Very tasty, freshly made food! All the produce used is freshly made and very delicious as well. My wife had the Sticky Fried Mushroom Rice bowl and I had the vegetarian burger. The bean patty in the burger was succulent and the veggies were fresh and crunchy. The light drizzling of BBQ sauce added a third dimension of deep smokiness to the flavour of the burger. Very complex flavours, with delicious crunchiness. Highly recommend 10/10.

Excellent spot for a coffee and breakfast. Really fresh, mostly local ingredients and delcious sandwiches, salads etc. Lots of desert pastries as well. The whole place has really nice vibe that's both rustic/rural and modern. About a 15-20 minute drive from the St John's core.

Worth the wait in line. (It moves quickly.) Everything is so so good. It is hard to choose what to order. The Grounds breakfast is delish. Eggs are done just the way you ask. The scones are surprising - combining ingredients like cocoanut with fresh ginger and cranberries and it works! Had to go back again later in the week. ????

5 stars all around for this wonderful cafe and garden centre! I’ve been coming here for years and years. Once I even got to tour the farming operation they have! In the summer they supply all their own vegetables and you can even buy them at the garden centre during the growing season! The food and service is always amazing! The prices are great. The quality of food is so good, they make all their own desserts, breads, soups, etc. The atmosphere is very chill, welcoming, and wholesome. This is my favourite place to take anyone. Ever since I started coming here years ago it’s been my favourite place to eat! Plus you can buy house plants!

Beautiful and cozy place with friendly staff. Breakfast was really really good. Didn't have refill for coffee. But it wasn't a big deal. The second round coffee is cheaper than the first ;)

Garden Cafe, my husband's favorite place to be while I'm shopping at the garden center. This time I joined him for tea and a cookie which was very good. Checked the menu and we'll definitely be back to check out the breakfast options.

Nice staff, great space with high ceilings and lots of natural light, vegan options . Had the ham sandwich and garden salad. The portions were small, but the taste was exceptional and worth it! The sandwich is built on a biscuit, served piping hot with carved ham, a little honey muistard aioli and smoked cheddar. The salad had very fresh greens with ricotta and a tasty vinaigrette with hints of ginger. Very enjoyable food. Shared some almond chocolate cake for dessert. The cake was delicious and not too sweet, the almond flavour was baked throughout the cake. Two minor improvements I'd like to see would be some noise dampening and better coffee. Sorry, the coffee today was bitter and had no real flavor. I'm sure a small tweak will fix that. Maybe it was an off day. Would go back again. Looking forward to the salads later in the summer when the freshest produce is available.

This cafe is located in a sort of garden house and is very cute. The prices are fair for the quality of food you are getting. Staff is very nice and food was delicious! They grow most of their own veggies and use them in the food, most of the food is organic and locally sourced! I will definitely return.
