Located in the former NSLC drive thru store on Welton street. You'll need to enter the plaza parking lot to access store. Very friendly, clean store. Fast and accurate. It's Starbucks so be prepared to pay a premium. Overall a great store with excellent products and service.

The lobby was closed, the drive thru line was insane. I ordered on my phone ahead of time, by the time I got there and made it through the line to get my $40 order ( 3 flat whites & a bag off coffee grounds) my coffees were barely warm. When I was being handed my tray of drinks with the bag of coffee balanced on top the bag of coffee fell into my lap and broke open spilling my ground coffee all over my lap and car. I was kind of rushed at the window to keep moving so the line would keep moving. It wasnt a great experience, I hope the restaurant continues to get better.

Wonderful customer service! I bought an iced mocha and as soon as I stepped out of the door I dropped it and it spilled EVERYWHERE. I really wanted my drink so I returned and ordered another. They gave me the replacement for free! All of the workers were incredibly kind, and said they didn’t want me to be sad, and hoped I had an amazing day. Twice I used the mobile order and it took longer than if I stood in line or went through drive through. Maybe I’m just used to faster service back in Mississauga. I had to ask about my mobile order and they didn’t even start it yet. It was a 15 minute wait in total from when I placed the order. This is a tourist location and mobile ordering should be a priority.

First time at this Starbucks. It was terrible. They had one guy on cash who had to stop taking orders because they were back logged. They had 2 people doing drive thru, one taking orders and the other putting them in the till. There was one lady, alone, handling making all of the drinks for the huge line-up. It took 20 minutes. The white hot chocolate was watery. Would not be back.

The night staff here exceeded my expectation! I received my order promptly and the way I would want it too! Starbucks is not just for coffee lovers, it's for everyone! For those who loves milk chocolate like me, you need to try the chocolate cookie crumble ???? it is so delicious! Ordered, waited patiently as 7 customers came and ordered and received their drinks, I only ordered one drink. After everyone left, they finally acknowledge I was standing there waiting. They didn't even know what I ordered. I was polite and just waited there patiently. I did not even receive an "I'm sorry", nothing from the staff. It was not busy when I entered, only one person ahead of me. I most likely will not return to this location. Customer service is not a priority here!

This is my regular stop on my travels. Normally they are very good but this evening they didn’t seem very interested in taking my order. I had pre-ordered an espresso already but decided to get something else. After seeing two employees walk by and look at me, one had done it twice, without a word I decided to grab my espresso and go somewhere else. I’ve been frequenting starbucks for 20 years now, really who hasn’t. At 9pm, Monday Sept 21st, I had the most positive experience at the drive through. Seriously you don’t expect much other than your order, however I was greeted with an incredibly funny sense of humour that was exceedingly refreshing. Dear management please reward the individual with a mullet, he turned a three drink order into a very memorable experience.

The coffee and food is exactly as you'd expect from a Starbucks, consistently delicious espresso, coffee, and tea drinks. Staff here have been friendly and welcoming every visit. The layout and spacing here can be a little tight, especially if there's more than a few people waiting on drinks. The seating area indoors is cozy and inviting, and there is also a small outdoor seating area which would be great in the spring and summer.

So today i came to starbucks at lonsdale and i hate this place so much its bot the place tho its the staff that make this place so bad and crappy i ordered a drink at like 8 and the lady was like u know that has a lot of caffeine in it roght and i was like yeah, its really none of her business. And secondly she was rolling her eyes the whole time i was ordering. Thirdly i said “caramel machaito” by mistake instead of saying “iced caramel machiato” and she rolled her eyes at me when i corrected myself. And when she handed me the money she threw it on the table. I do not recommend this starbucks at all they need to change the entire staff. Worst starbucks in my life.

6 people working and only 2 making drinks, when we asked if there was green tea lemonade we were told yes after waiting in line for 15 minutes we were told they didn't have any of the cane sugar and that they have been sold out all day. Got our drinks and they were only 3/4 full and the lady behind the counter said she could refund us and we could leave without drinks or take what we have! We are frequent Starbucks drinkers but this place will not be on our list anymore.

(There r no words). I have put 1 star here because you have to put one there. Starbucks to me first and foremost is how the staff have always treated customers, like every customer is royalty. It is who they are to me, drinks come second to how Starbucks is so friendly and helpful, like customers are family here when they enter. This is one of the slowest Starbucks I've been too. Every time we come in there is a line. I find that there are busier locations with faster service. This is probably due to staffing as there isn't many on location. I'll still continue to go as it's Starbucks but I'm more likely to go to the one on save on.

Was in store at 8:45 am today, woman taking orders was absolutely as slow as a snail, she did everything except take care of her customers in line. We watched 11 cars go through the takeout and of course received the feee holiday cup, they run out of the cups when it’s was our turn. It’s ok but then she refused to get stool to help her reach a product we wanted to buy. After the very long wait that should of been no problem. But the worst part was finally getting our drinks and we had to go with them at their point......the cups sucked! The lids pop off too easily causing an unsafe situation with hot liquids. I except more from Star Bucks!!!!!!!!! Please don’t turn into Tim Hortons ????‍♀️????

Great coffee, great sweet treats, great sandwichs (if they have them) Issue: they have so many options this location doesn't have them all or even many of them (you can see on moblie app) Also the worst times i find to go is 11:15am - 1pm (lunch times) very busy. Yes this is more expensive then tims, but you can find more combinations and you craft your coffee (or non coffee) drinks more than tims. Like lactose free, add nutmeg (really good) all times of year. Drink: double chocolate chip frappauccino blended cream (lactose free) no whip.

Updated: I have visited 3 different Starbucks since this incident and the price remained the same at all of them. Not one other location charged for steamed cream. Seems the policy only applied to this location. Terrible customer experience . Original post: I have been visiting this location for years and my order has always been the same. An Americano with a bit of steamed heavy cream (less than an inch, not a Misto). Same coffee, same price everytime. I had even visited earlier in the day for that exact same coffee. I visited again in the afternoon, literally a few hours later and I was advised that I would need to be charged for my steamed heavy cream as it was new policy (new in the last few hours I guess). Now two employees are arguing with me about how they have to charge putting lots of effort into upsetting the customer instead of appeasing them. Then another employee emerges from the back and says no we don't charge if it's less than 1 inch. To which both of the other employees argued with her now. All to not give a customer some steamed milk. Not even an apology, they actually persisted after having been proven wrong by a more competent employee I've never had this experience at any Starbucks I've ever been too and I will definitely NEVER visit this one again. They don't care about the customer experience.

It is difficult to rate this place because the dine in was closed. Most of the time, I order regular drinks, but new drinks like pistachio frapp and sugar cookie is not worth the money. It doesn't taste like pistachio at all and sugar cookie is worse than the ones you get at grocery stores that are the same price for more. Didn't like how I tasted just flour throughout. I won't be trying any new desserts or drinks. I asked for extra caramel topping and they put in about half a cup of caramel syrup in the frapp. I drank syrup half of the time. Even the bottom was covered in caramel syrup. Never had this happen.
