Went here for the first time for a baby showet and the food, coffee and staff were all amazing! The sandwiches were very filling and the carrot cake was delicious. Staff was always friendly and overall a great environment. Definitely going to be visiting again!

What an awesome experience today. Had the Montreal smoked meat sandwich and it was excellent. The signature coffee‘s are very tasty. We have met the owners and they are very hospitable. The best kept secret in Niagara Falls. I recommend it and you will be pleased ???? Thank you my friends

The coffee here is easily the best in the city and for that reason alone it gets the 4 start rating. I've never eaten here but friends have and say it's great. My only gripe is the time they close. Now I understand why they close at 6 completely but I usually grab coffee with my friends at night and there has been many a time where I wished we could come here. That being said, it's a great little coffee shop with a nice atmosphere and good people working.

This coffee shop is a beautiful little spot that pays homage to Niagara Falls and draws in the tourists, but is also is a regular spot for locals. They have a fantastic cup of coffee, friendly staff and a delicious menu of signature sandwiches (I recommend the California chicken club!), plus a cheesecake stuffed waffle that is perfect for sharing! Highly recommend!

Delicious food, cozy atmosphere, and great coffee! Super convenient to be able to go to downtown. Me and my wife had a Queens Breakfast Sandwich, blueberry scone, salmon and cream cheese everything bagel, we were delighted by all! Coffee was great and Latte was even better :)

This place is delicious and prices are fairly low. The staff is so nice! We order a pastry that the staff noticed when serving us, somehow was below standard and instead gave us 3 items to make up for it. We didn’t ask for it. They just offered it. I don’t know what might have been wrong with other one, but we ended up eating was all delicious! And the ambience of the place is wonderful too. Loved loved the place. Thanks!!

Queen bean is a fantastic spot for a delicious and comfortable breakfast/lunch. The staff is very friendly and caring & the restaurant is clean. Today we stopped in here for a quick coffee. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. I had a coffee and a bagel with smoked salmon and cream cheese. My partner had a lond fog tea and a peanut caramel brownie. Everything was delicious, fresh, and fast. I didn't ask, but the coffee was remarkably good, so I can't say what type of beans they were. While Queen St is touch and go for businesses, the Queen Bean Cafe stands out! I would highly recommend for a quick coffee and snack, especially if you want a break from the usual chains.

Amazing coffee. Had the medium roast. Beautiful flavour. Ordered the breakfast sandwich. Cheese, bacon, and an actual real egg on it... And get this.. It's on a little flaky pastry. I can't say enough how tasty this sandwich was. The texture when you bite through was absolutely perfect. Best of all, old school service with a smile. Brought my sandwich to the table, too. And great prices to boot! Come here! Now!

Me and my gal friends loved this place so much we came twice within our weekend stay. From the moment we entered we were greeted with kindness. We ordered lattes, which were excellent. We were each given two free cookies each for sharing our lattes on IG (cookies were delicious btw!). We were welcomed back on the second day and quickly served by all members of the team! Would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a variety of foods and drinks and loves cute coffee shops that serve quality food!

The service from the owner and staff was outstanding! Cheryl was attentive to our needs with very short notice and the outcome was spectacular! The charcuterie boards were piled high and super fresh! The deserts knocked it out of the park! And when I picked everything up I also got a "whipped bean" iced coffee and it's definitely a new addiction! I can't wait to try their breakfast!

Yummy food and kind people make for a good atmosphere. My friend had the smoked meat sandwich and I stole his pickle Yum-Yum!! I had a homemade muffin that was like going back 2 decades when they made real muffins at Cafes. It's kinda dark if you're working/ studying there's no outlets but there's wifi. I'll come back

A great mom and pop style coffee shop and cafe. Perfect spot to stop if you're waiting for a bus at the nearby Bus Terminal. The coffee is good quality, and the food from what I've had is fresh and hot. I really enjoy the bagel breakfast sandwich they offer! They have WIFI here which is convenient. I think the only thing I could comment on for improvement is that the danish/strudel that they offer is a tad expensive.

What a great cafe! Amazing croissants and excellent coffee, away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist area of Niagara. Very friendly staff, we felt very taken care of. Croissants tasted real, not cheap oily. Great place for breakfast or lunch! Definitely worth visiting!

Best espresso in a while. Now for their whipped beans, they are out of this world. The breakfast sandwiches are simple but very delicious. I had a sumptious Montreal smoked meat sandwich. I would say its worth driving 8 hours for this. Amazing.

