Not pet friendly IE you cannot bring your own pet. Espresso machine is not properly rinsed and coffee tastes bitter. But Hey, if you like cats you can pay $6 and sit with them for half an hour. Establishment is fairly clean and as wheelchair accessible entrance and washroom.

Cute store front. The drinks and sandwiches were average. You can buy time in the cat lounge which had 14 cats the day we were there. This is for your relaxation or to get to know a cat to adopt. The lounge has lots of play and sleep area for the cats and seems to be clean. Not my first pick for eating in since I have mild allergies but cat-enthusiasts will enjoy it.

If you go to see the cats, call and book the time. Service (0 ⭐️ ): When we went the people were having a bad day and had a ton of attitude. Arguments between the two employees about who do what. Not nice. The employees did not know how to prepare coffee and most of the stuff on the menu were not available. Food (1 ⭐️ ) : you go there for the cats. Maybe the lack of communication (or because the bad day they were having) the coffee was terrible. Bagels were good (but are frozen). If you like cats and don’t care about attitude, totally worth. If you like coffee, stay away.

My first visit and I was wowed. What a fabulous experience. The fur babies are so special. It made me feel like I was home in my own space and enjoying the company of feline friends. I cannot wait to go back. The staff were excellent,very clean,excellent coffee. The cats made me feel so welcome. A must see and do experience.

While I was in Fredericton in 2019, we were looking for things to do, and this kept popping up. We LOVE cats, but then again who doesn't? We went to see what it was like. The cutest thing I have ever seen. It's perfect to be able to interact with cats and be able to adopt them. This is the best way to be able to see if you and the cat will interact well. I wish you guys would expand, mostly over here in Moncton, because I'd become a daily visitor.

Such great coffee! Have never made it into the cat room, so I'd love to see table top menus of the cats (replaceable pages for when they get adopted?) but you can see all the adorable kitties through the window, the soundproofing is nice, the coffee is great, the space is clean. Check it out!

I change my review from a bad experience to a wonderful one after leaving the Cafe with a bad taste because of one staff, the one amazing staff mentioned what happened to I assume the manager and she called me apologized from the bottom of her heart offered us a deal we couldn't refuse and put a smile on my kids face !!!!! Its so simple to be kind and because of this call we will return !!!

The cats are so sweet, just like the workers! Today was my first experience at the Purrfect Cup and it was absolutely amazing!!! Two new kittens were brought in as we were in the room and they're absolute angels. The workers were fast and nice. Their cookies and hot chocolate were delicious!

It's a cute little cafe with a selection of hot drinks and baked goods. They also offer sandwiches made from bagels from The Great Canadian Bagel. The lounge is split between regular cafe seating and a cat room. The cat room, the real attraction of the cafe is a perfect catified room with some people seats. In this room are a wide range of cat friends to meet with and most are available for adoption if they seem like the one.

About 15 minutes before my booking with the cats was over, I bought a tea in a paper to-go cup for like 6 or 7 dollars. By the time I had to leave, my tea had just cooled down enough for me to start to drink it. The Manager wanted me to throw out my tea to leave. You can not bring drinks from the cat room into the cafe room (weird but fair enough). The rule is not stressed very much going into the cat room. Other options like letting me out another door was too hard for the manager to bother, even though the other employee said it would be super easy. A new tea or a refund was also not an option. I was told to not come back, frankly, I don't think I would want to. I feel bad for the cats writing this because lots of cats get adopted here, but a good cause is not a free pass to treat people poorly.

I really love this place. It's such a great idea and I'm really glad we visited. The interior of the cafe is nice and modern looking. Cat decor everywhere ! The food and drink are reasonably priced. My latte and oatcake were good. My husband got a hot chocolate and it actually tasted like chocolate (unlike some other cafe in Fredericton). We made a reservation online to visit the cats ahead of time. When we went in there was a few other families / couples inside as well. Most of the cats were sleepy but some came out to play and say hello. Overall it's a nice place. Great for kids and great for people who are thinking of adopting a cat.

Visited this place yesterday. I love it a lot! I appreciate the steps taken to ensure the cats aren't stressed (very crucial for healthy lives). - Prices/Food - Compared to other café establishments I've been to, the prices here are very reasonable! The drink and treat that I ordered had great flavour. - Cats - $7/hour for one adult is a great rate to go in and visit the cats. Previous city I lived in had a cat café that charged $10/30 min. The cats are well looked after and sometimes have the mood to visit and play with people. I visited during the "afternoon nap" timeslot so most of them were napping. To see the cats, it is better to book ahead in time if you want to visit during busier days (normally Friday to Sunday). There isn't always a guarantee that there will be space for walk-ins. ???? - Overall - I will definitely come back. Really love this place!

I quite enjoyed the cat and the food. There were 7 cats and it cost $7 to go into the cat room ($1 to pet a cat is a great deal to me!), $3 for a bagel brought in from The Great Canadian Bagel, and $5 ish for a large hand crafted latte (beans roasted by Whitney Coffee). (There were also treats from Chess Piece that I did not try but they looked good). I went in the middle of the day on a week day and so there was only one other couple in the cat room, I would recommend doing this because you get more time with the cats. ✔️Great Cats ✔️ Supports Local ✔️ Friendly Staff

This place is Purrfect, you get to enjoy a cup of coffee and hang out with some kitties what else is better. we had went to another cat cafe and the cats didn't even bother with you. The cat room is wide open and not cluttered at all and the cats come to you right away. definitely a must stop if you're in Fredericton.

I was very happy to hear that Fredericton was getting a cafe on the Northside, not to mention it supports other local businesses. The cofee and tea lattés I've tried are worth visiting for, and they also offer non-lactose options. The cat room is separated by glass, which is wonderful for people with allergies but love cats, like myself. The cats seem very happy and well taken care of. Highly recommend!
