I can't say I was disappointed because I had low expectations, but the food was not very good. Fish and chips are obviously frozen. You'd be better off going to the grocery store...

Good for a quick bite.

It was OK but nothing special. Especially when Compared to Earle's in Rocky Harbour. Soup was pretty overpriced for what you got.

Tasty homestyle cooking with quick service and ice cream counter for dessert. The fish and chips were great. Fresh flaky cod without to much batter. So tasty.

Easily the best meal we’ve had on the west coast! This little restaurant doesn’t look like much on the outside, but the food is delicious and very reasonably priced. We ordered the fish and chips (3pc for only $15.99!) - the fish was fresh and juicy, and the batter was light, crispy, and well-seasoned. Fries were very tasty too! Also a great place to stop for some ice cream. Not to mention the service was very quick and friendly. Definitely worth a visit, especially coming from Green Point or Westbrook.

One of the best places around the area. Soups are great and I still remember the high quality of the chicken tenders. Sitting there with the sightseeing and a beer...such a pleasure.

Ice cream + service were great

Food was mediocre at best, but service was beyond atrocious. Only a handful of patrons, but the ladies running the place spent 90% of the time in the kitchen talking. 3 elderly women who were there with us ended up making a slow motion "run" for it, not paying their bill while the waitress ignored repeated requests. Seriously, unsure what was going on but really put a damper on things.