My favourite place in the whole world. Everything about this quaint little cafe in the heart of downtown Niagara Falls is excellent. My personal faves are the breakfast sandwiches, muffins and lattes. The staff is always super warm and welcoming. A great place to relax with a cuppa or to get some work done.

Great coffee shop. Their banana muffin and New York cheesecake was great! Service was friendly. We went at a less crowded time and the server added the sugar and brought our coffee to us. The only possible con was that they only serve in paper cups, Styrofoam boxes and brown bags even when eating /drinking there. But the prices were also very reasonable with dessert options for $2 and $3. Niagara falls tends to have a 'tourist tax' that this place seemed to have skipped. Do recommend!

Edited rating down to 1 star as the last time we were there (over a year ago) the 'higher ups' (owners or management?) have changed along with their menu, prices and atmosphere...Now the place seems more high end and no place to bring a child...the prices seem kinda expensive compared to previously....Not to mention they did not have or and did not even know how to make the food pictured below so instead a coffee and some sort of fancy looking pastry was ordered....The coffee i orderd tasted stale and burnt like it was sitting around in a hot coffee pot for a day or two...The food had a stale / old / fridge or freezer taste to it like it was stored for too long and not stored at proper temperatures or in an air tight container....Extremely disappointed and have never went back since then.... Friendly polite staff, welcoming clean atmosphere, calm relaxing and enjoyable place to bring family and friends for coffe a light snack or a delicious freshly made meal

Arrived at Niagara train station to find it locked until9am. Cold with Luggage and in a very quiet part of town a cafe was needed quickly until it opened. Googled and found Queen Bean was nearby. Homely atmosphere , friendly staff , good coffee and tasty freshly baked muffins. Great place off the beaten tourist track and a godsend when everywhere is shut at 8.30am in the morning. Thanks QB.

Cute place with great food for a fair price. I stopped in here to grab a couple of to go sandwiches after visiting the falls. The staff was friendly, the prices were very reasonably for a tourist town, the food was ready quick, and tasted amazing. It by far beats a lot of the chain restaurants in town.

I entered the store today just to buy something so I could have a change (coins) for a bus ride going to Niagara Falls (first time visiting the falls). I’m not also a fan of cakes but bought two cakes and a pecan tart anyways ????????. But it surprised me. Cakes are very tasty and flavorful. They are not dry at all. Pecan tart has a crunchy crust which I like. I finished everything in one sitting. Hahaha. Thanks to the two wonderful ladies helping me this afternoon.

Very cute and clean cafe. The espresso was good and they had a good assortment of coffee options. They also had many sandwich/lunch options and their pastries looked super tasty. Unfortunately, we were too full to try any, but definitely want to try them next time. The woman who made our drinks was super pleasant and nice.

Interesting architecture in this coffee shop in an old part on Niagara Falls. Seems to be created from an old bank. The pastries here look like they are from a grocery store, so I passed on them for a bagel. The toasted sesame seed bagel was tasteless and had a doughy texture. Tasted more like margarine then real butter. The latte was pretty good. I must have been distracted as the bill was over $22 for one large latte, one small latte and the bad bagel. As I paid cash and did not look to closely at the bill, perhaps I paid someone else's bill. In any event the lattes were good, and the bagel was terrible. That was on Thursday Nov. 25, 2021 at 10.40 AM. If I'm wrong about the margarine and the grocery store quality of the bagel, then address that, the billing error is is a lesser issue. The other post you saw was from my partner, not me.

I can’t believe this place has so many good reviews. My coffee was served cold. We ordered salmon with cream cheese bagel and it was terrible. The salmon tasted awful. I am honestly worried about a food poisoning. Such a rip off. 30 dollars for two salmon bagels and two coffees. Please taste what you serve once.

Downtown Niagara is a hidden gem. We needed a small breakfast. Ordered the Queen's special breakfast sandwich with bacon, a latte, and an iced coffee with a shot of vanilla (would like to try the salted dark chocolate shot next time). Delicious sandwich - crispy and not overly buttery. Loved the iced coffee and latte. Would definitely return if I ever stop by again. Great service and friendly staff. Clean and well sanitized during these times.

The staffs were really nice and I could see that they keep the store clean all the time. I tried chicken avocado bowl, which I felt veggies weren’t really fresh especially avocados! The dressing and chicken was good tho. I also had a bite of my friend’s Montreal smoked meat sandwich and it was really good. So I think they have low to high qualities for different food. Nonetheless I really appreciate the staff who prepared our food so fast since we were in hurry
