There was an error in my order (done by the cashier) and I asked for a trade, then the waiter got mad at me because I was "wasting his time". I felt embarrassed in front of the other customers as he gave me my bubble tea in frustration. I even thought my drink was going to hit the floor. I am your customer and if I have a problem with my order, so do you. Also, I was patient for the moment of the wait, despite being in a hurry. When I order in a restaurant, I expect to receive respect and patience. On the other hand, the other times I went, I got service from two kind and respectful ladies, thank you to them. Il y a eu une erreur dans ma commande (fait par le caissier) et j’ai demandé un échange, puis le serveur s’est fâché sur moi car je le faisais « perdre son temps ». Je me suis senti embarrassé face aux autres clients, vu qu’il m’a donner mon bubble tea avec frustration. J’ai même cru que ma boisson allait se projeter par terre. Je suis votre cliente et si j’ai un problème avec ma commande c’est le votre aussi. De plus, j’ai été patiente pour le moment d’attente, malgré le fait que j’étais pressé. Lorsque je commande dans un restaurant, je m’attend à recevoir du respect et de la patience. Par contre, les autres fois où j’y allais , j’obtenais un service par deux dames bienveillantes et respectueuses, merci à elles.

Overhyped, I can’t believe they have almost 5 stars. They use the generic milk tea powder that you can buy at any Asian store so the taste is nothing special. To make it worse, the bubbles were cold, soggy and flavorless like they were soaked in water. Bubbles are supposed to be warm, chewy and have a caramel or brown sugar flavor because they should be soaked in a mixture of boiling water and syrup.

So glad I found this place because it’s quickly become one of my favorite bubble tea places in Montreal. High quality and flavourful teas made with ice water (so no space is taken up by ice cubes!). The tapioca is delicious - I always forget to ask for double the tapioca lol. And the service is amazing! The older man is so kind and quick. I love coming here :)
