Large selection of games for all ages and group sizes, from the classics to the more recent ones! The escape room we tried was fun and posed a real challenge for us to solve! The menu offers food and drinks to accomodate players and incites to stay a bit longer, which is no bad thing!

Absolutely amazing place! Board games, escape rooms, friendly staff and great food! This is definitely a place to visit at least once if you're stopping in Fredericton! If you've never tried mead before I can't recommend trying the sampler enough! Pay the $1.50 extra for all of them, although their own custom drink Scuttlebutt is definitely the best flavour so if you want to just try one definitely give that a go!

I was in Fredericton for 5 days and came to this place 2 different nights because it was so fun! They have such a great selection of games and their escape rooms were creative and challenging! The guys working at the time were so nice and didn't rush us at the end of the night when we still needed a few more minutes to finish the game. I definitely would recommend you check out this spot, as I would definitely go back there again.

Great concept and tons of games. Bad first experience. Ordered food and waited over an hour before we were told they forgot us. Food arrived cold and wrong. Forgot our drinks again later that night. Service was super polite and I assume it was an off night so will definitely give them another shot. Food wasn't reasonably priced for what we were served even at 50% off.

Awesome games and a signature mead! So fun! Massive board game selection, some Picaroons bottles, and lots of mead flavors. Sit down and have a game of Catan or Splendor (the co-owner's current favorite).

This place was great,I walked in as fellow was closing the kitchen but insisted as I was about to leave he insisted it wasn't a problem to serve me I got a unplugged sandwich it came with fries now I hate potatoes that's like the 1 food I hate but these fries were like 5star all the way and the sandwich wow the last thing I expected from a little hole in the wall boardgame place but as far as I'm concerned this place puts franchised and big money establishments to shame keep up the good work.

My husband and I go here all the time. Most recently, we did an escape room called "Consume" with a few friends on a Tuesday night. We were late but the staff were very forgiving and accommodating (thank you!). There were 5 of us. Consume starts with everyone in velcro chains in a semi-dark room. Our team had great team work and completed the room with several minutes left! It was chaos after we unlocked ourselves to beat the clock but it was the fun type of chaos where everyone worked together really well to figure out the clues. Highly recommend "Consume" at NoEscape Unplugged Board Cafe! Afterwards, we played a couple rounds of codenames downstairs and ate kettle chips, popcorn chicken, fries, and beers. Great atmosphere and great food at Unplugged ????

Fantastic time, every time! We love coming here. We visit a lot from Montreal and this is the first place we come to after the kids are in bed and Nana and Grandad babysit :) The food is excellent, the games are awesome and the staff is incredible. They are always super helpful and know their stuff. Want to try a new game? The "game masters" will help you pick out a game that you'll be sure to love. I can't wait to visit again and hopefully someday try out the Riverview location!

The portions were huge, the staff were extremely friendly and attentive, helping us find the perfect games to play and even explaining how to play them! Their recommendations gave us new favourite games to play! For all the good food and an evening of fun we had, the bill was very reasonable. We will be back again and again!

I love going there with atleast 4 to 6 people but they do have 2 player games which are super fun too! Kitchen closes at 9 I think so good to go before then. They still do offer some snacks and drinks past 9 though

I went back here a few times when I was visiting Fredericton. It's a really nice place to unwind. Only complaint I would have is that it was cold! It didn't seem to be heated well when I was there. Wish I had a chance to try the escape rooms.

Great place to get out and play games from childhood with family and friends. $5 admission. Great atmosphere. Over 700 family, party and strategic games. Fully licensed. Signature sandwiches. You must try them all. Some games you can purchase. They have a great rewards program as well, it's free. Collect and earn free coffee, free admission or free grilled cheese. Bonus points too. Even go and browse you will beam when you see games from your past.

I decided to give this a try for the first time through skip the dishes. I was not disappointed. I ordered the sweet chili chicken sandwich and it was delicious. Not only was the food great but the customer service was excellent. When my order arrived, each individual dish had written what was in it and a little note "enjoy" or "thanks". A great way to end a long week just from someome showing some appreciation. I will definitely be ordering again. Thank you Unplugged.

I think the concept is a really great idea. The tables light up which is cool, they have a really good selection of games to play for 5$ per person which is a good price and you can order food. The food is okay. The food is priced well for what you get. The chairs could be more comfortable and the walls echo the sound a bit too much. It can get pretty loud in the room even with just a few tables occupied.

Stopped in briefly after visiting the Farmer's Market, wondering if their well-curated 'for sale' section would include a copy of "a cool dinosaurs vs. park rangers 2 player game whose name I can't remember" that I'd tried out with a friend in Halifax some time ago. Sure enough, they had a copy of Raptor for sale! Chatting with the gentleman behind the till, picked up a couple of other game recommendations to suit my interests while I was at it. Great service and selection, 5 stars. :)

This is a great little place to meet with friends for a beer and some gaming. The game selection is really good and the menu is nice. The table lighting is a bit distracting when trying to learn a new game but it isn't too difficult to ignore. I go back to Unplugged every time I come home on vacation. You should check it out.

They do not charge per hour so thats always nice, you dont feel rushed at all. They have lots of food, drinks (alcoholic too), and of course lots of games. Been there twice and had an amazing time both times. The only reason I gave 4 rather than 5 is that they have escape rooms which would be lovely but they are SUPER expensive!

Really cool place to go with a small group of friends. I go almost twice a month to play board games and have a few drinks or snacks. Lots of board game selections and the staff are always available to help explain the rules if you're unsure of how to play a game. The games on the wall are sorted by category so it makes the games easier to decide on which to play.

I didnt play any of the board games but were friends were there and played games for about an hour and the board game choices were huge! They also have a ton of games for sale there, drinks and snacks for when you hang out there for a long time. We played an escape room as a group of six and we had a blast! They have four different rooms, we played the original room "the heist". We had a great night with our friends and we definitely be going back and hopefully next time we escape!!! The staff was super friendly and helpful too!
