If you grew up in moose factory there’s no way to knock on quick. Only place to get some big crunches and awesome slushys (speaking for 2021 March for the slush, you never know when they might cancel it.) and they use to rent movies where you could get the new releases the good ol days, so nostalgic love it. I go to this #KFC location at least once a month. Everytime I go their, they're just so friendly and respectful (towards customer even KIDS ) ???? Not often I see employees acknowledge kids existed. Unless they wanna "correct them" (in yelling matter)????...but this KFC will project family/friendly vibes ...come to think about it ????I actually never seen them rude or raising there voice... poor service!! theres a long line of customers waiting for the chicken to be cooked. the staff said i will need to wait for 20 mins for the chicken.. so i did asked that if i order the wicked zinger do i still need to wait ? the staff said no, only those who will oreder chicken will need to wait for 20mins. so i did ordered wicked zinger but i waited for 25 mins!! some of the customers who ordered fried chicken already got their orders before i got mine.

I gave this place one star simply because there is no zero . I was visiting parry sound today and Bought a 4 piece meal and my husband had a zinger box . I found a very long hair in my box and the staff were using their hands with no gloves to make the sandwich for my husbands besides both meals were cold . I hated KFC today and that location is understaffed

The product at the 6th Ave location is of a higher quality then the 2nd Ave store. I think the franchise standards are adhered to more closely on 6th Ave. Egample being the chicken and fries are greasy tasting at 2nd Ave. Also food is often cold at 2nd Ave.

Chicken is full of oil every time I've gone hear. Popeyes is much less greasy. Sat in the super slow drive through one day for 17 mins to find out they only accept cash at the drive through. Couldn't pay for my food cuz I only had cards so left with nothing. Staff weren't very nice about it either

We placed an online order which was ready on time for a change. This location can be slow sometimes. The chicken was nice and hot but the fries were cold. Also, we never received our cookie which was supposed to come with our meal. If they ran out of cookies, they should have told us when we picked up our order or they could have offered a substitute product. I hate getting ripped off, I work as hard for my money as most other people do. We were not impressed and will likely avoid this location in the future.

KFC is my favourite comfort food. But when you call an order in a half hour before you would hope your food would be ready. Twice now I've called and they took my order, but when I get there they didn't even ring it in, so then I have to wait another half hour for the food. KFC food is.. well... KFC food.. I love this KFC. The staff are always so nice to me when I go there. I find their food seems to be better then the other location in North Bay. Even the gravy tastes better at this location. They are very friendly and the food is excellent quality. I would definitely recommend this KFC.

Where to begin. Ordered successfully online, but when I arrived 25 minutes later they claim they never received the order. So I left to get a sceenshot sent to me of what I ordered...I would have just left altogether, but the food was already paid for via credit card. It was fairly busy, but I went up to the front after the worker was done with another customer to show her the order so they can start making the food already....but she demanded that I go back in line because there were other customers waiting. Needless to say wasn't very happy. Finally I received the food with zero apology or anything that showed a bit of remorse. This actually happened once before, where the online order "never showed up" but the workers actually showed a bit of humility, so that was good enough for me. To top it all all, when I got home they forgot to pack 2 tenders that was part of the order.

I went there yesterday and waited for quite a while for Double Down promotion that was back so I thought... I went through the drive-thru and ordered a chicken and waffle and then when I got to the window I want to change my order but instead changing my order she added another chicken and waffle and then I asked her to remove out of waffle and she gave me a chicken with hot sauce in the middle and I want to actual double down... so I don't understand why call it double down back when it's not Double Down... Similar experience to another reviewer. I called and asked if they took orders because I was going to pick up with a family member who has anxiety issues with crowds. One of my pieces of chicken had green meat in it. I placed an order on September 5th and I asked to be e-mailed from kfc but never heard back, so now I’m publicly leaving this review. This has to be the worst KFC I've ever had to deal with. I used to go once a week during work, now the staff are extreemly rude. I asked for a substitute for the fries, as i always do, and was told by the new manager Andrew that they dont do that and never have. Was told that either I was lying or that's why old staff were now gone as they didn't nothing but break rules. I left and went to the lakeshore location who promptly let me know that Algonquin was wrong again, and showed me their in-store notes about what can be a substitution. Will never go to Algonquin location.

