C'est La Vie is a wonderful space for a simple one on one with a close friend and a PERFECT laitte , or a night out with the group for a theatrical performance, live art show or a musical extravaganza!!! The owner has a policy of being a place in Moncton where artists can gather and do their thing! Believe me ! His mission statement is on the blackboard! I've loved performing there he's got great sound equipment and a great space! The food is amazing, they serve healthy local snacks as well , and if you just need a beer while sitting in the audience at a spoken word night, well he can make that happen too!!! When ou are al about supporting LOCAL business, having fun, eating well and relaxing, Cafe C'est La Vie is the place to go!! SEE YOU THERE!!!!!

Super nice little place! It has a great, central location right on main street, so it makes for a convenient meeting place. The staff are friendly and helpful. Lots of different art work is displayed across the store, giving it a unique but cozy atmosphere.

Small, independent cafe with reasonable prices. Limited hours and seating during covid. I'm not a coffee expert and can't speak to their selection; I just had a small dark roast, but it was good. Ambience is quiet and pleasant with personable employees the few times I've been there. Location is convenient for when your downtown.

Nice place but they were out of many items on their menu. Tried 3 times with different dishes but nothing. I ended up with a bran muffin and coffee.

We enjoyed sitting outside under generous umbrellas at their picnic tables. The strawberry mint lemonade really hit the spot. The breakfast sandwiches on cheesy buns kept the kids very happy. The bibimbap paninis were delicious too. I would have rather tried the actual bibimbap but they were out of rice! No matter, just an excuse to come back!

I mostly visit their kiosk at eh Dieppe Market on Sundays. Always awesome coffee, with friendly service. You could go to a franchise coffee spot, or you can stop here and get great coffee. oh, and they usually display local art in their downtown café. definitely a more comfy vibe going on here.

Arguably the best café in town. Super friendly staff and an environment that’s full of personality. Cest la vie supports local musicians, local artists and local entertainers alike. Located central downtown Moncton, Cest la vie is a great check point for tourists. The food is great and the drinks keep you leveled out while you enjoy your day. The place is way better than a bag of lays, you can’t visit just once.

This would not fly as anything above 4.5 stars in a major city. Breakfast sandwiches were pretty ok but pretty “bare” one egg, a bacon strip and a tomato. The most annoying thing was how impossible it was to check e-mails, or let alone have a conversation sitting at a table because the staff is very loud. I understand some people come to chat, and that’s fine but there are ways to accommodate both chatty customers and those in need of a quieter setting by just bringing the volume down a bit.
