They care a lot about their craft. I've been to hundreds of cafes and they make the best coffee I've ever had (cortado) and it's super consistently the best. They also make tasty sandwiches and the space is beautiful. Beautiful painted walls, terrariums. Random books and magazines around and nice bright windows and dinosaurs ^^ They also have some good beers and in the summer they serve nice cafe cocktails.

Wasn't planning to visit this place, but I always wander around during my solo trip and end up at a cute coffee shop somewhere - this is one of the true example of it! After standing in the line for the infamous smoked meat sandwich, I had to find somewhere to sit down and have some coffee, and I was so glad that I bumped into this gorgeous coffee shop. The building looks old and fancy, and it's very warm and homey when I come inside. Ordered myself a cup of latte, and spent some time there. The neighbourhood seemed pretty friendly and peaceful, the cafe's decoration was aesthetically pleasing, and their coffee was good too. The barista was so nice, so merci beaucoup! Will visit again someday! :)

This cafe has a very nice interior and the coffee is great. The service, however, wasn’t the greatest. The barista barely spoke to us, and definitely looked like he didn’t want to be there. If I’m paying $4-$5 for a latte, at least pretend to be half decent.

I love this place- the baristas are very friendly and open to chatting with you if you’re not a local. The coffee, especially latte and cookie are my favorites here. A bonus is that the barista offered me samples of other pastries and coffee she was making and the space has great design that’s clean and modern but also gorgeous. The coffee here is soo good it has corrupted me! Nothing fancy, just good deep flavors and great quality. The vibe is relaxed, the sound of soulful blues always playing in the background, and the sight of old run down buildings on St-Laurent; there's something quintessentially Montreal about this place. And of course the staff is amazing, they remember you, make you feel welcome and they expertly know their way around the coffee machine. My favorite spot in Montreal, hands down.

The coffee is very good, I recommend the latte with oat milk (their expresso is a little bit better than the filter coffee). Good place to work rather than chill. Staff is always pleasant and the music is relaxing, which enhances work productivity instead of distracting from it like some other coffee places. Very good sandwiches as well !

My friend also raised this point. Exorbitant price: very expensive for what it is. -Music too strong On the other hand, the place is beautiful and colorful, the decor is nice, but hey there are several cool cafes nearby. I wanted to try a new place. Slightly disappointed. (Original) Il y a pleins de cafés super agréables à Montréal. Ce n'est pas mon préféré pour les raisons suivantes : -Serveur/Barista désorganisé, expéditif et inattentif (Jugements et observations pour une seule personne, je ne me suis pas fait servir pas l'ensemble de l'équipe) : J'ai dû répéter ma commande plusieurs fois et limite le guider dans ce qui se passait dans l'espace/temps.
