Great food by good people. I love the fact that much of the produce is grown right outside the doors, and when the weather's nice, you can even sit outside and enjoy and the gardens.

Great Service! With the Help of Emma and Malinda today i got to enjoy the best smoothie ive ever had! As a Local guide, i have alot of stress during the week but now i know that The Grow cafe is always there for me with the best cup of joe in the niagara region

Small cafe inside the White Oaks spa resort. I believe the food items are sourced locally. They have a few sandwiches, oatmeal and other breakfast foods. You can also get Starbucks drinks from here

Best grab and go cafe that ive ever been to the food and beverages were 10 out of 10 but the service.... Was even better! i think the girls name was emma or something with an e but she really changed my day of shopping at the outlet mall!
