This place has so much.... everything. Every single place I turned had a new thing to look at and explore. Very helpful staff and it all looked amazing. I did not have any of the food or drinks so I can't speak to that, but they have a fantastic selection of packaged sweets and cool things from across the pond. Found many things for Christmas, and even a few things to add to the list for myself. Very different, very cool, and very nice people.

My new favorite place on King St. Fantastic home made scones. So many products usually only found in the UK. Try the Clotted Cream with a scone, you will love it!

Incredible experience! My only regret is having my day too packed with appointments and not be able to spend more time enjoying the ambiance and tea. They went out of their way to accommodate my dietary needs and create a welcoming environment. The tea selection is amazing and with so many great flavours it was hard to choose which one I wanted. Very unique experience, thoroughly enjoyed I’ll definitely be back.

Was disappointed with what we had. Tea was good. Food not so good. I think we all had a teaspoon of clotted cream. Scones not typically English . Pastries unappetizing. Coming from the UK I have had far better and I am sorry to say this was definately not good value for money. Perhaps it was an off day!

Amazing experience with Wendy as our host. We made a really last minute booking that was facilitated by the owner, Roberta. We called for a same day booking for a party of 8 (including 2 four year olds). We managed to get a mid afternoon booking and due to covid restrictions, we managed to get the whole room for ourselves. Wendy was extremely patient with the 2 boys and walked all of us through the various teas, scones and sandwiches. Everything was delicious and included some of Wendy's entertaining stories of meeting various royalty. A must visit if you enjoy a good cup of tea or want to try something different during a cottage trip. The store also includes goodies from the UK.

Very quaint spot for high tea. Food was delicious and service was fast and friendly. British products also sold at front of store. Price for high tea was very expensive compared to places I've visited in Toronto and Markham. I would still recommend for special occasions, as food was great. If they could lower their price to be competitive, more people would be able to enjoy high tea more often.
