Something's Brewing is alternatively my office, my lunch stop, my meeting place, and my choice for a drink and a bite to eat with my wife. The coffee always hits the spot and the cakes and cookies are to die for. What really makes Something's Brewing special though are the people who work there - the owner Ada is always so full of joy and greets customers with an enthusiastic 'Buenos días!'. Ada's happy disposition clearly rubs off on the other staff who are genuinely pleased to see and to serve you. If you're just passing through or a resident of St. Stephen, NB, Something's Brewing is a must!

Glad to see this cafe in St Stephen, but i think service and quality has gone down as regular clientele has increased. Ordered a cappuccino and a latte, both arrived prepared exactly the same way, but one in a smaller cup. When asked, I was told that's how they prepare their cappuccino. I guess their cappuccino is just a small latte? It certainly wasn't a cappuccino. Food and venue are nice.

Nice place to stop for a coffee. We stopped in after crossing the boarder and bought two hot chocolates and a toasted ham sandwich. Friendly staff, good food quality and clean pleasant dinning area.

With a view on either the river from the cosy back room, or onto the street from the front of the cafe, this little place packs a punch. The staff is welcoming and at the same time, they manage to be efficient. Local artists' work is on display and the place is humming with people coming in for their "to go" order, or, sitting down for a visit or a meeting. And in the spring and summer the deck on the back will only add to this amazing little gathering place.
