This place doesn’t mess around. The setup clearly costed a fortune, and the employees are honouring the investment. Highly skilled baristas pulling perfect shots with top-notch latte art. Customer service is bar-none. I felt like I was hanging out with a couple friends as we tried a pour over together. Watch for these guys to pop up on every coffeehead’s radar.

If it wasn’t because of my boss who knows all the good spots in Old Montreal, I wouldn’t have known of Structure. The hot chocolate is by far one of the best I’ve had in a while. It wasn’t disgustingly sweet and the chocolate tasted of good quality. The muffins were a bit greasy, but good nonetheless. I would highly recommend this coffee shop.

I should point out that I had a macadamia latte which is easier to burn and less creamy than cow's milk. However, a good coffee in 2021 must know how to prepare lattes with vegetable milk. Flat white, filter coffee, and scone were all amazing. Very friendly and fun service. Went back twice during our 2.5 day trip to Montreal - wish we could've gone more. Can't wait to come back! Only regret is not picking up a bag of of the Aleta Wendo, but they ship free anywhere in Quebec and Ontario so I'm picking up a bag for our pourovers at home right after I submit this review!!!

Awesome coffee, one of the only places in town with whole decaf beans that make a flavourful coffee. The cold brew and teas are decent, as is their limited pastry selection. I usually get mine to go or sit on their street front terrasse on McGill.

This coffee shop just opened at the start of the month, and is a perfect fit for the area! The layout is very modern, clean, and organized in a medium sized space. It's fairly quiet for now which is nice if you need to get some work done! The display of cook books and unique roasting accessories is a great addition too if you are looking for some browsing opportunities!

Every inch of Structure Torréfacteurs is carefully designed and Intagramable. The décor is 60s-style, clean and crisp, with records and books to peruse while waiting for your artisanal coffee. The menu is minimalist, and of high quality. The shop is environmentally conscious to limit waste. The barista is lovely, as is the presentation of drinks. It’s on the lower level, so easy to miss, but well worth looking for.

I love the fact the island is the central place of the coffee and that you sit nearby. The decor is modern, kind of minimal. If you want you can ask the friendly staff to make you one filter coffee to test the different flavour of their own coffee, before buying it!!

For that price I can eat a real meal or fish and chips across the way! The new prices for pastries are pretty crazy, I understand that you are resellers because you do not make your products yourself, but $ 5 a slice of flan, almost $ 4 a cannelé and especially $ 12 a wrap like that. is really excessive. I will not go back for the food offer, only for a coffee. (Original) Je suis une cliente régulière, voire même quotidienne du café Structure, je connais bien leur café il est de très bonne qualité. Puriste, je prends un filtre mais je prends parfois d'autres boissons, pour ça, les prix sont corrects pour la zone géographique et le produit en tant que tel. Le personnel est accueillant. Mais alors LE SAUT que j'ai fait quand je suis aujourd'hui venue acheter un grand café filtre et un petit wrap et que j'ai vu la facture ! 18$ !!!! Le prix était même pas écrit dessus, et je n'avais pas demandé, disons que c'est de ma faute. Mais j'ai quand même payé 18$ (je laisse toujours un pourboire) pour : un café filtre à 3$ et un wrap minuscule composé de salade, tomates, de tempeh et de la sauce. Je vous laisse voir par vous-même sur la photo. Pour ce prix là je peux manger un vrai repas ou au fish and chips en face ! Les nouveaux prix pour les pâtisseries sont assez fous, je comprends bien que vous êtes revendeurs car vous ne faites pas vos produits vous-même, mais 5$ une part de flan, presque 4$ un cannelé et surtout 12$ un wrap comme ça c'est vraiment excessif. Je n'y retournerai pas pour l'offre de nourriture, seulement pour un café.

Awesome coffee shop in Old Montreal. The staff are friendly, the coffee is excellent, decor is airy and bright, modern. Tons of books and coffee related accessories on the wall which is cool - Plus great Montreal related merch. Bathrooms are brand new, clean and beautiful. Service is above average, the staff are knowledgeable about all things coffee. What's really special about this spot is that they roast their own beans, go directly to the farms/cultivators to understand how the beans are grown and order based on that. This isn't a 49th parallel espresso bar, Structure is the real deal.
