I visited Niagara-on-the-Lake with my family yesterday. Our wonderful experience at Victoria Teas & Coffees began the moment we walked into the store, which the great scent of coffee and very welcoming employees. The young lady working as the cashier was very friendly. From helping us decide which coffee to order - by allowing us to take a shot-sized drink of each coffee to see which flavour we liked best - to making great conversation with us whilst exercising a great deal of professionalism at her workstation. If you are a fan of exceptional customer service and great tasting coffee, I strongly recommend this store. I will definitely return!

Very disappointing place. They don't know what country they take coffee from, only say it's Arabica, the entire shop is based on applying aroma syrups on roasted coffee. Their double espresso shot was over 150ml, not sure why...

Befitting of NOTL the shop is quaint looking both on the outside and inside. The woman who greeted us was very pleasant but it was evident the woman who served us was almost annoyed at having to do so. No smile, no eye contact, no friendly banter. Both the house blend and the chocolate raspberry coffees were weak and both were tossed in the bin as we exited. Much better cafes to spend your money.

Wonderful Shop! Best tasting coffee in Ontario! Nice that there are still non-chain coffee places around and that they make/sell such great coffee and teas. My wife and I always visit when we are in Niagara-on-the-Lake and also order from them online when we run out of coffee.

My husband and I stopped in during our last visit to Niagara and decided to try a bag of vanilla hazelnut coffee. We were very impressed with the flavour and more impressed to learn that there were no artificial additives and was flavoured with natural oils. Our extended family also loved it so much that they all requested a few bags when we told them we were ordering some online since we live a few hours away. Definitely a hidden gem and will now be on our itinerary every time we visit Niagara!

I used to love Victoria Teas, but the tea quality has gone down. The Lapsang Souchong lacks smoke flavour and smells sour now. The Earl Grey has an unpleasant chalky taste now. Very disappointing considering the premium tea prices! The staff is still very friendly. I really hope the tea improves.

I used to go Niagara On The Lake whenever I have a time and looked around shops. Today very beautiful tea pots are displayed at Victoria Gallery and Teas and hesitated to buy it and stopped by two times and decided to buy it at $66.95. After that I found two other stores were selling same tea pot at the price of $45.00. So I came back to this store for returning. However old cashier lady told me that this is not refundable. I really didn’t understand how she was selling same item at higher price than other stores in the same shopping area. As far as I know the Country of Canada is very honest and trusted and I never see this situation since I lived last 20 years. I suggest nobody buy tea pot at Victoria Gallery and Teas in Niagara On The Lake.

My wife wanted a coffee after we saw an afternoon show at the Shaw Festival. They sell a wide variety of tea and coffee in small and large packets. Small packets are $9 and the large are $21ish. Staff was very pleasant. Store was busy on a Sunday at 4pm in early December.

AMAZING COFFEE!!!! Drove and hr and a half just to get this coffee and it was worth the drive for sure. We could have had it shipped but since there is nothing to do anymore with covid it was a beautiful drive. We ordered regular and decaf flavored coffee. The Banoffee Pie is sooooo goood. If you are looking for great coffee and great customer service i highly recommend Victoria Teas & Coffee :)

Offered to warm up my coffee as it " was brewed earlier this morning ". No thanks. I'm not paying three bucks for a coffee that should have been tossed hours ago. When I wanted my money back, I was given a hard time by what I assumed was a manager. I had to stand my ground and insist that I wouldn't be spending my money there. The manager tried telling me that her machine couldn't refund me. I insisted she try. What do you know? It worked! I was then told that this machine was new and she didn't know it would work. Ya OK. I guess most tourists don't realize they're being sold stale coffee. Hard pass sorry folks.

The last 2 times I have visited with friends wanting to buying coffee beans and cups of coffee we made sure to come before their closing time listed on the door and each time we showed up we were told they were closed in a rather rude way and then had the door shut and locked in front of us. I couldn’t believe that it would close early when people wanted to buy product which would only take minutes and also because there was still time before they closed. In a small town atmosphere I found there way of dealing with customers rude and disrespectful to the community that supports them. I will not be returning here to buy anything anymore and will inform others who have visited many times in the past to do the same.

Lovely selection of decaf coffees. For someone who doesn't drink regular coffee, I was in heaven. Jamaica-me-crazy is worth the drive to Niagara-on-the-Lake. Massive selection of loose leaf teas are out of this world! Very helpful and attentive staff even tho we visited on a long weekend.

We don't get up here often but we make sure to go once a year to get Mom's favourite snickerdoodle (probably spelt that wrong) decaf coffee for Christmas. Always great service and great smiles! They ground the coffee there for you and make the best white hot chocolate to go! Always a great experience in this store.

Love this place. So many coffee and tea options at reasonable prices for the product. They also grind everything in house according to your chosen brewing method. Street parking only so you might be in for a bit of a hike if Mary St is full of tourists.

When you walk in to Victoria's Teas you are greeted by the overwhelming aroma of coffee. They have an amazing selection both teas and coffees. One of our favorites is the Kenya label. They will grind it for you if you want. You can also buy a fresh cup of Java at their coffee bar. They also sell coffee and tea pots and cups.