I was actually told that they ran out of white meat on 2 occasions. I too have also noticed that the chicken portions (not just the white meat) have significantly grown smaller and the skin is falling off and greasy. I also ask for no drumsticks, but when I get home they are in the order anyway. Although the front desk staff has always been great with my experience, this franchise really needs to update the quality and taste of the chicken. Although we were always fans of KFC, we have started to avoid KFC dinners in this location.

We were so looking forward to KFC re-opening in Parry Sound as we hadn't had it in a very long time. Much to our disappointment, the fries were awful, the gravy was thin, the pop was watered down and the chicken had no flavor! Will never to to this place again. Very sad since it has just opened! We ordered, 2 4 piece chicken with 7 up for the drink. We also ordered one cole slaw and one potato salad a rec'd 2 pot. salads. Do nit recommend at all!

We phoned an order in. They quoted 20 mins, so we arrived on time. Waited over 10 minutes to pick up our family's dinner before the line up diminished. There was only 1 girl working the front and 1 guy in the back on a busy Friday 630 PM dinner rush so there was a large number of people waiting for they're food. When my turn finally came I was told that no order was called in at all. So we left out of frusteration and will not be back.

Most disorganized restaurant I've ever seen! I used to go to this location once per week and have observed the level of service and competence deteriorate to the point that today was my last visit. If you want to wait 15 minutes or more for someone to take your order, this is the place to be. If you want to wait more than thirty minutes for them to cook chicken, this is the place to go. If you want to watch your order just sit there until someone finally feels like bagging it and handing it to you....... The place looks like it's run by a bunch of half trained kids that really have no idea what customer service is.. I'd give this place zero stars if I could!

Got a bucket of chicken on Friday jan 14th 2022. It was the worst chicken I have ever had from a kfc in over 25 years. Dry meat, greasy breading, absolutely no spices or salt in the flour. If this was a blind taste test I would have never guessed it was KFC. Will not be returning any time soon.

The phone number listed is wrong. It's literally impossible to get their number without going in person to ask for it. And even then, they will actively keep it off the hook to avoid taking orders. It's very hit or miss. If the manager is there, it's usually fine. If he's not, you'll get wrong orders constantly, or be straight out told they're not taking orders and won't give you a reason for it. Really needs some staff that can be trusted when left alone.

One chicken breast in a 16 piece bucket!!! Apparently this is KFC policy as I was rudely informed. Greasy with most of the skin falling off the pieces. I was able to dump a little bit of grease out of the bucket. Nobody in the boat could eat it. Threw it all away. Goodbye kfc.

June 27th, 2020. Staff failed to give us any straws, napkins, forks, or the cookie from a $5 fill up. They were also out of honey mustard, and plum sauce. I called and talked with Noman, told him what was missing. Noman said he would give me 2 cookies, and 1 Cheesecake for the ordeal. I get to the window and the cashier eventually hands me 1 single cheesecake. I say "What about the cookies?". Apparently Noman said to only give me 1 cheesecake instead 1 cheesecake + 2 cookies. I asked for a macaroni salad instead and they said they can't. As petty as it sounds, I had to hold up the line to get some cheap cookies from these people. 2 weeks ago, we ordered and the gravy was flavorless, the chicken tasted like flour (not spices), and the fries were cold when they arrived. Not going back here anymore since Popeyes is a million times better.

When we physically went to the location the staff said the kitchen had closed and to order elsewhere. You can't get real KFC chicken anyways. Support local owned businesses instead. I stopped in Parry Sound yesterday on my way home from Bradford. I purchased a bucket of just chicken. It came to $27.00 and change for 14pieces of chicken. I live near Sudbury and when we got home the chicken was so dry. I do not know if it was over cooked or what but I was very disappointed and will not be buying any KFC again. I can buy a whole chicken at a grocery store for $7.00 and it is never dry.
