not for me. I will never go back!

The food was ok. Not hot barely warm. There is no reason for food not to be hot when there is noone there to order. Should be fresh fries all the time. Not enough tables. The 6 tables available...2 booths were taken up with kids that were there awhile. One booth not eating at that time. We were there about 10 minutes before we ordered. So how long not eating don't know. They were loud and jumping in and out of the booth 6 of them I believe. The other had numerous kids in it as well. I know they must of ordered something but after finished at least 5 minutes they should be gone. Considering there is limited space because of covid this should not be happening.

Prep staff is ok. Front service is terrible. Waiting time to get your order is about 30 min. You actually see your burger sit there for those 30 min. And so call shift manager just standing there, without trying to help the new staff to clear up backlog. Every 3rd order is messed up. Looks like there was a zero training for new staff. Customers are very upset. Very painfull to go there. Staying in line to order and than long wait to get your order is about 40 min. Skip this location for now.

Went through the drive through 3 times to get my order right. First time I was told to pull up and wait, waited 15 minutes with no food. Went through a second time and told them I was waiting for food still. I was missing an order of nuggets and an order of mozza sticks so had to pull through a THIRD time. 10/10 do not recommend the paradise location.
