Overated. Food I had was ok. The partridge berry crumble was flavourous, unless "fridge" is a flavour. It tasted as though it had been in the display case too long.

The staff here is fantastic. I have Celiac Disease and they always take great care in preparing my meals properly. This is one of the only places I trust with this. I've never had an issue. The staff always greats me with a smile, and the food is amazing. Lots of variety, and healthy options. Top notch!

Gourmet drive thru food. Delicious, fast, & friendly. We went here on our 2nd Anniversary to reminisce. We met at the Coffee Matters in Mount Pearl in 2017, which sadly burnt down & later closed. Don't forget to ask for your receipt. We didn't get ours. Too bad, as this was the reason why we went there to get a souvenir for our Anniversary scrap book. Food is good, however a bit pricey. $34 for sandwich combo (no drinks) with pasta salad & a cookie. It included home made kettle chips.

Great little place! They have a terrific menu for lunch or sweets, and offer a variety of hot and cold drinks. The baristas are knowledgeable if you want to go off menu and get creative, and they're so friendly and accommodating! The cafe itself is rather small, but if you visit outside of busy times, it's a lovely, quiet spot. The drive thru is a great feature!

I had high hopes to visit this cafe and planned to stop and stay a while on my way passing through from Clarenville. The coffee was really good, however the atmosphere was unfortunate. The staff were not friendly and hid in the back most of the time I was there. The worst part of my experience was the temperature!! It was absolutely FREEZING inside. Every customer that came in commented on how cold it was. I did mention it to the staff to which the response was “we didn’t have AC all summer so now we prefer to be too cold than too hot”. After another while I did ask if the temperature could be adjusted and the response was that they did not know how. It was a very cool 14* degrees Celsius inside!

5 stars for the food, 1 star for the staff. The woman making sandwiches complained, out loud, about every task and food order that came her way. It made the ordering experience uncomfortable and I was reluctant to ask for anything. Get new front staff!

I was so happy to find a good coffee shop that was open right now. I am not a fan of Starbucks or Tim Hortons coffee. These guys make a great dirty chai, or just a plain black coffee. Pick up some of their fresh baked goods while you are there.

Great service and good products. Baked goods are all fresh and delicious, sometimes you can even get them still warm and steamy. I really like the coffee but some may find the medium roast a little weak though. Prices are fair at 2.90 for a large coffee. I dont know if you can buy the coffee to make at home but I hope you can!!

The hours for this business are never right - every time I go in there to sit for a coffee with friends I end up getting kicked out because it is closing. The website says closing at 4pm on Saturday but it is actually 3pm. I give up.

Been driving past this place for a long time. Finally decided to drop in. Got the Mystico Latte and was not disappointed. What a perfect hot beverage. Will definitely be returning for another. Great service and a comfy place to have a snack. I only had the drink but was tempted to get something else by the good looking snacks and the nice toast and coffee fragrance in the air.

I really wanted to love this place as it's local and close to where I live! However, I've given the drive-thru a few chances and every time it's incredibly slow, despite there being no line-up. I don't expect the same speed as a chain restaurant, but 5-minutes for a single, plain coffee is too long when nobody else is in drive-thru. Once I ordered 3 drinks and waited almost 15-minutes! Also haven't found staff to be very friendly, in drive-thru or inside (three different staff...). Also had the soup once and it was very bland, not worth what I paid. The coffee is just okay, and the one speciality drink I had was good. I'm leaving this review in hopes that it encourages improvements in customer service and quality!
